Abstract

This study analyzes the pesantren community “konasi” comparison to the use of terms and Indonesian Arabic terms used in the skim product of Islamic banks. The sample is pesantren communities in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. Types of samples in this study using cluster random sampling and proportionate sampling. Samples were taken as many as 155 respondents from 31 boarding schools in the Province D.I Yogyakarta. The results showed no difference konasi pesantren communities involving caregivers, religious teacher and students in the province DI Yogyakarta against the use of terms and Indonesian arabic terms. Abstract

according to a study conducted by Master Card and Cresent Rating, in the Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI), that in 2014 there were 108 million Muslim tourists representing 10 per cent of the entire tourism industry. Therefore it is very important that Yogyakarta starts to prepare sharia tourism packages or halal tourism packages. Sharia tourism can be prepared by referring to or referring to the MUI fatwa that has been issued as a guideline for the community to understand the understanding and management of halal tourism or sharia tourism. This study will use a descriptive methodology, which describes the object through observation and literature search that is relevant to the object of the study. The results of the study concluded that Islam provides guidance or guidance to its followers in travelling in accordance with Islamic values. Abstract

Abstract Widya Astutik. 2010. “Factors Affecting Financing Problem In Barokah BMT Artha Yogyakarta in 2013”. Essay. Yogyakarta: School of Theology Alma Ata. KJKS BMT is an institution that serves as an intermediary (Intermediary Institution) fi nancial, KJKS BMT third parties to channel the funds to the community. Among them is the fi nancing of profi t and loss sharing. The background of this study is that the factor of the customer, the bank and is a factor taken into consideration by the Bank to analyze the occurrence of fi nancing problems at BMT Artha Barokah. This study was conducted to determine whether the factor of the customer, the Bank, and infl uence the occurrence of fi nancing problems. This research is a fi eld research (fi eld reserch) with the data collection methods of documentation, because the data used in this research is secondary data obtained from customer data instantly fi lled. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression testing using aberration test classical linear regression and statistical tests. The results of t test analysis showed that each of the independent variables signifi cantly affect the fi nancing problems in BMT Artha Barokah Yogyakarta. In the F test showed that the independent variables and external customers signifi cant effect, while the factors did not signifi cantly affect bank fi nancing problems. The determinansi coeffi cient (R ²) of 0.56, which means fi nancing bermasalahpada BMT Artha Barokah able to be explained by the independent variable of 56.1% and the remaining 43.9% is infl uenced by other variables outside this research model. Abstract

The development of technology and information at this time, affect changes in service to customers. One form of technology utilization in banking is the e-banking or internet banking application, which is a banking service product that uses the internet network. Meanwhile the volume of banking transactions using internet banking in Indonesia both in frequency and volume continues to increase. In 2014, the volume of internet banking reached Rp. 6,447 trillion, up 17.32% compared to the previous year. it turns out that internet banking users are also dominated by young age. We can see this from the results of a survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Provider (APJII). From the survey, it is known that 49.52% of internet banking users are aged 19-34 years, then 29.55% are aged 35-54 years, and 4.24% are 54 years and older.This research method is quantitative descriptive, an approach that illustrates the problem based on data in the form of numbers, then analyzed further to conclusions. The analytical tool is the SPSS Statistics Program.The results of the study stated that the perception of benefits. Perceived ease and risk perception apparently partially has a significant influence on students' interest in using internet banking services at BNI Syariah Bank. Meanwhile simultaneously these three variables also have a significant influence on students' interest in using internet banking services at BNI Syariah bank. While the determination number shows that when the variable can explain the variable student interest in using internet banking services by 57.5%, while the rest is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract Management is one branch of economics that plays an important role in the successful management of an organization or company. Implementation of the company's management can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of resource companies or organizations so as to achieve the goal or vision of a better company. Islam is one religion the religion professed by the majority of the Indonesian population, have given color to every aspect of life of its adherents. Abstract

 Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) pengaruh sikap terhadap perilaku nasabah BMT Artha Barokah, 2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap perilaku nasabah BMT Artha Barokah, 3) pengaruh kelas sosial terhadap perilaku nasabah BMT Artha Barokah, 4) pengaruh sikap, motivasi, dan kelas sosial bersama-sama terhadap perilaku nasabah BMT Artha Barokah. Analisis data menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan dalam instrumen penelitian serta pengujian uji-t (Parsial), uji-f (serentak), uji (Identifikasi Determinasi) dan ujin Linieritas.Berdasarkan  hasil  analisis  uji  t  menunjukkan  sikap  Sikap  Nasabah  (X1)berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku nasabah. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefesien dan T hitung adalah positif, namun t hitung < t tabel, dengan angka 1,522 <2,028.Motivasi  (X2)  berpengaruh  positif  dan  tidak  signifikan  terhadap  perilaku nasabah. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefesien dan t hitung adalah positif, namun t hitung < t tabel, dengan angka 0,692 < 2,028.Kelas Sosial (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku nasabah. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefesien dan t hitung adalah positif, serta t hitung > t tabel dengan angka 2,703 > 2,028.Hasil   uji f, nilai Fhitung sebesar 7,711 sedangkan nilai F tabel sebesar 2,87 (Fhitung>Ftabel) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara variabel independen (sikap, motivasi, dan kelas sosial) terhadap perilaku nasabah.Hasil R square 0,391 yang berarti 39,1%. variabel terikat (dependen) dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel bebasnya (independen), sedangkan sisanya 60,9% dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Era disruption adalah suatu era yang akan mengubah bukan hanya cara bisnisnya akan tetapi sampai dengan fundamental bisnisnya, dimulai dari struktur biaya sampai budayanya, bahkan sampai dengan idielogi industrinya.(Renald Kasali, 2017). Pada era disruption perubahan bisnis sangat nampak, cara berbisnis yang dulunya sangat menekankan owning (kepemilikan) menjadi sharing (saling berbagi peran, kolaborasi resources). Salah satu unit dalam perusahaan yang sangat terpengaruh dalam discruption adalah bidang pemasaran. Bidang pemasaran tersebut menjadi ujung tombak perusahaan yang paling cepat terpengaruh. Salah satu bentuk pengaruh discruption dalam pemasaran adalah hadirnya sistem pemasaran Online. Sistim pemasaran tersebut disebut online, karena menggunakan jaringan internet sebagai sarana memasarkan produk barang atau jasa kepada konsumen. Beberapa permasalahan penting yang seringkali dihadapi dalam pemasaran produk secara online adalah, perlunya pemahaman konsep pemasaran secara jelas, kemudian juga pemahaman tentang media yang dapat digunakan, serta strategi pemasaran yang baik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggunakan studi pustaka atau literatur, dengan menggunakan jurnal, buku, majalah, dan web yang relevan dengan penelitian. Abstract

Jika kita perhatikan banyak perusahaan memiliki keunikan yang berbeda antara satu perusahaan dengan yang lainnya. Meskipun mereka menghasilkan barang atau jasa yang sama akan tetapi mereka memiliki sebuah perbedaan yang menjadi nilai  atau simbol dari perusahaan, nilai atau simbol tersebut membentuk sebuah budaya organisasi. Salah satu nilai-nilai yang dapat dikembang di perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerjanya adalah dengan mengembangkan nilai – nilai islam sebagai sebuah budaya organisasi, atau dengan kata lain perusahaan dapat membentuk budaya organisasi yang islami untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. konsep dasar yang menjadi landasan ekonomi Islam dapat dijadikan landasan budaya kerja sebagai budaya organisasional yang Islami. Budaya organisasional yang Islami tersebut antara lain didasarkan pada tiga konsep fundamental, yaitu tauhid (keimanan kepada Allah), khilafah (kepemimpinan), dan a’dalah (keadilan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif, dengan melakukan studi literatur dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan islami memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya kinerja perusahaan akan menjadi lebih baik, kepemimpinan Islami memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Dengan meningkatnya motivasi kerja karyawan maka kinerja perusahaan akan meningkat menjadi lebih baik. danya pengaruh kepemimpinan Islami terhadap motivasi menunjukkan bahwa seorang pemimpin yang dalam menjalankan tugasnya berdasarkan pada syariat Islam akan dapat memberikan dan menciptakan suatu motivasi dari para karyawannya. Pada dasarnya, motivasi kerja Islami merupakan perasaan atau keinginan seseorang yang berada dan bekerja dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan material atau nafkah yang didasarkan pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadits.
