Abstract

Islam has regulated all aspect of human life, one of them is e-commerce. During the development, the criminals also increase. This is because of a lot of violence of business ethics that is not in aware of five basics principles of life; religion, soul, descendents, logics, and wealth (maqashid sharia). The aim of this research to determine the implementation of business ethics and the implementation of maqashid sharia in Bukalapak.com. This research is using qualitative approach. To study the content, the writer analyzed the collected information through some evente registered in the websites of Bukalapak.com. The conclude this research is the implementation of business ethics have been done well as applied by Rasulullah SAW, as in maqashid sharia with four protection system has been applied to protect the rights of the customers. The recommendation of this research is that all regulation should be applied well. It is also necessary to make a board to control any transaction of e-commerce as to meet the principles of sharia and the regulation.  Keywords         : e-commerce, Bukalapak, business ethics, maqashid sharia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy (DPR) on company value (PBV) with profitability (ROE) and leverage (DER) as moderation variable at manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling technique is purposive sampling so the number of sample obtained are 16 companies, with year observation period are 2013-2016. Analysis technique used in this research is inferential statistic (regression linear) using Gretl, with 5 percent of level significant. It also performed descriptive statistic that include mean, median, minimum, maximum, and std. deviation. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on company value. Profitability is not able to moderate the influence of dividend policy on firm value and leverage can strengthen the influence of dividend policy on the value of companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keywords: Dividend Policy; Company Value; Profitability and Leverage

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences in profitability and operational efficiency before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in rural banks. It is interesting, and when all industries experience a decline, BPRs can still survive by posting positive profits. This quantitative research with a comparative research type compares the profitability and efficiency of Rural Banks (BPR) in West Nusa Tenggara before and during the pandemic. The output is essential in providing model recommendations so that BPRs in NTB survive during a pandemic and can continuously serve the community and MSMEs in alleviating poverty according to the leading areas of poverty alleviation and the top topic of the study of capital schemes. The research location is at Rural Banks in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province from the end of 2019 to mid-2020. The analytical tool used is the t-test (differentiation test) of 2 paired samples. This research shows the ability of BPRs to survive and generate profits during a pandemic. Key Words: Profitability, Efficiency, Pandemic Covid-19 and Rural Banks.
