Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis peran pemimpin dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan budaya organisasi di Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipatif (pengamatan terlibat), pengkajian dokumentasi dan tehnik wawancara mendalam. Sedangkan untuk menjamin kredibilitas data yang diperoleh peneliti menguji secara triangulasi sumber, diskusi dengan teman sejawat dan menggunakan pengecekan data. Dari data yang terkumpul diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: (1) Budaya organisasi NW berupa praktek manajemen sumber daya manusia; tradisi dan upacara; dan lambang/ simbol serta berupa semboyan/ jargon. Budaya tersebut didasarkan pada nilai-nilai Islami yaitu Iman dan Taqwa. (2) Nilai-nilai yang dilestarikan dan dikembangkan adalah nilai perjuangan/ pengabdian (yakin, ikhlas, dan istiqomah), nilai keilmuan (kepeloporan), nilai kebersamaan (kompak, utuh, bersatu), dan nilai semangat (NW fil khair NW fastabiqul khairat). (3) Pemimpin berhasil menanamkan (menginternalisasi), meningkatkan pemahaman dan kualitas keimanan dan ketaqwaan  bagi pengurus dan jama’ah/ warga NW. dengan cara terus mensosialisasikan, melestarikan dan mengembangkannya, pada kader-kader NW, santri, simpatisan  maupun anggota jama’ah NW, melaui lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran, madrasah/ pondok pesantren, majelis dakwah dan majelis ta’lim, badan-badan otonom serta tradisi-tradisi organisasi. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Peran Pemimpin.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and performance of midwives in the Mataram City Public Hospital. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of midwives, to know the significance of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to know the mediating role of variable organizational commitment in midwives in Mataram City Hospital. The study population was 72 midwives in charge of the RSUD Kota Mataram. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the performance of midwives, while job satisfaction did not significantly affect performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. For the influence of mediation on organizational commitment, there is a full mediating role in the influence of job satisfaction on midwife performance, while the influence of organizational culture on the performance of midwives is found to have a partial mediation effect.Keywords:Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Midwife Performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement and OCB on NTB Provincial Secretariat staff. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational climate and employee engagement on employee OCB, find out the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement, as well as knowing the mediating role of employee engagement variables in Provincial Regional Secretariat employees NTB. The population of this study was all employees who served in the NTB Provincial Secretariat were 378 respondents. There were 237 questionnaires that were received back or the questionnaire return rate was very high because it reached 62.70 percent, then the data collected was further analyzed. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM analysis) with AMOS applications. The results showed that transformational leadership style and employee engagement had a significant positive effect on OCB, while organizational climate did not significantly influence OCB. Transformational leadership style and organizational climate have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. For the mediation effect of employee engagement, there is a full mediating role in the influence of transformational leadership styles and organizational climate on OCB.Keywords :Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, Employee Engagement, OCB.

Abstract

The tourism industry on the island of Lombok has experienced rapid development and made Halal tourism a leading sector. This study aims to examine the perceptions of tourism business actors from the millennial group in implementing the concept of Halal tourism on the island of Lombok. This study uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenology approach. The data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews from Muslim tourism businesses which were determined by snowball sampling. The results show that millennial business actors in the tourism sector have good perceptions and positive attitudes towards the implementation of the Halal tourism concept on the island of Lombok. Limited knowledge and understanding regarding Halal indicators and standards is not a big obstacle to applying Halal principles because it is the culture and culture of the people of Lombok.Keywords:Halal Tourism Implementation, Perception, Muslim Millennial Groups, Lombok
