Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the capacity of assimilation of water quality parameters in the Lake Sentani and identify appropriate management model in the carrying capacity of Lake Sentani. The analysis showed that a key element in the management of Lake Sentani initiated by law enforcement, Coordination area, Strengthening relationships between stakeholders, compromise the level of need and Development OBM, elements other needs are also a key element in the management of Lake Sentani is Equation vision, mission and goals against environmental improvement, and Spatial Planning, the decline in the fraction of the population increases have also impacted on the decrease in the amount of waste that KJA waste, waste of pigs, cattle waste, waste of human feces, the amount of waste, and decrease erosion effect on residential and agricultural erosion. From the results of this study concluded that, for the parameter TDS assimilation capacity of 12184.94 tons / month, BOD of 11.31973 ton / month, COD is 122.4184 tons / month, PO4 of 1.401685 tons / month, NO3 by 185,2202729 tons / month, Fe at 0.226383192 ton / month, Cl amounted 15286.18799 ton / month, SO4 amounted to 1276.118 tons / month, Zn amounted to 0.169118 tons / month, Cu of -0.06125 ton / month, Cr at 0.769953052 ton / month, and NH3 at 8.620493359 ton / month. Parameter Cu, PO4, Zn and Fe is above the value of assimilation capacity, this shows the carrying capacity of Lake Sentani have declined. Policy measures total reduction of pollutant sources is through setting migration of people coming to live in the vicinity of Jayapura and Sentani Lake, approaches to sources, law enforcement, and agricultural intensification.

Abstract

The distribution pattern of Skipjack in PPI/TPI Lappa through three patterns disribusi namely: Fisherman (producer) - Retailers - small traders – top consumers Fisherman (producer) - small traders – top consumer Fisherman (producer) - wholesaler – consumer. Amount of margin, profit and marketing efficiency of marketing agencies skipjack in TPI Lappa sequential as follows: Fishermen with margin Rp. 33,750/Kg, advantages Rp. 33,750/Kg and 0.53% efficiency, Small Traders with a margin of Rp. 4,250/Kg, a profit of Rp. 3,549/Kg and efficiency of 1.87% with a margin Wholesalers Rp. 10,000/kg, a profit of Rp. 9,249/Kg and 1.72% Efficiency Retailers with a margin of Rp3,750/Kg, profit Rp.3,379/Kg and efficiency of 0.99%. The need to conduct further research on the patterns of distribution marketing for kinds of fish landed in PPI Lappa so that the distribution pattern of fish landed marketing can be known thoroughly kinds of fish landed in PPI Lappa.

Abstract

Coconut is a copra-producing plant that can be developed to offset palm cooking oil. This study aims to 1) determine the copra development strategy, 2) analyze the condition of the strengths and weaknesses factors as well as the conditions of the opportunities and threats factors in copra business development. The method used in this research is qualitative. 6 main informants (people) who are copra entrepreneurs in Tomoni Timur District. Data obtained through in-depth interviews. This study resulted in 1). The most appropriate strategy to apply is good copra quality and prospective long-term potential. 2), IFAS internal strategy in the form of strengths and weaknesses obtained a value of 2.61, which consists of 1.96 strengths (Strenghts) and 0.65 weaknesses (Weaknes). This condition shows that internally the development of the copra business is still very good to be developed. The EFAS External Strategy in the form of opportunities and threats obtained a total score of 2.25 consisting of 1.59 scores for Opportunities and 0.66 scores for Threats. This condition illustrates that externally, development in the copra business includes business good to develop. Kelapa merupakan tanaman penghasil kopra yang dapat dikembangan untuk mengimbangi minyak goring kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui strategi pengembangan kopra, 2) menganalisis kondisi faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan serta kondisi faktor peluang dan ancaman dalam pengembangan usaha kopra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  kualitatif. Informan utama 6 (orang) yang merupakan pengusaha kopra yang ada di Kecamatan Tomoni_Timur. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam.  Kajian ini menghasilkan 1). Strategi yang paling tepat diterapkan yaitu kualitas kopra yang baik dan potensi jangka panjang masih prospektif. 2), Strategi internal IFAS berupa kekuatan dan kelemahan diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,61, yang terdiri dari 1,96 kekuatan (Strenghts) dan 0,65 kelemahan (Weaknes). Kondisi ini menunjukan bahwa secara internal pengembangan pada usaha kopra  masih sangat baik untuk dikembangkan. Strategi Eksternal EFAS berupa peluang dan ancaman total skor yang diperoleh sebesar 2,25 yang terdiri dari 1,59 skor peluang (Opportunities) dan, 0,66 skor untuk ancaman (Threats) kondisi ini menggambarkan bahwa secara eksternal, pengembangan pada usaha kopra termasuk usaha yang baik untuk dikembangkan.

Abstract

Pine sap is a non-timber forest product produced from tapping pine trees which can provide many benefits, especially economically to tappers. This study aims to determine the income and socio-economic characteristics of pine resin tapping households. Determination of the sample in this study was taken 20% of the number of each population of pine resin tappers, namely as many as 111 tappers so that a sample of 22 pine resin tappers was obtained. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The analytical method used is income analysis and qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the average total revenue is Rp. 14,504,901.82 with an average cost of Rp. 1,715,454.55 so that an average income of Rp. 12,789,447.27/year is obtained and the socio-economic characteristics of household tappers include age, level of education, type of work , and income. This proves that the income derived from tapping pine resin is not inferior to other businesses and can certainly improve people's welfare. Getah pinus merupakan produk hasil hutan bukan kayu yang dihasilkan dari penyadapan pohon pinus yang mana dapat memberikan banyak manfaat khususnya secara ekonomi kepada penyadap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan serta karakteristik sosial ekonomi rumah tangga penyadap getah pinus. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil 20% dari jumlah tiap populasi penyadap getah pinus yaitu sebanyak 111 penyadap sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 22 penyadap getah pinus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp. 14.504.901,82 dengan biaya rata-rata sebesar Rp.1.715.454,55 sehingga diperoleh pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp.12.789.447,27/tahun serta karakteristik sosial ekonomi rumah tangga penyadap meliputi umur, tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan, dan pendapatan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pendapatan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan menyadap getah pinus tidak kalah dengan usaha-usaha lainnya dan tentunya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Coffee is a plant that has high economic value among other crops, playing an important role as a foreign exchange earner and a source of income for around half a million coffee farmers in Indonesia. This study aims to apply the marketing mix of ground coffee products. This research was carried out from April to May 2022 in Karueng Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. Data collection methods are observation, interview, and documentation. The informant is a one-person business owner and a four-person employee using simple purposive sampling. The management of the marketing mix of ground coffee products consists of planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling. The results showed that CV. Al Razak applies elements known as 7P, namely (1) The mix  has the characteristic of using the brand name of cool coffee and has a variety of products and process variants; (2) The cost offered by the company is adjusted to the company's cost of goods produced; (3) Marketing of products in central markets, shops, and cafes; (4) Promotional strategies used to make products reach consumers, namely direct marketing, sales personnel and advertising;  (5) Have employees who are sufficiently trained and reliable in serving consumers;  (6) The service begins with consumers placing orders at the cashier or via telephone, website, Instagram, Facebook, Bukalapak  and Tokopedia; and (7) Spatial planning are also considered for the convenience of customers when visiting. Kopi merupakan tanaman yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi diantara tanaman lainnya, berperan penting sebagai penghasil devisa negara dan sumber pendapatan bagi sekitar setengah juta petani kopi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan bauran pemasaran produk kopi bubuk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan April – Mei 2022 di Desa Karueng, Kecamatan Enrekang, Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan adalah pemilik usaha satu orang dan karyawan empat orang dengan menggunakan simple purposive sampling. Manajemen bauran pemasaran produk kopi bubuk terdiri dari fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengontrolan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Al Razak menerapkan unsur-unsur yang dikenal dengan 7P, yaitu (1) Bauran produk memiliki ciri khas yaitu memakai nama brand kopi asik dan memiliki berbagai macam produk dan varian proses; (2) Harga yang ditawarkan perusahaan disesuaikan dengan harga pokok produksi perusahaan; (3) Pemasaran produk pada pasar sentral, toko dan café; (4) Strategi promosi yang digunakan agar produk sampai pada konsumen yaitu pemasaran langsung, personil penjualan dan periklanan; (5) Memiliki karyawan yang cukup terlatih dan handal dalam melayani konsumen; (6) Pelayanan diawali konsumen melakukan pemesanan di kasir maupun melalui telepon, website, instagram, facebook, bukalapak dan Tokopedia; dan (7) Penataan ruang turut diperhatikan untuk kenyamanan pelanggan ketika berkunjung.
