Abstract

The research is aimed at determining the effect of relationship marketing on the loyalty of customers of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Branch Mataram. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected from the customers of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Branch Mataram through Propotional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research showed that variable of trust, commitment, communication, and problem handling had positive and significant effect of customers loyalty of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Branch Mataram.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Relationship Marketing yaitu Kepercayaan, Komitmen, Komunikasi, dan Penanganan Masalah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Cabang Mataram. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 orang responden yang menjadi nasabah pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Cabang Mataram dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Propotional Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepercayaan, Komtmen, Komunikasi, dan Penanganan Masalah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Cabang Mataram.Keywords :Relationship Marketing, Constumers, Loyality.

Abstract

This reseach is aimed at analyzing the effect of workload and compensation on the performance of employees dealing with garbage issue in Mataram. This research is associative study. The data were colleted through stratified random sampling. The population is 172 employees working as garbage carrier in the District Agency of Sanitary of Mataram from which 63 contracted employees were selected as samples. The data were collected through interview, questionnaires ad documentation. The data were analyzed and the hypothesis was tasted using Multiple Liniear Regressions. The research proved that workload had negative and significant effect on the performance of the employees and compensation had positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees.From the questionnaire distributed to respondents, it can be seen that the workload felt by the Mataram City Sanitation Department employees was moderate, and the compensation received is quite appropriate, and the performance achieved was classified as good. The finding showed that effect of workload on employee performance was negative and significant, and the effect of compensation on employee performance is positive and significant.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang menangani masalah sampah di Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalan penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah stratified random sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pengangkutan sampah pada Dinas Kebersihan Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 172 dengan jumlah sampel 63 karyawan kontrak. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik interview, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja.Dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden, dapat diketahui bahwa beban kerja yang dirasakan oleh para karyawan Dinas Kebersihan Kota Mataram tergolong sedang, dan kompensasi yang diterima tergolong cukup sesuai, serta kinerja yang dicapai tergolong baik. Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah negatif dan signifikan, serta pengaruh dari kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah positif dan signifikan.Keywords : workload, compensation, performance of employees Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Electronic Cash (Server-Based) is one way to realize a cashless society in Indonesia. However, previous studies have shown that there are antecedents that influence consumers' perceptions of the use of electronic cash which then also influences consumer usage decisions. This study aims to look at the antecedents that affect the perception and usage decisions of Indonesian consumers regarding the use of electronic cash (server-based).The study was conducted by survey method and analyzed using the PLS approach. The results showed that ease of use, trust, security, self-efficacy, and social influences are antecedents that influence consumer perceptions and electronic cash (server-based) usage decisions.Keywords : Electronic Cash, Server Based, Ease of Use, Trust, Security, Self-Efficacy, Social Influences, Usefulness, Consumer’s Perception, Usage Decision.
