<![CDATA[Based Health Profile of Indonesia, the coverage JKN of December 31, 2014 reached 53%, while the growing phenomenon today is the difficulty of access to health services for the poor, it is because of membership standalone increasing inconsistent with compliance in paying dues JKN. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge and ability to pay the premium payment compliance self JKN-KIS in district Pringsewu. The design used in this study is an analytic using cross sectional method. The population in this study were all participants who came to pay a premium self JKN-KIS in office BPJS district Pringsewu with a sample size of 90 people. The bivariate analysis in this study using chi square test. The survey results revealed between knowledge and ability to pay the premium payment compliance self JKN-KIS in district Pringsewu with p value = 0.001 and 0.043. It is necessary to review the regulations or policies that have been implemented, in the implementation process and in the formulation of plans related to the National Health Insurance program. The study must be sourced directly from the field whether it is the fee for fees, registration procedures, payment procedures, membership, quality of service or the willingness or ability to pay the community. The local government should record the poor citizens so that interventions can be made in data collection. So that it is hoped that the public will be exposed to information about health protection so that increasing awareness of the independent JKN-KIS premium payment can run well]]>

<![CDATA[Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernafasan yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus. Sejak terjadinya wabah coronavirus pertama kali di Wuhan, China, COVID-19 telah menyebar hampir di seluruh dunia sehingga pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020 WHO (World Health Organization) menetapkan COVID-19 sebagai pandemik dengan total 114 negara terpapar COVID-19 (WHO, 2020). Indonesia telah dilaporkan sebanyak 51.427 kasus terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 dengan 2.683 kasus kematian. pemerintah Indonesia berupaya menekan penyebaran infeksi COVID-19 dengan melakukan kebijakan Stay at Home. Karena hal tersebutlah, pandemik Covid-19 memunculkan berbagai permasalahan dalam domain kehidupan masyarakat seperti ekonomi (Laing, 2020). Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan kehidupan aktivitas masyarakat yang pada awalnya dapat beraktivitas bebas menjadi sangat terbatas sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan di masyarakat. <![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membekali para siswa dalam meningkatkan dorongan atau kehendak untuk menghasilkan sikap hidup, kemampuan untuk memperlancar belajar ketika melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, setelah lulus sekolah. Pengembangan diri khususnya dalam hal peningkatan motivasi belajar dan mengelola waktu pesertanya, yaitu siswa kelas XII SMK Islam Adiluwih Pringsewu. Sasaran Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Islam Adiluwih Pringsewu kompetensi keahlian Tehnik Komputer Jaringan,Administrasi Perkantoran dan Akuntansi dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 79 orang. Permasalahan rendahnya motivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi adalah dengan pemberian workshop atau training (Achievement Motivation Training ). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) diberikan dengan metode klasikan, yaitu disampaikan dalam bentuk paparan dan selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat diuraikan dalam indikator sebagai berikut: (1) Peserta dapat mengikuti dengan kondusif dari awal acara hingga akhir, (2) Peserta siswa memiliki semangat kembali dan lebih meningkat dalam berprestasi, baik dalam belajar maupun mengikuti serangkaian ujian yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah maupun dinas, (3) Peserta terdorong untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. <![CDATA[Tujuan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan kepada para pelaku Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Target khusus yaitu memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pelaku IRTP dalam pengembangan usaha melalui pelatihan dan bimbingan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan. Adapun prospek pengembangan IRTP dikaji berdasarkan pada analisa keuangan. Rencana kegiatan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi kepada pelaku IRTP, penyiapan peralatan pelatihan yang menunjang keberhasilan PKM, melakukan bimbingan terhadap pelaku IRTP dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, melakukan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baik melalui workshop maupun kegiatan-kegiatan lain, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan untuk menunjang keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan usaha.]]>

<![CDATA[An accounting Information System is a system that controls every activity that is in the responsibility center area. We can see the role of the accounting information system at the time of reporting responsibility accounting. A good accounting information system will produce a good accountability report. PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pringsewu is a branch of a state-owned logistics company that now has more than forty branch offices spread across Lampung Province. However, these branch offices do not compile their own financial reports but are only profit responsibility centers that periodically report accountability accounting reports to the auditing office (Lampung regional office). This study aims to determine the role of accounting information systems in the effectiveness of branch office accountability accounting reporting. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the accounting information system at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pringsewu has played a good role, especially in the effectiveness of its accountability accounting reporting. It is hoped that it is necessary to improve the quality of existing human resources in the company because it also affects the effectiveness of the implementation of the existing system.]]>

<![CDATA[Advances in technology provide convenience for each company in developing its business, especially in establishing communication with its customers. The banking business has implemented an information system by maximizing the use of the Mobile Banking application. This technology focuses on providing financial banking services using Android devices and is the main transaction for today's diverse daily needs. This study aims to clarify the importance of mobile banking applications in the banking sector in Lampung. The data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 300 customers from several Islamic banks in Lampung. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the lifestyle patterns of users and non-users of the mobile banking application. However, the user's lifestyle has several common themes. Fashion, leadership, family awareness, health awareness, neglect, public awareness, and usability all have a significant impact on mobile app users, but cost awareness is where users use mobile banking apps. It does not have a significant impact on the methodology.]]>

<![CDATA[The realization of good governance and accountability is the expectation of all parties. Regarding these expectations, it is necessary to develop and implement an accountability system that is appropriate, clear, measurable, and accurate. In realizing this effort, the Regency Government of Pringsewu in collaboration with the Aisyah University of Pringsewu created an electronic application for Government Agency Performance Accountability Systems (E-Sakip), namely an application for reporting performance measurement results to Government Agencies. The E-Sakip launching and outreach activities will be held on Monday, November 28th, 2022 at the Main Hall of the Regency Government of Pringsewu. The method used in this socialization is an introduction or lecturing method, then carrying out simulations or demonstrations which are attended by 80 participants consisting of the Head of the Planning Subdivision and Functional Officers. The material presented included creating user accounts for the application, account creation and user access rights for the LAKIP reporting unit, filling out the LAKIP document components, how to upload LAKIP documents, and how to change the password on the user account. The result of this community service activity is that the E-Sakip application can be implemented in the Regency Government of Pringsewu and it provides knowledge to participants who represent each Government Agency in the Pringsewu Region regarding the use of the E-Sakip application which can assist the Government Agencies in Digital Performance Accountability Reports]]>

<![CDATA[This type of research uses quantitative research with a case study and field study approach. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are all sales reports, production cost reports, and financial reports for Serasi Gorden's business. The samples used in this study were sales reports, production cost reports, and financial reports for the Serasi Gorden business for the period 2018 to 2022, namely 60 samples from 60 months for 5 years. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that production costs have a value of tcount <ttable or -38.034 <1.67065 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the sales volume variable has a tcount > ttable or 53.630 > 1.67065 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that partially production costs (X1) have no significant effect on increasing profits while sales volume (X2) has a significant effect on operating profits. From the simultaneous test of production costs and sales volume simultaneously, they have a positive and significant effect on Serasi Gorden's operating profit in Pringsewu with fcount > Ftable, namely 1567.144 > 3.15 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the test results for the coefficient of determination is 98.2% , while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the two variables studied.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the effect of inspectorate auditor perception of metro municipality concerning independence and professionalism to inspection effectiveness. The research hypothesis study whether the inspectorate auditor perception of metro municipality concerning independence and professionalism simultaneously affect to inspection effectiveness. The population of this research is inspector auditor who works at Inspectorate of Metro Municipality. The independent variable of this research is independence and professionalism. Data of this research is primary data obtained through spreading questioners directly to inspector auditor at Inspectorate of Metro Municipality. Analysis model used to study hypothesis is multiple linier regression, it based on data from thirty respondents which its research through questioners. The result showed that independence and professionalism simultaneously and partially affect significantly to inspection effectiveness on auditor at Inspectorate of Metro Municipality.]]>

<![CDATA[Homes Industrial Company Fish Crackers Rafa’s Cracker 002in Kahuripan Sidodadi Waylima village, Pesawaran Regency is one of the small industries engaged in the industry of making food ingredients in the form of Fish Crackers. In its activities so far, the industry has faced ups and downs in its marketing. This is due to various factors, especially competition from similar businesses that began to mold in some regions so that it affected the amount of production and sustainability of this business. Business competition is gettingtighter, making business owners rack their brains harder so that the business continues to run and is still able to bind customers so as not to move to other competing products that offer more competitive prices. This study aims: 1). To find out the concept of distribution and promotion networks in an effort to increase sales at the Rafa’s Fish Cracker Home Industry 002 Pesawaran, 2). To find out how the distribution and promotion network is ideal in increasing sales at the Rafa’s Fish Cracker Home Industry 002 Pesawaran. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely field research on research objects where data collection is carried out by conducting direct research by conducting direct interviews with business owners. Research Results: 1). The Rafa’s Fish Cracker Home Industry 002 Pesawaran, applies indirect distribution, namely from producers to agents from agents to wholesalers from wholesalers to retailers then from retailers to consumers, where this indirect distribution is also used as a promotional medium to increase sales, 2). Increased sales will affect the amount of production, so that business owners place more emphasis on promotions carried out through the distribution network. However, this fish cracker product is well known and much in demand by the people in Lampung and its surroundings.]]>
