Klinik merupakan salah satu fasilitas layanan kesehatan di Indonesia yang menjadi tujuan utama masyarakat. Untuk menjamin mutu pelayanan kesehatan, Kemenkes RI mengeluarkan aturan mengenai kewajiban akreditasi bagi Klinik yang bekerjasama dengan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Namun, banyak Klinik yang merasa terbebani untuk menjalankan standar akreditasi yang dibuat oleh pemerintah dikarenakan ketidakmampuan dalam pengelolaan dokumen. Klinik Pratama Menganti merupakan salah satu yang masih melakukan pengarsipan secara manual dan membutuhkan transformasi digital untuk mendukung pelayanan kesehatan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen klinik yang mampu terintegrasi dengan sistem manajemen dokumen berstandar internasional ISO 15489. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa klinik sangat membutuhkan adanya transformasi digital yang sesuai dengan regulasi kementrian dan institusi kesehatan dunia untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan, terintegrasi dengan sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang telah ada, serta mendukung akreditasi klinik yang efektif dan efisien

Klinik Pratama Menganti merupakan Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama yang berada di wilayah Ðenganti, Gresik, Jawa Timur. Petugas pelayanan kesehatan di klinik tersebut masih menggunakan pencatatan secara manual di buku catatan untuk melakukan pencatatan terkait pelayanan kesehatan, Rekam medis, pelaporan dan keuangan. Pelaporan kegiatan klinik pada Klinik Pratama Menganti tidak dilaporkan dan dicatat dalam sistem P-Care yang diberikan oleh BPJS Kesehatan dan Dinas Ðesehatan, karena hanya ditujukan untuk penyimpanan arsip internal. Ketidaksesuaian data antar Sistem P-Care dan arsip internal terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan pegawai terhadap penggunaan aplikasi perkantoran. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan adanya pelatihan terkait penggunaan aplikasi perkantoran yang meliputi pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word dan Dropbox. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi perkantoran dilakukan dengan blended learning (campuran online dan offline). Untuk mengetahui capaian hasil pelatihan, dilakukan pemantauan dan pengukuran kompetensi peserta, dan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi yang cukup signifikan dari peserta pelatihan.

Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) seringkali mengalami kendala dalam hal persediaan obat yang kurang atau berlebih. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem prediksi pengadaan obat yang dapat membantu FKTP dalam mengatur pasokan obat yang lebih efisien dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem prediksi pengadaan obat pada FKTP dengan menggunakan algoritma Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing untuk memperkirakan nilai masa depan obat yang dibutuhkan ruang obat dengan mempertimbangkan pola data masa lalu dan tren masa kini berdasarkan trend musiman terjadinya sebuah penyakit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma yang digunakan baik digunakan karena pola musiman dari pengadaan obat cocok dengan algoritma holt-winters karena nilai MAPE yang didapatkan yaitu 5-10%.

Perkembangan munculnya berbagai restoran yang menyediakan berbagai alternatif kuliner semakin merambah luas. Namun, permasalahan timbul pada proses bisnis restoran, beberapa di antaranya adalah karyawan restoran salah dalam melakukan pengantaran pesanan, karyawan kurang cekatan, dan waktu tunggu pesanan yang cukup lama. Hal tersebut menyebabkan penurunan kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perancangan sistem pemesanan mandiri berbasis progressive web apps untuk mengatasi permasalahan kepuasan pelanggan dan kecepatan pelayanan restoran. Sistem pemesanan mandiri ini mendukung konsep Bring your Own Device sehingga dapat menurunkan waktu tunggu pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini merupakan inovasi baru yang menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi pelanggan dan pemesanan menjadi lebih praktis. Pelanggan juga dapat melakukan pelacakan atas status pesanannya dan antrian pembayaran menjadi berkurang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan secara praktis dalam pengembangan sistem pemesanan mandiri pada berbagai lini bisnis terutama pada lini industri makanan dan minuman.

One important factor in someone's decision to purchase gold jewelry is the price factor. However, the price of gold jewelry varies from store to store. Therefore, a gold jewelry price forecasting system is needed to assist customers in determining the right time to buy gold jewelry. This study aims to develop a gold jewelry prediction system by comparing two methods: multiple linear regression and Holt-Winter exponential smoothing. These two methods were chosen because the researcher wants to compare which method is more accurate in predicting the price of gold jewelry. The second reason is that both multiple linear regression and Holt-Winter exponential smoothing methods share similarities in using three variables. The three variables in multiple linear regression include period (X1), profit (X2), and price (Y), while the variables in the Holt-Winter exponential smoothing method include level, trend, and season.

A company complaint system is an important tool for identifying and resolving workplace problems. By implementing transparent, supportive and responsive mechanisms, companies can create a positive work culture and empower employees to report concerns and contribute to overall organizational improvement. However, in the company's complaint system, there are still spam complaints so the process of receiving complaints in a system becomes difficult. The methodology used for research related to spam complaints is TF-IDF Preference Ranking, which involves determining the order of spam and non-spam complaint categories based on similarity values to determine complaint categories based on weighted documents. Blackbox testing of the research results shows that TF-IDF Preference Ranking can filter spam effectively by comparing complaint data with the system's spam dataset. The test results show that 90% of the spam test data can be categorized as spam and 95% of the functional requirements have passed the functional test and are in accordance with user needs.

Archive information systems are very important in higher education institutions, to make it easier to manage digital archives. Institutions can take advantage of the benefits of digital archives, such as easy access to information, savings in physical space for storage, and protection of documents from damage or loss. One framework for long-term management, maintenance and storage that is often used in digital archives is the Open Archival Information System (OAIS) Reference Model. This research aims to design and build an educational institutional archival information system with the OAIS reference model that supports long-term access and understanding of information, especially in digital archives. The results of this research are the architectural design of an OAIS-based archive system which can be a reference for developing similar archive systems in educational institutions. The results of system testing using the black-box method, with 95% of functionalities passing the test, show that monitoring and evaluation of archives, especially in terms of long-term storage and identification of archive risks, is following user needs.

The many activities of higher education institutions with complex business processes can, without realizing it, cause employees at higher education institutions to receive excessive workloads which can lead to decreased employee performance. One way that can encourage employee motivation and performance is by providing remuneration or rewards to people fairly, evenly and consistently with incentives commensurate with the work they have done. This research aims to use the Full Time Equivalent method to evaluate workload with the results of the load being the basis for remuneration calculations using Simple Additive Weighting. The results of this research show that workload and remuneration can be assessed objectively and help make calculations more effective and efficient. The black box testing results show that the system is in accordance with user needs, where 90% of the test data has passed the requirements test. So, users can evaluate workload and provide systematic remuneration so that they can maintain optimal performance using the system built.

Computer service services are now widely sought after when a computer or laptop device is damaged. But problems arise when customers have to look for and go to a service provider directly at the shop to carry out service or by making a telephone call or WhatsApp. Apart from that, service services rely on promotions through social media or only rely on customer satisfaction through word of mouth. This research aims to design a customer relationship management system for web-based computer repair services that is optimal and efficient based on the customer retention program (CRP) framework. CRP is a part of customer relationship management that focuses on various features that can keep customers coming back. Requirements analysis is carried out by finding functional requirements which are reduced to various design diagrams as the basis for system development. This research carried out black box testing which showed that user needs were met for the CRP framework that was built with the result that 85% of the functionality had passed the requirements test..

Risk management in educational institutions plays an important role because the educational environment will always change and become increasingly complex. Risk management can provide support to educational institutions to identify, assess and manage risks in a systematic and structured way. House of Risk (HOR) is an approach used to manage risk and focuses on formulating preventive actions and handling the causes of risk, by combining FMEA and HOQ principles. This research aims to design an architectural requirements analysis and risk management system interface design using the design thinking stages. This research produces an architectural design, software requirements, and interface design for a higher education risk management system. The user interface design was tested using usability testing with a score of 87.5, which shows that the interface design is useful for various system actors. The results of this research can be a reference for further research in implementing the creation of a HOR-based risk management system in web-based educational institutions.
