Abstract

Family Medicinal Plants (abbreviated TOGA) are home-grown plants that have medicinal properties. The family medicine garden land is essentially a plot of land, both in the yard, garden or field that is used to cultivate medicinal plants as medicine in order to meet the family's needs for medicines. Partner problems found include lack of family knowledge and public awareness about the use of TOGA and optimizing the use of family medicinal plant land, lack of TOGA books as a reference in making TOGA ingredients and lack of clues about names and the benefits of each TOGA. Implementation of services that have been carried out in the form of providing counselin about TOGA, provision and planting of TOGA seedlings, making plant labels and procurement of TOGA books both in the pilot area of the Pangkajene Community Health Center in Pangkep district as well as in a number of pilot areas of residents and their respective residents lands. In conclusion, increased knowledge and skills of families in utilizing family medicinal plants, availability of 100 TOGA seeds for residents and health centre, the creation of a pilot TOGA land at the Pangkajene City Health Centre and the availability of TOGA books at the Pangkajene City Health Centre. Recommendations the need for periodic monitoring of the sustainability of the pilot TOGA at the Pangkajene City Health Centre and those distributed to residents and the pilot TOGA should be added to other plants besides the seeds distributed by the service team. Abstract

The neonatal period is the period most at risk for survival. Neonatal deaths occupy the highest proportion that occur in newborns in the world. This is caused by several factors including mother's age, mother's education, parity, LBW, ANC services. The aim is to determine the risk factors associated with neonatal death at RSIA Pertiwi Makassar. The research design is an analytic survey research using a cross-sectional study approach with a statistical chi-square test with a significant ? = 0.05. Total of 57 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses an observation sheet. Data processing using a computer program presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between maternal age and neonatal death with a p value = 0.021 > ?=0.05, there is a relationship between maternal education and neonatal death with a p value = 0.001 <?= 0.05 and there is a relationship between parity factors with neonatal death with p value = 0.000 <?=0.05, The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between age, education and maternal parity with the risk of neonatal death. It is recommended for health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women and expectant mothers which is focused on low maternal education and the need to improve family planning methods (KB) so that the number of parities can be reduced.

Abstract

Hospitalization or being admitted to the hospital often makes preschool children cry, refuse food or medicine, and generally be uncooperative. The anxiety experienced by children undergoing treatment can be reduced through distractions like music therapy, play therapy, relaxation, and storytelling. Storytelling is a powerful technique to distract children from anxiety. In this case, storytelling can convey certain messages to children so they can show better cooperation. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of audiovisual storytelling on the anxiety level of preschool children due to hospitalization. This study uses quantitative research with a population of 186, and in this study, the researcher only intervened with one treatment group consisting of 40 children. The design used was a pre-experimental one with a one-group pretest and posttest approach and was tested using a Paired T-Test. Audio-visual storytelling therapy found that 22 preschool children experienced mild anxiety before the intervention, with a result of 55.0%, and after the audio-visual storytelling intervention, 30 preschool children treated in the hospital did not suffer from anxiety, with a result of 75.0%. Based on the analysis, a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a Z value of 9.427 were found. The results show that the p-value is smaller than alpha, so HO is rejected. This indicates that there is a difference in anxiety in preschool children before and after storytelling therapy. It is hoped that future researchers can increase the sample size and conduct interventions with better media.
