Abstract

The purpose of this research are to: (1) know procedure productive vocational teacher recruitment system gacor5000, (2) know advantage and drawbacks of the recruitment system, (3) Know system recruitment teachers productive SMK effective according to users and policy holders, (4) Knowing implementation associated with productive teacher recruitment system which is effective against lecture Profession Education in a study program at PTB. The research is a descriptive-qualitative with technique of data collection uses interview, observastion, and study document. The technique of data analysis use interactive model.Based on the result of research  the study is the recruitment of teachers productive carried out through candidates. Excess recruitment system that is based on the condition of vocational and the ability of local. While the rest is distribution of teachers productive less evenly caused by the formation policy. Recruitment system teachers productive SMK effective according to users and policy holders by virtue of planning which includes the available budget and demand adapted to policy, based on bureaucratic and chain of command prevailing. Besides the implementation of the selection of using Computer Asissted Tes (CAT).  The result of this research can be used as to the development of material lecture by making the draft / handouts / module that be integrated in a course called education professional , are useful to prepare college students study program PTB to become professional teachers. Keyword :       Productive teacher recruitment, the procurement of the candidates, efective of recruitment, advantage and drawbacks of the selection of candidates,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Improving student learning outcomes in subjects Engineering Drawing by using Peer Tutoring learning model in class X Civil Engineering Program in SMK N 5 Surakarta. (2) The effectiveness of the application of the Peer Tutoring learning model in subjects Engineering Drawing in class X Civil Engineering Program SMK N 5 Surakarta cici4d. This study is a classroom action research conducted in class X Civil Engineering Program in SMK N 5 Surakarta with 31 students. This study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of a phase of implementation, observation and reflection. The instrument used in this study consisted of a test of learning outcomes and assessment sheets of observation. Test the data validity by using member check and analyze data by using interactive analysis, which consists of: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification cici4d. The results research with Peer Tutoring model indicate improvement of cognitive is 15.49%; psychomotor domains is 20.26%; affective is 20%; and effectiveness of learning increased up to 8.52%. Key word :  Peer Tutoring, Learning outcomes, and Effectiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out the influence of outdoor learning method and indoor learning method towards aniani4d student learning achievement. 2) To find out the difference of influence of learning activity from student learning achievement. 3) To find out interaction between outdoor learning method and indoor learning method towards student learning achievement. This study is an comparative. The technique of data collection uses documentation, method test, and questionnaire to search data about achievement and student learning activity. The validity of the research instruments uses validity, reliability, and power of different difficulty levels. Test requirements analysis consists of the normality test and homogeneity test. The technique of data analysis uses a hypothesis test with ANAVA two studies. Based on the results of this study concluded: 1) There was influence between outdoor learning method and indoor learning method toward student learning achievement. 2) There was no difference of influence of learning activity towards student learning achievement. 3) There was no interaction between outdoor learning method and indoor learning method towards student learning achievement. Abstract

Research and development is aimed to (1) make the game computer assembly (GAPEKO) android based on computer assembly subjects for students TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo to support the material practice of computer assembly (2) to investigate the feasibility of learning media game computer assembly (GAPEKO) android based on computer assembly subjects for students TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. GAPEKO learning media is developed by Adobe Flash Professional CS6 and published as an .apk file to be installed and used on android phone. Research and development is carried out with a model of the development of DDD-E (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate). The results of the feasibility study and measurement of media expert obtained a percentage of 78.23% is categorized as very feasible, material expert obtained a percentage of 91.67% is categorized as very feasible, and the test results obtained by a percentage of 81.35% users categorized as very feasible. Based on the measurement results feasibility it can be concluded that the learning media game computer assembly (GAPEKO) android based on computer assembly subjects for students TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo included in the category of very feasible to use, both from the aspect of media, materials, and users.
