Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara deskripti pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan manajemen puncak, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan manajemen puncak, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Ma’mur Farm, Kecamatan Pasirmuncang, Kabupatan Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Termilogi gaya kepemimpinan manajemen puncak merupakan norma perilaku yang digunakan oleh seseorang pada saat orang tersebut mencoba mempengaruhi perilaku orang lain seperti yang ia lihat. Selamjutnya motivasi kerja dapat didefinisikan suatu dorongan seseorang dalam bekerja karena adanya suatu kebutuhan fisik, penghargaan dan adanya suatu keinginan untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih baik. Pengertian lingkungan kerja adalah adalah faktor-faktor di luar manusia baik fisik maupun non fisik dalam suatu organisasi. Faktor fisik ini mencakup peralatan kerja, suhu I tempat kerja, kesesakan dan kepadatan, kebisingan, luas ruang kerja sedangkan non fisik mencakup hubungan kerja yang terbentuk di instansi antara atasan dan bawahan serta antara sesama karyawan. Sedangkan konsep kinerja atau prestasi kerja didefinisakan sebagai catatan tentang hasil-hasil yang diperoleh dari fungsi-fungsi pekerjaan tertentu selama kurun waktu tertentu. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji reliabilitas, uji validitas untuk setiap pertanyaan yang ada pada tiap variabel, dan uji statistik deskriptif serta uji statistik inferensial yang datanya diolah menggunakan SPSS 20 untuk mengetahui hasil korelasi, koefisien penentu, persamaan linear, dan regresi parsial maupun regresi berganda dalam uji hipotes baik itu parsial maupun secara keseluruhan. Dimana data atau informasi yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui sumber-sumber dokumentasi dan kepustakaan Kesimpulan yang diperoleh untuk uji reliabilitas gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja seluruhnya reliabel sedangkan uji validitas juga secara keseluruhan variabel valid. Selanjutnya uji statistik deskriptif adalah sangat setuju untuk selurah variabel yang ada. Untuk uji korelasi dan regresi parsial secara keseluruhan memiliki korelasi positif dan sangat kuat dengan hasil yang signifikan. Untuk uji korelasi dan regresi berganda memiliki korelasi yang positif dan sangat kuat dengan hasil uji hipotesis yang signifikan yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan manajemen puncak, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Ma’mur Farm, Kecamatan Pasirmuncang, Kabupatan Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the women's quota in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of DKI Jakarta Province during the 2014-2024 period. The women's quota is an affirmative policy designed to increase women's representation in the legislature, regulated by Indonesia's electoral law. Although this policy has been implemented, there are still various challenges that hinder women's participation in politics, including cultural, social, and structural barriers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Deputy Chairman of DPRD , Legislative Candidate, Academics , Sociologist and Law/ Political observers, as well as analysis of official documents and related reports. The results show that despite an increase in the number of women in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD ) of DKI Jakarta Province , the women's quota has not fully achieved its goals. Some of the factors that affect the effectiveness of this quota include the lack of support from political parties, strong gender stereotypes, and obstacles in the recruitment and selection process of female candidates. This research also found that the existence of women's quotas alone is not enough to increase women's participation in politics. Further efforts are needed, including political education for women, capacity building for female legislator candidates, and reforms in the political party system to support greater involvement of women. In conclusion, the women's quota in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of DKI Jakarta Province still faces various challenges in its implementation, and additional strategies are needed to overcome these obstacles in order to achieve more equitable and inclusive representation.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of maritime logistics has encouraged ports to adopt integrated information systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and service quality. However, despite the national implementation of port community systems in Indonesia, empirical evidence on how such systems operate at the port level and what factors influence their effectiveness remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Inaportnet system and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting digital service improvement at Soekarno–Hatta Port in Makassar. The study employed a qualitative descriptive research design. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources through structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The primary informants included port authority staff, a maritime transportation information system coordinator from the Ministry of Transportation, and a shipping agency representative. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques and a SWOT framework to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the system’s implementation. The findings indicated that the Inaportnet system had been implemented relatively well and contributed to faster and more transparent port services, including document approval processes that could be completed within approximately 30 minutes after submission. The system also improved efficiency through single submission services, electronic data integration, and reduced administrative errors. However, several challenges remained, including occasional network downtime, technical dependence on central system management, and limited digital capabilities among operators of traditional shipping vessels. The study concludes that while Inaportnet significantly enhances digital port services, further improvements in human resource capacity, infrastructure reliability, and stakeholder digital literacy are essential to achieve fully integrated and sustainable maritime digital services.
