Abstract

the community service program is packaged in the form of a Sustainable BUMDes Training and Assistance package for the Acceleration of Independent BUMDes. The training and mentoring are carried out starting from the business management aspect of BUMDes, Human Resources (HR) management which of course acts as the direct manager of BUMDes, and financial aspects including taxation. The purpose of this activity is to help improve the governance of BUMDes, together with the village government, the community, and the private sector; through training and mentoring efforts to explore the natural potential and the potential of human resources owned. The method used is divided into three stages, namely 1) analyzing the mapping of the problems faced by BUMDes in Ampeldento Village, 2) conducting socialization about the steps for establishing BUMDes in accordance with regulations, 3) providing training and assistance in business development through exploring potential resources. owned village people and trained in making simple financial reports. The service program carried out has had a good impact on the development of BUMDes and related human resources so that BUMDes is expected to be sustainable so that it can provide benefits to the community in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

One aspect of organizational resources is Human Resources (HR). Human resource development programs are very important in an organization to improve employee performance, because development can encourage the self-quality of existing employees. One of the variables that can be used in developing human resources is to understand Organizational Capability. Organization Capability is useful for developers of Village-Owned Enterprises (TVEs) can carry out their business processes well, so that TVEs can grow and develop. There are three things in understanding Organizational Capability, namely: Social Capital, Human Capital, and Intellectual Capital. Social Capital has a role in facilitating access to wider information sources and improving the quality, relevance and timeliness of information. Human Capital is defined as the knowledge, skills and abilities that reside with an individual and are utilized by the individual. Meanwhile, Intellectual Capital is conceptualized as knowledge to determine organizational capabilities. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The research location was carried out at 9 TVEs in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency with 32 TVEs administrators as respondents. The research results show that Intellectual Capital, Social Capital, and Human Capital have a significant simultaneous influence on the TVEs Business Model.

Abstract

The village head has a key role in developing his village with various leadership styles in order to improve the village economy. One popular leadership style is transformational leadership. Therefore, this research aims to identify the implementation of transformational leadership in village institutions in improving the village economy. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted using in-depth interviews with four village heads including village officials and business actors in Jombang Regency, including Ngampungan Village, Galengdowo Village, Wonomerto Village, and Carangwulung Village. This village was chosen because it has a fairly developed rural tourism in Jombang Regency. The research results show that the Head of Galengdowo Village has the highest level of application of transformational leadership among other village heads, followed by the Heads of Wonomerto and Carangwulung Villages who have similar characteristics.

Abstract

AbstractEffective leadership in Tourism Awareness Groups (POKDARWIS) plays an important role in optimizing the management of tourism potential and achieving organizational goals. Good leadership can provide direction, build cooperation, and encourage innovation to introduce regional tourism. In addition, work motivation is also a factor supporting the sustainability of POKDARWIS, providing encouragement for members to remain productive and contribute with new ideas. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of leadership and work motivation on organizational sustainability at POKDARWIS Gubugklakah, Malang Regency. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 100 members of POKDARWIS Gubugklakah, which was selected to obtain representative data. Data were collected through a structured survey to ensure the validity and reliability of the results. The results showed that leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on organizational sustainability, both partially and simultaneously. The findings indicate that the role of strong leaders and high work motivation among members are key to achieving sustainability of POKDARWIS. This research is expected to serve as a reference for improving leadership capabilities and work motivation in tourism organizations, as well as providing insights for the development of more effective management strategies in maintaining organizational sustainability. AbstrakKepemimpinan yang efektif dalam Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) memainkan peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan potensi wisata dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kepemimpinan yang baik dapat memberikan arahan, membangun kerjasama, serta mendorong inovasi untuk mengenalkan pariwisata daerah. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga menjadi faktor penunjang keberlanjutan POKDARWIS, memberikan dorongan bagi anggota untuk tetap produktif dan berkontribusi dengan ide-ide baru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi pada POKDARWIS Gubugklakah, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 anggota POKDARWIS Gubugklakah, yang dipilih untuk mendapatkan data yang representatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang terstruktur untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peran pemimpin yang kuat dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi di antara anggota adalah kunci untuk mencapai keberlanjutan POKDARWIS. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dalam organisasi pariwisata, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan strategi pengelolaan yang lebih efektif dalam menjaga keberlanjutan organisasi.
