Abstract

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of educators through work discipline as an intervening variable. The type of research is explanatory, the data collection technique is interviews with guiding questions and questionnaires, the sampling technique is the census method with non-probability sampling, the number of samples is 47 educators in the production department. Data were analyzed through SPSS software. The results and discussion show that there is an effective work motivation on work discipline with a value of t count > t table, Effective job satisfaction on work discipline with a value of t count > t table, Effective work motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline with a value of F count. Medium, based on the Sobel test, effective work motivation of educators' performance through work discipline, has a t count > t table, and effective job satisfaction, educator performance through work discipline, has a t count > t table. Abstract

Teacher performance affects the intensity relationship between teacher job satisfaction, organizational culture, teacher responsibility, and the intensity of coaching and teacher welfare from the principal. The aim is to see the intensity of coaching and responsibility with the productivity of teacher performance. The research method used in this study is the Crocoational Survey which is associative of the relationship between two or more variables. The data used is quantitative data, namely numerical data in statistical counts that are collected through a research questionnaire from a number of respondents. Validity test such as (a). Classical Assumption Test (b). Hypothesis Test (c). Multiple Linear Regression (d). Correlation Coefficient Test (e). Determination Coefficient Test Conclusion: There is a positive and significant relationship between the coaching intensity variable and teacher performance, and a significant positive relationship between the responsibility variable and the teacher performance variable, as well as a positive and significant relationship between the coaching intensity variable and the responsibility variable with the teacher performance variable. Abstract

Komunikasi kebijakan publik dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan kurangnya sosialisasi dari pihak Kecamatan Panongan untuk memberikan edukasi terkait penggunaan aplikasi SP4N LAPOR yang mengakibatkan masyarakat belum terbuka dan terbentuk wawasan serta keterampilannya mengenai aplikasi tersebut, tujuannya agar masyarakat lebih memahami adanya satu saluran penyampaian pengaduan masyarakat terkait pelayanan publik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah perubahan sikap dan bertambahnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai aplikasi SP4N LAPOR sehingga sangat membantu masyarakat dalam berkomunikasi dengan Pemerintah. Namun untuk perubahan sikap secara menyeluruh, Kecamatan Panongan perlu waktu untuk menyelesaikan masalah karena hal tersebut berkaitan dengan pilihan seseorang dan tidak dapat dipaksakan. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Kebijakan Publik, SP4N LAPOR
