Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfactionon Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) PT. Argamukti Pratama either partially or simultaneously.The samplesin this study wereas many as 134 respondents. The data was collected using aquestionnaire. Each respondent was asked his opinion by giving answers of the claims filed. Data was collected usinga closedquestion. After that testedthe validity and reabilityusing SPSS or Statistical Program for Social Science. Data Analysis Techniques processedusing SPSS or Statistical Program for Social Science. Results of this study indicate that organizational commitment have significant positive effecton Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job satisfaction have significant positive effecton Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment and job satisfaction has significant positive effect simultaneously. Abstract

In the current pandemic, many people have lost their jobs, affecting the economy of life. There are so many housewives who have to rack their brains to be able to meet their daily needs. However, LP2M Unwahas collaborated with final semester students to help make a breakthrough to open a catering business for laid-off victims because students and the team have expertise in cooking so they take advantage of the expertise. It became an online catering service. Collaborating with SME Catering under the name Al-Quddus, with an on line system, now it has many customers. The address is on Jl. Karangrejo V/ RT 03/RW 03, Banyumanik, Semarang. With social media is one of the most influential platforms on his business. In addition to promoting its catering, it also has a strategy in its service, namely the menu offered is always different every day. customers can enjoy delicious and healthy meals without leaving the house, because the food will be delivered to their doorstep.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat dari Tim Fakultas Ekonomi Unwahas mempunyai tujuan untuk memanfaatkan budidaya lele dengan optimasi bahan terpal disertai limbah ayam pedaging sebagai pakan tambahan ini sangat berpotensi untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Limbah ayam pedaging bisa didapatkan dari usaha peternakan yang berada di sekitar daerah sukodono Kendal. Metode berupa Persiapan Lahan, Pembuatan Kolam Dengan Terpal, Tahap Persiapan Kebutuhan, Tahap Pelaksanaan Pembenihan Tahap Pengamatan Pelaksanaan Budidaya dan Pemasaran, dengan pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bahwa potensi ekonomi yang ada di desa Sukodono bisa diangkat dengan cara berupa optimalisasi kegiatan ternak ikan lele dengan terpal.
