Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi timbulan, komposisi dan pengelolaan sampah berupa pengangkutan sampah, operasional alat berat, pengolahan sampah di TPA Gunung Kupang, mengestimasi emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) pada kondisi pengelolaan sampah sekarang. Timbulan sampah didapatkan dari pencatatan sampah masuk di jembatan timbang dan komposisi sampah berdasarkan IPCC didapatkan dari pengukuran sampel 8 hari sebanyak 1m3. Emisi GRK pada pengelolaan sampah di TPA menggunakan metode perhitungan IPCC dan kegiatan daur ulang dibantu Waste Reduction Model (WARM). Timbulan sampah yang masuk ke TPA Gunung Kupang adalah 39.491 Ton/tahun. Komposisi sampah terbanyak adalah sampah sisa makanan yaitu 49,42%. Perkiraan emisi GRK dari kondisi sekarang pengelolaan sampah di TPA Gunung Kupang sebesar 1.061.116,93 TCO2E/tahun emisi tersebut dihasilkan dari jumlah sampah yang masuk 39.491 ton/tahun, pengomposan sampah sisa makanan 56,66 Ton/tahun, daur ulang sampah plastik sebanyak 62,20 Ton/tahun, sampah tidak diolah atau ditimbun sebanyak 39.371 Ton/tahun dan penggunaan bahan bakar minyak diesel untuk pengangkutan sampah dan operasional alat berat sebanyak 391.645 Liter/tahun.

Abstract

Mental health issues in the workplace are a fundamental priority in healthcare systems, particularly in high-risk environments characterized by complex operational demands and acute time pressures. Increased cognitive load, when exceeding individual thresholds, has consistently been identified as a major catalyst for work-related stress, which subsequently impairs the clinical performance of healthcare practitioner. This research is designed to rigorously evaluate the correlation between mental workload quantified through the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) instrument and job stress manifestations, anchored in the conceptual framework established by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). The investigation focuses on high-risk public healthcare sectors to map the underlying psychosocial dynamics affecting the workforce. The synthesis of findings demonstrates a significant and positive correlation between mental workload and professional stress. Specifically, the dimensions of mental demand, temporal demand, and effort emerged as the predominant predictors of psychological strain. Furthermore, the analysis indicates that organizational variables, notably social support and job control, function as critical moderating factors that either attenuate or exacerbate the intensity of the relationship between cognitive demands and perceived stress. The study concludes that mental workload is a pivotal determinant of job stress among healthcare professionals within high-risk public service domains. Consequently, there is an imperative for interventions rooted in cognitive ergonomics and the reinforcement of organizational support systems. Such proactive measures are vital to mitigate psychosocial risks and sustain the overarching quality of healthcare delivery.

Abstract

Kotabaru Regency consists of 22 sub-districts with an area of 9,442.46 km2 and a population of 325,622 people in 2020. Kotabaru Regency has one TPA with an open dumping processing system, but these efforts are also not optimal due to the condition of open dumping waste storage holes. it is almost full and the population is increasing every year so that land suitability information is needed to develop a landfill site in Kotabaru District. Because of this, this plan was carried out to analyze suitable locations for landfill planning in Kotabaru district in eight subdistricts. This planning uses Geographic Information System (GIS) technology in the GIS there is a Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE) method. This planning refers to SNI 19-3241-1994 as a standard in determining the location of TPA. Analysis of the feasibility of the TPA location begins with an analysis of regional criteria with the principle of the regional binary method that matches the parameter with a value of 1 while those that are not suitable are given a value of 0, the result is 1,170.356 km2 and the results of the exclusion criteria are divided into 4 classes where class IV is stated as land suitability is very suitable with an area of 9,574 km2 which is spread over eight sub-districts in Kotabaru Regency. After the analysis was carried out, the location with the highest score was obtained in the pulau laut selatan in the village of Tanjung Seloka. However, this location is very far from the service area which will make it difficult to transport waste to the final waste processing location, so two alternative locations are recommended for the final waste processing site which are close to the service area, Sebelimbingan Village on the pulau laut utara and Selaru Village on the pulau laut tengah
