Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which is the research in question to gather information about the status of existing symptoms, namely the status of a symptom as it is at the time of research. The research aims to determine the right strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strategies to apply to Lestari Indah. The results of this research show that the strength owned by Lestari Indah yarn Batik is always maintain quality products and high quality but with an affordable price, Batik motifs and colors are varied and with a sprightly understand the wishes of consumers to the product. The strategic location also becomes the strength of Lestari Indah. The weakness in sustainable freckle yarn Batik is the limited number of employees, the risk of decreasing revenue and high distribution cost rates. Batik Freckles Lestari Indah has the opportunity of increasing community income, the ability to capture market share, the presence of corporate cooperation with consumers, positive response of consumers to the existence of the company. The threat to the beautiful sustainable yarn spots Batik is the large number of competitors and high risk of business. A precise strategy that can be used Lestari Indah is an aggressive growth strategy with market penetration.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of electronic learning on the quality of learning of students of the Economic Education Study Program of FKIP University of Palangka Raya. This study uses quantitative method, samples are taken using total sampling technique so that the number of samples is equal to the population. Data collection techniques by disseminating questionnaires on Google Form. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study found that electronic learning has a positive and significant influence on the quality of learning of students economic education program is shown by the significance of the influence of e-learning learning of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fhitung > Ftabel (21,466 > 4.04) means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test produced Y = 12,492 + 0.834X with a coefficient of determination of 0.309 which means that e-learning has an influence of 30.9% on the quality of student learning, while 69.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The Economic Education Study Program at the University of Palangka Raya is one of the majors that has implemented entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education has been included in the curriculum and has become a compulsory subject for economic education students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of entrepreneurship courses on the interest of students of Economic Education Class of 2017 at the University of Palangka Raya and to determine the interest in entrepreneurship of students of Economic Education of Class of 2017 at the University of Palangka Raya. In conducting this research, quantitative methods were used, while data collection was carried out by analyzing data and submitting a questionnaire/questionnaire to Economic Education students class 2017 at the University of Palangka Raya. The population in this study were students of economic education class 2017 at the University of Palangka Raya and the sample used was total sampling where all members/elements of the population were investigated. The validity test was carried out through the calculation of SPSS for windows while the reliability test used the Cronbach's alpha formula. The data analysis technique used (1) validity and reliability tests, (2) hypothesis testing, namely (a) simple linear regression, (b) partial t-test, and (c) coefficient of determination R^2. From the results of the Simple Linear Regression Test, Y = 18.689 + 0.677. X, with the coefficient of determination or KP: 0.370, it means that the entrepreneurship course variable contributes to the interest in entrepreneurship (Y) by 37%. While the remaining 63% is influenced by other factors outside the variables in the study. The results of the t-value test show that the t_count value is 4.529 > t_table, which is 2.03011 with a significant level of 0.000. The significant level is smaller than 0.05 which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Thus it can mean that the hypothesis "entrepreneurship courses have a direct and significant positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship" is accepted.

Abstract

The results of the study showed that there was a positive influence of economic factors, socio-cultural factors and environmental factors on the interest of SMK graduates to continue their education to Higher Education. The higher the economic factor, socio-cultural and environmental factors affect the interest of SMK graduates to continue their education to Higher Education, the lower the interest of SMK graduates to continue their education to Higher Education in Kamipang District, Katingan Regency. There is a very strong relationship between economic factors, socio-cultural factors and environmental factors on the interest of SMK graduates to continue their education to Higher Education with a multiple correlation value of 0.88. There is a partial significant influence of economic factors and socio-cultural factors on the interest of SMK graduates to continue their education to higher education in Kamipang District, Katingan Regency. Meanwhile, partially environmental factors have no effect on the interest of vocational school graduates to continue their education to higher education in Kamipang District, Katingan Regency. With the partial influence of economic factors of 30%, socio-cultural factors of 41.85%, and environmental factors of 4.65% And economic factors, socio-cultural factors and environmental factors together have a significant influence on the interest of SMK graduates to continue education to college.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung. The questions you want to answer through this study are: 1) To find out the effectiveness of online learning in MTsN 1 Moody. 2) To find out the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung. 3) To know what needs to be improved so that the implementation of online learning runs better and in accordance with the wishes. This research uses qualitative research methods with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques or interview data collection and documentation. The subjects of the study were the head of the madrassa, teachers and learners of MTsN 1 Murung. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative descriptive data analysis of interactive models from Milles and Michael Huberman consisting of three concurrent activity paths, namely; data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of research and interviews showed that online learning in MTsN 1 Murung is not effective considering that in its short implementation so that gutu can not know whether learners have understood the material or not, the advantages of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung Raya that learning can be accessed anywhere and anytime, learners can learn independently, the provision of tasks is more structured through applications. While the lack of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung is monitoring or monitoring the situation of students sulik done, signals / connections that are less stable in some areas. The field that needs to be improved so that online learning can run well is to increase the creativity of teachers in making learning media that are easy to understand, monitoring / supervision to learners is more tightened, and cooperation between parents and teachers must be well established

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the business world, requires companies including banks to develop strategies in running their business. This strategy aims to create competitive advantage, growth and development of the company. This also happens in the banking world, therefore the author wishes to analyze Leverage and Company Growth at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero, Tbk. This research is a type of descriptive research, the object of this research is the financial statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in 2014-2018 and this study uses quantitative and qualitative data types derived from the company's financial statements as qualitative and quantitative data types. The data collection technique in this research is through documents related to and supporting this research, namely the Financial Statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. In this study, the data analysis technique used is through trend analysis assisted by graphs. The results showed that the DER of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. For 5 years (2014-2018) it was 630,722 (720.52 + 676.49 + 583.62 + 573.00 + 599.98 : 5) or 6.3%, which means PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. has sufficient capital of its own which is used to pay debts systematically. Growth of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. From 2014 to 2018 it tends to fluctuate. If seen in 2015 there was a significant decline in Bank BRI's profit growth from the previous year. This happened because of the economic conditions that occurred, namely in 2014 the percentage of BRI's credit reached 17.2%, but it turned out that in 2015 there were bad loans which ultimately suppressed BRI's profit in 2015. In general, the growth of BRI Bank in 2014-2018 was quite good because every year it always gives an increase of almost always double digits (percentage) except in 2015 which only rose 9.54% but this is reasonable because it has reasons that are in accordance with the economic conditions faced

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab minat masuk Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Palangka Raya bagi siswa lulusan SMA Swasta di Kota Palangka Raya dan dapat memperoleh temuan agar permasalahan bisa teratasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyebab minat masuk Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Palangka Raya bagi siswa lulusan SMA Swasta di Kota Palangka Raya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internalnya yaitu adanya motivasi, keinginan serta cita-cita yang dimiliki siswa sehingga melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Sedangkan faktor eksternalnya yaitu tingkat pendidikan keluarga/orangtua yang menjadi panutan untuk siswa supaya mendapatkan pendidikan tinggi pula. Kondisi ekonomi keluarga juga mempengaruhi minat siswa masuk perguruan tinggi. Memiliki kondisi keluarga yang berkecukupan mendukung siswa untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Namun, kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang lemah juga membuat siswa mengalami kendala untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, hal yang dapat disarankan adalah siswa lebih memperhatikan dan fokus terhadap cita-citanya. Siswa yang memiliki kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang lemah dapat mencari informasi tentang beasiswa dan memanfaatkan beasiswa tersebut agar dapat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Creating an ideal learning environment requires a perception between the family and the community. In the home environment in particular, parents are one of the factors that can affect children's learning motivation. The more children are given motivation, the children will be eager to carry out their learning activities in order to achieve learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative research type. This study involved 25 informants. The data collected in this research is by conducting observations first, then conducting interviews, and documenting the necessary data, both primary data and secondary data, then analyzed qualitatively and a conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the role of parents in improving student achievement at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Teweh, North Barito Regency is still low. Parents are still less active and motivating, and pay attention to their children's learning achievements at school. This is because he is busy at work, so he doesn't have much time to pay attention to the learning achievements of his children every day. Parents believe that their children will be able to overcome all kinds of difficulties faced at school. Because, the facilities provided by parents to their children have been fulfilled. For example, transportation facilities and learning facilities, where children are included in tutoring at home, even with learning at school

Abstract

The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the method is descriptive. The results obtained from this research is the active organization of students with a very active level has an average GPA 3.60 with the highest GPA 3.81 and the lowest GPA 2.43, with active rate activation has an average GPA of 3.31 with the highest GPA 3.75 and 2.25 lowest GPA, and a moderately active activity has an average GPA of 3.36 with the highest GPA of 3.61 and the lowest GPA of 3.11. This indicates that the level of activity is organized at the very active level of the highest average GPA in comparison of active and moderately active levels. However, active organisational activity at the current level has a lower average GPA than the average active GPA of an organization at a fairly active level. There is a positive and significant influence on the activity of students in organization of UPR Economics Education student academic achievement.
