Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to enhance technology management literacy among small business owners of second-hand computer PC spare parts through training and mentoring in the use of the Shopee marketplace. Shopee was chosen as the digital marketing platform because it is one of the largest and most widely accessed marketplaces in Indonesia. Many micro-entrepreneurs still lack comprehensive knowledge of digital strategies, including online store management, product display, and promotional features on Shopee. Therefore, this program is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills to fully utilize Shopee. The implementation method includes needs identification, digital literacy training, hands-on workshops, and intensive mentoring. Evaluation is conducted to measure the participants’ competence in independently managing a marketplace-based business in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of financial ratios of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk after the acquisition during the 2020-2024 period. The ratios examined include the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Return on Assets (ROA), using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were obtained from the company's financial statements and analyzed to observe the trend of each ratio over five years. The results indicate that the Current Ratio fluctuated and tended to decline in the final year. The Debt to Equity Ratio decreased in several periods, yet the company remained dependent on debt. The Total Asset Turnover improved toward the end of the period, although asset utilization had not reached an optimal level. The Return on Assets showed a gradual increase, indicating better asset efficiency These findings suggest that the company needs to strengthen current asset management, enhance asset utilization efficiency, and maintain a balanced capital structure between equity and debt to maximize the positive impact of the acquisition. This study provides an academic contribution as empirical evidence that the acquisition influences changes in the company’s financial ratios during the post-acquisition period.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang elemen kunci membangun personal branding bagi anggota kelompok Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Kelurahan Simpang Rimbo Kecamatan Alam Barajo Kota Jambi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi personal. Metode yang di gunakan dalam pengabdian adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Tahapannya dimulai dari berkoordinasi dengan pendamping PKH Kecamatan Alam Barajo, kegiatan penyuluhan dan tahapan evaluasi. Pada tahapan diskusi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian ibu-ibu penerima KPM PKH telah memliki identitas membangun identitas yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai keterampilan, misalnya identitas sebagai pelaku ekonomi keluarga di mana beberapa anggota KPM PKH telah memiliki usaha, seperti keripik seblak, tanaman hias, pisang coklat, kue basah. Selain itu, identitas sebagai ibu yang peduli keluarga seperti peduli pendidikan anak dan kesejahteraan anak. Peserta PKM juga memegang teguh prinsip yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas hidup keluarga dan pemanfaatan bantuan yang diberikan untuk kesejahteraan jangka panjang. Namun, potensi yang unik belum digali secara maksimal sehingga perlu mengenali potensi dan keterampilan diri. Harapannya tiga elemen kunci berupa identitas, nilai prinsip dan keunikan dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan keterampilan guna membuka peluang untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak dukungan sosial, ekonomi, dan kesempatan yang lebih baik. The purpose of The Community Service (PKM) is to increase the knowledge of key elements building personal branding for the members of the Beneficiary Family Group (KPM) Family Development Program (PKH) in Simpang Rimbo Village, Alam Barajo District, Jambi City in improving personal competence. The methods employed in this Community Service activity are lectures and discussions. The stages commence with coordinatation to the PKH facilitators in Alam Barajo District, counseling and evaluation activities . The discussion stage revealed that some mothers receiving KPM PKH have an identity that builds an identity that reflects skill values, for example an identity as a family economic actor where several KPM PKH members already have businesses, such as seblak chips, ornamental plants, chocolate bananas, wet cakes. In addition, the identity as a mother who cares about her family, such as caring about children's education and welfare. PKM participants also adhere to the principle that focuses on improving the quality of family life and utilizing the assistance provided for long-term welfare. However, unique potential has not been explored optimally so it is necessary to recognize one's potential and skills. It is hoped that the three key elements of identity, values, principles and uniqueness can be enhanced through skills training to open up opportunities for more social and economic support and better opportunities.
