Abstract

Pemberian bantuan korban bencana alam yangdilakukan pemerintah saat ini hanya berdasarkan pada kriteriakerusakan asset yang dialami oleh korban bencana. Pemberianbantuan dengan cara seperti ini kurang efektif membantumeringankan beban korban bencana alam dan kurangmemenuhi unsur keadilan. Besaran pemberian bantuanhendaknya berdasarkan pada beban yang harus ditanggungkorban sebagai akibat dampak bencana alam yang dialami.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem PendukungKeputusan berbasis komputer untuk menentukan besarnyabantuan yang akan diberikan kepada korban bencana alamsecara lebih adil berdasarkan beban yang harus ditanggungkorban bencana alam. Analisis beban yang ditanggung korbanbencana alam berdasarkan pada kriteria kemampuan ekonomi,jumlah anggota keluarga dan kategori kerusakan assetmenggunakan model Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasilpenelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif bagipemerintah untuk menentukan penerima bantuan keuangankorban bencana alam secara lebih efektif dan berkeadilanberdasarkan beban yang harus ditanggung korban bencanaalam.

Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi Indonesia yang turun seiring pandemi Covid-19 yang belum juga berakhir menyebabkan sebagian masyarakat menghadapi kesulitan ekonomi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, salah satunya adalah dalam pembiayaan sekolah anak. Salah satu solusi bagi permasalahan ini adalah dengan pemberian beasiswa bagi siswa. Keterbatasan dana beasiswa ditambah dengan siswa yang berhak menerima bantuan adalah berjumlah banyak, menghendaki adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam penentuan siswa penerima beasiswa.  Penelitian kami menerapkan pendekatan hibrid dari Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) metode Entropi dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode Entropi digunakan untuk memberikan pembobotan pada kriteria secara objektif. Metode TOPSIS mencari alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, yaitu yang semakin mendekati solusi ideal positif dan menjauhi solusi ideal negatif. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan di SMP N 1 Kokap Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan data siswa kelas 8 sejumlah 146 orang siswa. Terdapat sepuluh kriteria untuk menentukan siswa penerima beasiswa prestasi yaitu nilai pengetahuan, nilai keterampilan, catatan prestasi, keaktifan berorganisasi, jumlah ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ketidakhadiran, penghasilan ayah, penghasilan ibu, jumlah tanggungan orang tua dan status beasiswa. Berdasarkan sebaran dari evaluasi nilai kriteria dengan perhitungan bobot Entropi tanpa menggunakan bobot awal dari sekolah, diperoleh bahwa kriteria catatan prestasi adalah kriteria utama dalam penentuan siswa penerima beasiswa ini dan semua kriteria adalah valid. Output dari sistem ini adalah ranking siswa berdasarkan nilai preferensinya. Pe-ranking-an ini bisa dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi siswa penerima beasiswa prestasi di SMP N 1 Kokap. AbstractEconomic condition in Indonesia which is gradually decreased during Covid-19 pandemic which has not stopped yet causes some of citizens face economic difficulty in fulfilling their daily life, one of which is to pay their children’ school fees. One solution for this problem is to provide scholarship for students. The limited money for scholarship and students who are eligible to get the aids are many in number require a system which can ease in determining the merit scholars objectively. This study applies the hybrid approach of Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) method, Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Entropy. Entropy method is used to define objectively a weight of each criteria. TOPSIS method finds the best alternative from several alternatives that getting closer to the positive ideal solution and farther from the negative ideal solution. This study is implemented in SMP N 1 Kokap Yogyakarta and use data of 146 students on Kelas 8. There are ten criteria to determine merit scholars, these are a value of knowledge, a value of skills, a record of merits, organizational activities, the number of extracurriculars, for the number of absences, father's income, mother's income, the number of dependents of parents and scholarship status. Based on disperity of evaluation of criteria’ values, the achievements record is the important criteria for this system and all the criteria are valid. The result of this system is a rank of students based on their preference values. This rank could be used as a reference to recommend merit scholars in SMP N 1 Kokap.

Abstract

In recent times, the learning of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has been perceived to be closer to a radical religious perspective and intolerant behavior. This perspective is very likely to develop because PAI is indeed constructed ideologically. This ideological style is because the PAI curriculum comes from products of Islamic thought in the dogmatic era of codification. PAI dogmatism is caused by the partiality of epistemology in the construction of the PAI curriculum. In order to be able to get out of the ideological-dogmatic style, this partiality must be stopped. PAI can utilize the epistemological division carried out by Muhammad Abed Al-Jabiri. Al-Jabiri developed three epistemologies in comprehensive Arabic reasoning. The epistemology consists of bayani, irfani, and burhani reasoning. These three epistemologies can break the epistemological partiality of PAI and replace it to become more comprehensive and integrative. This article aims to find the formula for the three epistemological relations of al-Jabiri in order to reconstruct the PAI curriculum. The author uses a literature study of the work of Muhammad Abed Al-Jabiri to find a theoretical framework for the epistemology of bayani, irfani, and burhani. This framework was then formulated in the PAI curriculum and looked for the form of relations between the three epistemologies. The author developed an integrative circular relationship pattern using a thematic learning approach on PAI. Through thematic learning, the construction of knowledge built into PAI learning is the result of the integration of three epistemologies that are circularly interconnected. Through this approach also, students will be accustomed to constructing knowledge using three epistemologies in an integrative and circular manner.

Abstract

An objective process is needed in the selection of Bidikmisi Scholarship in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, so the selected recipients are not misdirected and meet the established criteria. At present, the process is still manual so it requires a long time and triggers some errors. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ongoing selection process. The method used is Profile Matching. The method matches the profile of the new registrant with the ideal profile of the scholarship recipient. The matching results will provide recommendations for applicants who are eligible to award Bidikmisi Scholarships. There are 4 aspects used for calculations:  parents, students, house and the interview. From these aspects, it will be divided into 28 criteria with a range of criteria according to the predetermined criteria. System testing is done by Alpha and Beta testing, the results show that the system can function properly as expected. The system provides results as recommendations for candidates through ranking from the final results of system calculations.

Abstract

The need for information in life has transformed into basic needs. As an impact, this will cause problems when not handled properly. The Garuda Cooperative is one of the Employee Cooperatives in Sragen with complex managerial data but its management is still manual. To support its business process, a management information system is needed to handle data quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Garuda Cooperatives. The flow of research used is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of a use case diagram and statechart diagram. The programming language used is Delphi with PostgreSQL as database management. The information system produced includes processing savings and loan business units, processing membership data and reports. The results of the system testing on 8 respondents showed that the system was running well to meet needs, had an attractive appearance, and was easy to use.

Abstract

Discussions about women, especially the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith, seemed to never stop to be discussed. Many assumptions behind these issues, among the most fundamental issues are patriarchal phenomena. The tendency for this phenomenon ultimately results in a reflection on all levels of human life, among politically, culturally, sociologically, and institutionally. In fact, it is not uncommon to assume that the issue of patriarchy has strong theological legitimacy.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan jumlah data rekam medik yang pesat, menjadi masalah tersediri yang harus diantisipasi. Untuk menangani fenomena information overload dalam informasi rekam medis,  perlu studi yang mendalam untuk dapat mengembangkan model filtering informasi rekam medik yang secara efektif mendukung peningkatan kualitas rekomendasi proses pencarian informasi. Berbagai penelitian terkait pencarian informasi medis telah banyak dilakukan, diantaranya mengembangkan penelitian dengan konsentrasi pada kebaruan dan keberagaman, menggunakan fuzzy ontology, berbasis factor tensor, memepertimbangkan niatan/intention pengguna ketika melakukan pencarian serta pendekatan dengan menggabungkan pencarian berbasis frasa dengan alat pemetaan konsep yang ada menggunakan MetaMap dan sumber data ULMS Metathesaurus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana sarana pembelajaran dikelola, mencakup seluruh proses mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, hingga tahap penghapusan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif interpretatif. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan tiga aspek utama, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sementara validitas data diuji melalui reliabilitas, transferabilitas, dan verifiabilitas. Proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan penerapan teknik analisis interaktif, yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Responden dalam penelitian ini mencakup kepala sekolah, pengelola perpustakaan agama, staf bidang sarana dan prasarana, serta guru mata pelajaran PAI. Sumber data yang digunakan mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasaran pembelajaran di SDN Lempuyangan 1 Yogyakarta sudah dilakukan berdasar pada standar proses. Pengelolaan tersebut meliputi: (a) perencanaan sarana pembelajaran sudah dilakukan dengan baik, (b) pengadaan buku pembelajaran, (c) pemeliharaan pembelajaran, pihak sekolah sudah melakukan pemeliharaan sarana dengan baik dengan cara menyimpan dengan rapi apabila telah digunakan untuk menjaga agar sarana pembelajaran tidak mudah rusak. dan (d) penghapusan sarana pembelajaran, dilakukan dengan pencatatan buku pembelajaran yang tidak layak digunakan.
