Abstract

Satisfaction with health services provided tends to comply with advice and comply with agreed treatment plans and in carrying out ANC examinations. This study aims to determine the analysis of ANC Services and Satisfaction of Pregnant Women at the Health Center in Kuta Cane City, Southeast Aceh District in 2020. Method: This type of research is observational with a crosssectional approach which aims to explain Ante Natal Care Services with Satisfaction of Pregnant Women. The population in this study were pregnant women who came from 01 January to 31 March 2020 totaling 34 people. The sampling technique takes the entire population of 34 people. The data analysis technique uses the chi square statistical test . Results: This study found that the highest age of pregnant women was 30-35 years, 27 respondents (79.4%), high school education 17 respondents (50%), work as an entrepreneur 15 respondents (44.1%), Parity 2 as many as 14 respondents (41.2%). ANC services for pregnant women in the good category were 30 respondents (88.2%), pregnant women were satisfied with the ante-natal care services in the satisfied category as many as 30 respondents (88.2%), there was a relationship between ante-natal care services and the satisfaction of pregnant women with a value of p = 0.000. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between Ante Natal Care Services and Satisfaction of Pregnant Women at the Kuta Cane City Health Center, Southeast Aceh Regency in 2020. Suggestions to improve ANC services.

Abstract

Immunization is a government program that aims to improve public health. The infant mortality rate in Indonesia is still very high. It is estimated that 1.7 million children or 5% of under-five deaths in Indonesia are due to diseases that can be prevented by immunization/PD3I. The quality of immunization services that are less than optimal will certainly waste the resources that have been spent, such as operational costs, vaccines, logistics, manpower, and time. Even the most concerning for all of us is the failure of immunization will threaten the occurrence of morbidity, disability, or death in children. This study aims to examine the relationship between basic immunization services and infant mother satisfaction at the Deleng Pokhisen Health Center in Southeast Aceh District in 2018.This type of research is a descriptive corelative study that explores how and why health phenomena occur with a cross sectional approach. The population is mothers who have babies aged 0-12 months. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling with a total of 64 people. The data analysis technique uses the chi square statistical test . The results obtained in this study are that there is a relationship between basic immunization services (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, four) with the satisfaction of the baby's mother. there is a relationship between basic immunization services and infant mother satisfaction at the Deleng Pokhisen Health Center in Southeast Aceh District. Suggestions for Deleng Pokhisen Care, Southeast Aceh District, to maintain and maintain the quality of basic immunization services so that they continue to bring their babies back for immunization.

Abstract

DM that does not get a good handler can cause an increased risk of acute and chronic complications. So self-care is needed to reduce the risk of complications. This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-Care and Blood Sugar Levels in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus at Herna Medan General Hospital in 2019. Method: Type of analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The population was sampled, namely all diabetes mellitus sufferers who came for treatment from September to October 2019 at Herna Medan General Hospital, totaling 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the chi square statistical test . Results: The majority of self-care performed by people with Diabetes Mellitus at Herna General Hospital had insufficient self-care as many as 38 respondents (66.3%). 35 respondents (58.3%) had abnormal blood sugar levels of Diabetes Mellitus sufferers at Herna General Hospital. there is a relationship between poor self-care and abnormal blood sugar levels with a value of p = 0,00. Conclusion: there is a relationship between self-care and blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus at Herna General Hospital in Medan. It is recommended that Herna Medan General Hospital improve health promotion strategies on Diabetes Mellitus Self-Care through leaflets, posters so that cases of Diabetes Mellitus with complications can be reduced

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding from the time the child is born until the child is 6 months old. Exclusive breastfeeding until6 months can meet the needs of children, over the age of 6 months new children need additional food. This study aims to determine the analysis of fassociated actorExclusive breastfeeding at BPM Ambarita, Humbang Hasundutan District.Method: This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach which aims to explain the analysis of factors related to exclusive breastfeeding in BPM Ambarita Humbang Hasundutan District. The population in this study were all babies who were brought to visit BPM Ambarita, Humbang Hasundutan District, and the samples were taken using a total sampling technique, where the entire population was used as a sample, totaling 85 mothers at BPM Ambarita, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Data analysis technique using the chi square statistical test and Fisher's Exact test Results: There is a relationship between age, parity, knowledge, attitudes and exclusive breastfeeding in BPM Ambarita, Humbang Hasundutan District. There is no relationship between education, work, income by exclusive breastfeeding at BPM Ambarita Humbang Hasundutan District. It is recommended to increase information to the wider community about exclusive breastfeeding through counseling, dissemination of printed media such as leaflets regarding the benefits of breastfeeding, as well as the advantages of breastfeeding both for mothers in labor and pregnant women
