Abstract

This Community Service (CS) aims to reduce understanding of Pancasila in the era of globalization when the economy makes goods, services and culture freely flow between countries. The method used is lecture and question and answer discussion. The tool used is google meet. The meeting was conducted boldly. The implementation is carried out in four stages, namely survey, pre-activity, implementation, and PKM report. The target achievement in this CS is that participants can recall about Pancasila so that their behavior can reflect Pancasila. The discussion implemented in PKBM Bhakti Asih is the material of Pancasila and its origins, the dimensions of the globalization era of marketing, human resources, and finance and international trade.

Abstract

Community service activities. Scientific Manuscript Writing Training Journal of Educational Research at SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan aims to help elementary/junior/junior high school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in ISSN journals. The training method is carried out using the method of mentoring, discussion, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) of writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The results of the training were obtained as many as 11 elementary school teacher manuscripts (73%) and 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (27%) published in the INVESTIGATION journal of SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan Volume 2 Number 2 Month September 2021 - December 2022. Publishing teacher scientific manuscripts in the INVESTIGATION journal is certainly very important. assisting teachers in fulfilling their obligations to journalize their scientific texts, so that they are not constrained in promotion of class or position. The targeted output in this community service activity is the publication of the results of community service activities in national scientific journals with ISSN.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of Culinary SMEs in South Tangerang City. In addition to knowing the marketing mix strategy in the management of Culinary MSMEs in South Tangerang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research method is qualitative. The research was conducted on Culinary SMEs in South Tangerang City. Determination of the informant as the selected data source using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The validity of the data is obtained through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmatory. Qualitative data analysis: data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The number of Culinary MSMEs in South Tangerang City in 2021 amounted to 28,036, with details: Pamulang District 5.552, Setu District 2,084, Ciputat District 4,235, Ciputat Timur District 3,754, Serpong District 4,274, North Serpong District 2,911, and Pondok Aren District 5,226. The number of Culinary MSME workers in South Tangerang City is very large, namely 51,095 people. Then the total turnover of Rp. 3,933,700,000,000,-. 2) The marketing mix strategy carried out by Culinary MSMEs in South Tangerang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely: in terms of products, in addition to offering new products, innovations are also made to existing products so that they are more attractive to consumers; in terms of price, many Culinary MSME managers make adjustments; in terms of promotion, in addition to giving discounts, promotions are carried out through word of mouth, networking for the Culinary MSME community and online; from the place side, from the place side, the sales system carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic is more limited in nature, the Culinary MSME managers use more facilities through the online system.

The training results were obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (62%), 3 junior high school teacher manuscripts (23%), and 2 high school / vocational school teacher manuscripts (15%) published in the journal INVESTIGATION Volume 3 Number 1 March-June 2022. The publication of teachers' scientific manuscripts in the journal INVESTIGATIVE is certainly very helpful for teachers in fulfilling the obligation to journalize their scientific manuscripts, so that they are not constrained in increasing classes or positions.

The results of the training were obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (57%), 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (29%), 1 high school / vocational teacher manuscript (7%), and the P& K 1 manuscript (7%) published in the journal INVESTIGATION Volume 3 Number 2 September 2 September 2023. The publication of teacher scientific manuscripts in the journal INVESTIGATION is certainly very helpful for teachers in fulfilling the obligation to journal their scientific manuscripts, so that they are not constrained in class or position promotion.

Abstract

Community service activities Training on Scientific Publications of South Tangerang City Teachers in the Investigation Journal Volume 4 No.1 SMP Negeri 17 aims to assist elementary and junior high school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in ISSN journals. The training method is carried out using the method of mentoring, discussion, workshop and technical guidance (bimtek) writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The training results obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (67%) and 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (33%). The publication of teacher scientific manuscripts in the Journal Investigative Volume 4 Number 1 March 2023, is very helpful for teachers in improving the quality of scientific manuscript writing and is very helpful in raising groups.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at CV. Macc Comp, Tangerang City. The research uses quantitative descriptive methods. Data analysis in this research is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of the research show that product quality influences purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of the regression equation simple liner Y = 8.054 + 0.465X1 and tcount ≥ ttable (6.099 ≥ 1.662) with a significant value ≤ 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05) and the coefficient of determination is 62.4%. Promotions influence purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of the simple linear regression equation Y = 1.333 + 0.547 .9%. Product quality and promotions influence purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.784 + 0.688 X1 + 0.769 and the coefficient of determination value is 0.798. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, product quality and promotion influence purchasing decisions by 77.3%, while the remaining 22.7% is influenced by other variables. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Macc Comp, Kota Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi liner sederhana Y = 8,054 + 0,465X1 dan nilai thitung ≥ ttabel (6,099 ≥ 1,662) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) serta nilai koefisien determinasinya sebesar 62,4%. Promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 1,333 + 0,547X2 dan nilai thitung ≥ ttabel (5,004 ≥ 1,662) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,009 ≤ 0,05) serta nilai koefisien determinasinya sebesar 76,9%. Kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 9,784 + 0,688 X1 + 0,769 X2 dan nilai Fhitung ≥ Ftabel (113,769 ≥ 3,100) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05)  serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,798. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 77,3%, sedangkan sisanya 22,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price and promotion on purchase decisions at Jordan Resto Rangkasbitung, Lebak Regency both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the associative method. In sampling, the sovlin formula was used and 100 respondents were obtained. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that price and promotion have a significant effect on purchase decisions with the regression equation of the regression equation Y = 10.275 + 0.32X1 + 0.634X2. The value of the Coefficient of Determination was 0.521 or 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained an F value calculated > F table or (52.761 > 3.09). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between price and promotion on the purchase decision at Jordan Resto Rangkasbitung Lebak Regency. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Jordan Resto Rangkabitung Kabupaten Lebak baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Dalam pengambilan sample digunakan rumus sovlin dan diperolah responden 100. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi persamaan regresi Y = 10,275 + 0,32X1 + 0,634X2. Nilai Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,521 atau 52,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,9% dipengaruhi factor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (52,761 > 3,09). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara harga dan promosi terhadap Keputusan pembelian pada Jordan Resto Rangkasbitung Kabupaten Lebak. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and promotion on the purchase decision of Ceruty Baby Doll product at Opa Gala Textile in Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this research is all Opa Gala Textile customers on 2023 year. The total sample for this research was 75 customers and used a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. Data analysis uses the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, as well as the t test and F test using SPSS version 25 tools. The results of this study show that price (X₁) has an effect positive and significant on purchase decision (Y), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 30,068 + 0,346 X₁. The correlation value for the service quality variable is 0,521 (average). The coefficient of determination value is 27,1%. The calculated t value is 5,211 > t table 1,993 with a significance level of  0.000 < 0.05. Promotion (X₂) has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision (Y), with a simple linear regression equation Y=50,326 + 0,290 X₂. The correlation value is 0,321 (low). The coefficient of determination value is 10,3%. The calculated t value is  2,900 > t tabel 1,993 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Price and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. Multiple linear regression equation Y= 36,989 + 0,333 X₁ – 0,259 X₂. The correlation value is 0,594 (average). The coefficient of determination value is 35,3%. The calculated F value is 19,602  > F table 3.97 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Ceruty Baby Doll pada Opa Gala Textile Jakarta menggunakan   metode   deskriptif   kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga (X₁) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian(Y), dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 30,068 + 0,346X1. Nilai korelasi variabel harga sebesar 0,521 (sedang). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 27,1%. Nilai t hitung 5,211 > t tabel 1,993 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Promosi (X₂) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y), dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 50,326 + 0,290 X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,321 (rendah). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 10,3%. Nilai t hitung 2,900 > t tabel 1,993 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 36,989 + 0,333 X1 – 0,259 X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,594 (sedang). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 35,3%. Nilai F hitung 19,602 > F tabel 3,97 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality (X1) and location (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at Pertamina 34-15316 gas station, South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach and the population in this study were 69,920 consumers. The sampling technique used is proportional using the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, autocorrelation testing and the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The variable results of service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 83.0%% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (4,315>1,984). Location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 84.8% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (5,962>1,984). Service Quality and Location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation obtained regression equation Y = 1.221 + 0.332 X1 + 0.431 X2. The coefficient of determination is 87.3% while the remaining 12.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fhitung> Ftabel or (332.213> 3.08) The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between service quality and location on customer satisfaction. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan lokasi (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) pada SPBU Pertamina 34-15316, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 69,920 konsumen. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan proporsional menggunakan rumus slovin di peroleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan pengujian instrument, pengujian asumsi klasik, pengujian regresi, pengujian autokorelasi dan koefisien determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 83,0%% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh  thitung > ttabel atau (4,315>1.984). Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 84,8%   dan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau (5,962 >1.984). Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 1,221 + 0,332 X1 + 0,431 X2. Nilai Koefisien determinasi sebesar 87,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 12,7 % dipengaruhi factor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh Fhitung>Ftabel atau (332,213 > 3,08) Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada SPBU Pertamina 34-15316, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan; lokasi; kepuasan konsumen
