Abstract

Saat ini banyak perusahaan yang masih menggunakan manual dalam mengerjakan setiap pekerjaan kantor salah satunya adalah koperasi simpan pinjam untuk menentukan nasabah terbaik masih secara konvensional dan tidak memiliki metode khusus dan masih kurang efektif. Berdasrkan itu peneliti ingin membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan nasabah Terbaik dengan metode electre. Dimana metode electre melakukan pengujian berdasarkan kriteria mengurutkan berdasrkan nilai dan rangking yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan dari alternatif-alternatif berdasarkan setiap kriteria yang sesuai. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode electre untuk menghitung hasil dalam menyelesaikan masalah penyeleksian pemilihan nasabah terbaik menggunakan 4 nasabah yang di uji masing-masing diberikan nilai yang berbeda-beda dari hasil pengujian menghasilkan nasabah terbaik dengan nilai 3, 4.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) is a productive business, owned by an individual or business entity that has meet a certain condition or criteria as businessmen. Micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) aims to grow and develop its capability to become a strong and independent business, enhance its role on regional development, providing jobs and promote economic growth.Information technology that is developing fast lately has driven acceleration in various fields of work. Newest and accurate information is needed, that is why the writer tries to design an information system website. This task intends to provide convenience who want to find out the information about all the North Sumatera (MSME) data, especially in Medan. This information system is built using PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), Javascript, Sublime Text, Adobe Photoshop as layout design and Google Chrome browser. This information system can provide information on MSME products, employee data, basic tasks, vision and mission, organizational structure, galleries and contacts that users can reach if needed

Abstract

Wildlife park is a means that can be used as a place to add understanding, knowledge, and insight that is fun for every tourists both for children, students and can be obtained by all tourists, because the function of the wildlife park in addition to being a tourist attraction is also a place of education. In an effort to develop and improve the service of wildlife park attractions visit is one of the factors in improving a service in the wildlife park so that tourists feel comfortable and safe to visit wildlife park attractions. Therefore, wildlife park attractions will further improve the service of visitation by creating a system as a medium of improvement of services in wildlife parks. In the use of a system will make an advantage in utilizing technology that is used as a medium of promotion of wildlife park attractions and also as a medium of information for tourists. Therefore, in the development and increase of wildlife park attractions, a high cooperation is required to increase visits in wildlife park.

Abstract

This study discusses how to make a pattern in the motorcycle sales process, where every month the sales of each type of motorcycle must be different. So that every employee is overwhelmed in classifying the types of items that will be recommended in adding stock. The goal is to keep consumer demand met every month. Based on the research that has been done, this study concludes: the results of research with a minimum support limit of 30% and a minimum confidence of 70%, form 20 rules every year. One of the rules established is that if a 2X4 motorcycle is sold, the Yamaha A 90 type is sold with a support value of 45% and a confidence value of 74.46%.This study discusses how to make a pattern in the motorcycle sales process, where every month the sales of each type of motorcycle must be different. Abstract

This study aims to simplify and assist the workshop division in making decisions regarding the amount of stock that must be prepared in large quantities by PT. Multi Jaya Samudera which is a company engaged in shipping services. This study discusses the prediction of supply of ship spare parts which are very important for the workshop division. If spare parts are not available it can hamper the ship's operations which will result in delays in ship repairs and reduce work efficiency. The data used in this study is data for 2021 where the data to be tested is 225 data from the data tested can be used as a guide for planning spare parts inventory. The method used is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) which produces an accuracy of 93.33%. The results of the application of the KNN Min-Max scaling method can help and facilitate companies in supplying ship spare parts so that they do not hinder ship operations.

Abstract

A film producer is a person who initiates, coordinates, supervises, and manages the managerial and administrative aspects of film production. This research aims to predict the Film Genre in the Indonesian Internet Movie Database using the Long Short-Term Memory method to analyze the historical data of Indonesian film genres in the Internet Movie Database application for the previous 12 years. The research findings indicate that the LSTM algorithm model can generate accurate predictions with an RMSE value below 2.50 for both training and testing data, and it provides graphical results that can capture patterns and trends from the genre data of IMDb Movies Indonesia. The predictions in this study show that the drama genre has a higher predicted value to be released in the coming years.

Abstract

This study evaluates the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method as an effective rehabilitation solution for young inmates facing mental health challenges, including pre-existing conditions, confinement stress, and educational deficits. Mental health issues in correctional facilities remains a growing concern, affecting not only the well-being of inmates but also their chances of successful reintegration into society. The method employs Electroencephalogram/EEG to monitor tracked brain activity, providing real-time data that refined the treatment protocols and allowed for personalized adjustments. Conducted in a correctional facility in Medan, Indonesia, the study found significant reductions in anxiety and depression among participants, along with improved self-efficacy and emotional resilience. The results highlight the potential of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method in not only improving inmate mental health but also in reducing recidivism rates and supporting social reintegration. These findings underscore the critical need to adopt more rehabilitative correctional strategies to address the complex mental health challenges within the incarcerated population.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model prediksi penempatan mahasiswa penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Prima Indonesia menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) yang dioptimasi hyperparameternya dan dibandingkan dengan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Penelitian menggunakan 269 data mahasiswa yang diperoleh dari instansi akademik dan kuesioner. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pra-pemrosesan data, pembentukan label target, encoding, normalisasi, serta pembagian data 80:20. Optimasi SVM dilakukan menggunakan Grid Search dan 5-fold cross-validation, sedangkan KNN digunakan tanpa optimasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SVM dengan kernel RBF, parameter C=10 dan gamma=0,1 memperoleh akurasi 88,89%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan KNN sebesar 83,33%. Selain itu, SVM juga menunjukkan performa lebih baik pada metrik precision, recall, dan F1-score, sehingga lebih efektif digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan penempatan mahasiswa KIP secara objektif dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Work-related stress is the result of actions, situations, and external events that place excessive psychological or physical demands on individuals. Work-related stress indirectly reduces employee performance, leading to a high turnover rate among outsourced employees on a large scale. A problem that almost always arises every year is the demand from outsourced employees for wage increases; this occurs because the cost of living continues to rise every year. The peak of this wage-related issue usually takes the form of strikes carried out by employees against their companies. Regarding the method, there are various algorithms or techniques that can be used for classifying levels of work-related stress, according to previous research and literature. Some previous studies indicate that the SVM (Support Vector Machine) method yields fairly good accuracy. In this study, the results showed no significant anomalies, and no very strong correlations (approaching 1 or -1) were found
