Performance measurement as an agency's internal audit process in the context of Information Technology General Control (ITGC) functions to track, study and provide results on how to apply Information Technology (IT) in an agency. The implementation of the internal audit framework used helps provide better IT recommendations. With the Semantic Lirature Review (SLR) on several research results on the application of IT performance measurement in Indonesia, it aims to find out what agencies are implementing, the framework used and how the results of the implementation of performance measurement are. From the results of the search with the SLR, it provides several conclusions including a description of the condition of IT and recommendations for better IT implementation, and it is possible to continue to develop or integrate parts of the performance measurement framework to provide better IT audit results and increase the variety of contributions in the audit field. IT in particular in an effort to ensure the continuity of IT as needed.Keywords— Information Technology, General Control, Semantic Literature Review, Framework, Internal Audit

Open Government Data (OGD) merupakan kumpulan dataset yang salah satunya disediakan oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang bisa diakses dan dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai keperluan. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan aplikasi berdasarkan rancanganmenggunakan metode prototyping yang memanfaatkan OGD sebagai dasarnya. Dengan menggunakan data OGD yang terhimpun diharapkan akan memberikan hasil aplikasi yang lebih tepat guna sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Metode prototyping merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan memanfaatkan pemodelan awal atau rancangan model dari suatu aplikasi yang nantinya dijadikan acuan pengembangan. Untuk menghasilkan rancangan tersebut diperlukan bahan awal selain selain analisis kebutuhan pengguna, keperluan fituryaitu data yang nantinya digunakan pada aplikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan rancangan awal dengan menggunakan OGD menghasilkan aplikasi yang lebih realistis, dinamis, mudah dalam penggunaan serta lebih dini untuk diidentifikasi harapan pengguna terhadap yang dapat dikembangkan. The integration of learning and Information Technology (IT) currently has a good impact on education. Besides making it easy, IT also provides opportunities to achieve learning goals anytime and anywhere. Many studies have discussed how to achieve successful learning through IT. IT here only serves as a support for learning, not as a science. This research develops a model or instrument used to achieve learning success by placing IT as a science. As a result, a learning model was successfully developed by combining several perspectives related to IT; students (Background, desire, and skill), teacher (teaching), and institution (infrastructure).

An objective process is needed in the selection of Bidikmisi Scholarship in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, so the selected recipients are not misdirected and meet the established criteria. At present, the process is still manual so it requires a long time and triggers some errors. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ongoing selection process. The method used is Profile Matching. The method matches the profile of the new registrant with the ideal profile of the scholarship recipient. The matching results will provide recommendations for applicants who are eligible to award Bidikmisi Scholarships. There are 4 aspects used for calculations: parents, students, house and the interview. From these aspects, it will be divided into 28 criteria with a range of criteria according to the predetermined criteria. System testing is done by Alpha and Beta testing, the results show that the system can function properly as expected. The system provides results as recommendations for candidates through ranking from the final results of system calculations.

Fiber Optic attenuation value affects the quality of data transmission. The fiber optic attenuation value can be greater or lower than the standard value. The attenuation value can affect the amount of data transmission sent and received. The attenuation value of single core fiber optic is influenced by various things, one of which is the treatment of the cable itself. Treating the cable by bending and coiling can also affect the damping value. To avoid the high attenuation value of fiber Optic when rolled by doing the rolling process carefully and not twisting during the installation process. The commendation scenario uses Fiber Optic Patchcord, the cable length is 5 meters. From the results of the scenario test on the 3 cables used, the highest attenuation value is in cable C with an attenuation value of 5.39 dB. The highest attenuation is in the 15th winding scenario. Meanwhile, from the 3rd test, the lowest attenuation value is found in cable A with an attenuation value of 1.76 dB. The lowest attenuation at the cable position without a given winding scenario. the more rolls the average damping value will increase the value.

The community and local government waste handling capacity is not optimal. Waste cannot be managed properly, affecting the environment and the surrounding community's health. Garbage is a cultural problem because its impact affects various aspects of life, as is currently happening in the Gunungsari Village environment. When looking at the environmental situation there, it can be seen that residents' awareness of their respective waste segregation is not optimal. It can be seen that only about 20% of residents care and try to take part in waste sorting and 3R management, namely: reduce, reuse and recycle. So seeing these conditions, the community service team took the initiative to provide a K-Trash application technology solution to help villagers' problems in terms of waste management. With the presence of this application, people will become more aware of and understand the complexities of the household waste management process. Some of the community service team's activities in this program include socialization regarding the features, benefits, and purposes of applications used by villagers, providing mass training, and monitoring and evaluating application programs.

In software development activities one of the stages that need to be known by the project manager and the client is the estimated effort. The estimation activity is used as a reference in determining the time and personnel involved in software development. There are several methods used in software estimation such as Function Point, COCOMO, and Use Case Point. However, there are still some shortcomings such as the subjective tendency to measure complexity and lack of calculation on technical factors and environmental factors. The estimation used in this study uses the Use Case Size Point method which is the development of the Use Case Point method. The results of the Use Case size Point were used to provide a more accurate evaluation of effort with 0.01 Mean Magnitude of Relative Error (MMRE) and 0.01 Mean Magnitude of Relative Error (MMER)

Kondisi kekurangan gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh asupan makanan yang tidak mencukupi sebagai akibat dari kebiasaan makan yang tidak tepat sesuai dengan gizi yang diperlukan disebut juga dengan stunting. Stunting dapat membuat fisik anak menjadi lebih pendek, selain itu dapat menghambat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan organ lain seperti ginjal, jantung, dan otak pada anak. Meningkatnya kasus stunting pada anak memerlukan upaya pencegahan secara dini. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 18 atribut dan 5021 record data dari 10 kelurahan Kota Dumai dimana salah satu diantaranya dijadikan sebagai kelas. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan Algoritma Decision Tree dan Support Vactor Machine (SVM) untuk mengetahui algoritma mana yang tepat memproses data tersebut. Hasil prediksi dengan menggunakan Decision Tree pada penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 96.15%, nilai recall Tidak sebesar 92.06% serta Ya sebesar 97.34% dan nilai presisi Tidak sebesar 90.99% serta Ya sebesar 97.68%. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan Algoritma SVM mendapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 62.48%, nilai recall Tidak sebesar 99.12% serta Ya sebesar 51.80% dan nilai presisi Tidak sebesar 37.49% serta Ya sebesar 99.51%. Berdasarkan penelitian menggunakan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa akurasai algoritma Decision Tree jauh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma SVM.

The business of refill drinking water depot is a business initiative that focuses on selling refilled drinking water. These depots face fluctuating demand over time, which create challenges in planning inventory and production effectively and effectively. This research aimed to apply the Trend Moment method to predict daily sales of Refill Drinking Water Depot, which allows the recognition of trends and fluctuation patterns based on existing historical sales data. Through analysis of previous sales data, the depot can describe demand development patterns and fluctuations variations. This data is combined into a prediction model to produce more precise future sales forecasts. This study applies the Waterfall Model method in the system creation process. Analysis, design, application, testing, delivery and maintenance are applied in developing a web system for daily sales predictions. The application of the trend moment method produces entirely satisfactory sales predictions. Even though the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) figure exceeds the ideal limit of less than 50%, this model still provides essential views and insights for understanding sales patterns and trends. The low Mean Squared Error (MSE) value accurately predicts sales. Hopefully, this study can effectively forecast daily sales at the Refill Drinking Water Depot. This web-based prediction system can support business owners in analyzing expected sales patterns and increasing efficiency in their operations

In the context of software effort estimation, this study investigates the use of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)-based Linear Regression to improve estimation accuracy. The main problem faced is the limitations of standard Linear Regression models in accurately estimating the effort required for software development projects. This research aims to improve the quality of estimation of software efforts to optimize resource management and project schedules. The method used was the integration of PSOs in Linear Regression, which was evaluated using three different COCOMO datasets. Experimental results show that LR+PSO models consistently outperform standard Linear Regression with lower MAE, MSE, and RMSE, as well as higher R-squared. In conclusion, integrating PSOs in Linear Regression effectively improves the estimation accuracy of software efforts, demonstrating great potential for improving estimation quality in software project management practices.
