Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam usaha peningkatan kekuatan struktur jalan sekaligus untuk menangani limbah serbuk besi, yakni dengan memanfaatkannya sebagai material pengisi (filler) dalam perencanaan campuran pada struktur perkerasan di ruas Jalan Ponco – Jatirogo (STA.130+200 – STA.138+700). Penambahan filler serbuk besi pada penelitian ini diberikan dengan kadar variasi 0%, 12%, 17%, 22%, dan 27% dari berat total campuran berdasarkan persyaratan yang ditetapkan dalam Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga Divisi 6 Tahun 2010 (Revisi 3) tentang ketentuan penggunaan material pengisi (filler) pada campuran perkerasan jalan. Hasil pengujian Marshall pada campuran aspal dengan variasi material filler dari limbah serbuk besi paling baik dan memenuhi syarat Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga diperoleh pada kadar filler 22% dengan waktu rendaman 1 jam, yakni dengan nilai VMA (Void in Mineral Aggregate) 67,93%, nilai VFA (Void Filled with Aggregate) 92,91%, nilai VIM (Void In Mix) 4,82%, nilai stabilitas 1371,6 kg, nilai Flow 4,77 mm dan nilai Marshall Quotient (MQ) 288,93 kg/mm.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di bandar udara sekarang ini dipandang sebagai suatu permasalahan lingkungan yang kritis dan menjadi hal yang sangat istimewa berkenaan dengan kenaikan jumlah penumpang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap volume sampah yang dihasilkan. FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) bersama EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) telah memberikan prosedur standar dalam menangani permasalahan sampah di fasilitas bandar udara. Pada prosedur ini dijelaskan secara spesifik tentang hal yang harus dipersiapkan dalam menangani sampah yang dihasilkan dari bandar udara baik pada sisi darat (landside) dan sisi udara (airside), yakni: i).Identifikasi terhadap sampah yang dapat dan tidak dapat ditangani secara langsung, ii). Lokasi-lokasi di area bandar udara yang berpotensi menghasilkan sampah terbesar, iii). Jenis sampah yang dihasilkan dari lokasi dalam bandar udara termasuk sampah kertas, plastik dan sebagainya, iv). Kuantitas atau jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan dari area kegiatan di dalam bandar udara, v). Identifikasi terhadap jenis sampah mana yang dapat dilakukan proses daur ulang (recycle), penggunaan kembali (reuse) dan pengurangan jenis sampah (reduce).

Abstract

Transportasi laut menjadi sarana utama yang sangat penting dalam memperkuat hubungan antar daerah di Indonesia, terutama bagi daerah kepulauan seperti Pulau Bawean. Salah satu layanan angkutan laut yang melayani rute Bawean–Gresik adalah Kapal Cepat Express Bahari. Penetapan tarif pada moda ini perlu memperhatikan keseimbangan antara kemampuan ekonomi dan kemauan membayar dari penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan tarif menggunakan metode Ability To Pay (ATP) dan Willingness To Pay (WTP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kuisioner terhadap 100 penumpang Kapal Cepat Express Bahari, yang datanya dietelaah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan rata-rata ATP penumpang adalah Rp202.565,00, sedangkan rata-rata WTP sebesar Rp191.457,00. Nilai ATP lebih tinggi dari tarif saat ini sebesar Rp200.000,00, yang berarti penumpang memiliki kemampuan membayar tarif yang berlaku. Namun, WTP lebih rendah dari tarif eksisting, menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara persepsi harga dan tarif aktual. Dengan demikian, meskipun secara ekonomi tarif masih terjangkau, perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk memastikan tarif sesuai dengan nilai yang dirasakan oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini mendukung perumusan tarif transportasi laut yang adil dan berkelanjutan di wilayah kepulauan.

Abstract

The high level of economic activity and population density has resulted in Surabaya City, Gresik Regency, and Sidoarjo Regency experiencing a high level of community mobility, necessitating good public transportation services. Therefore, on February 10, 2021, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Operation 8 Surabaya initiated passenger train services in Gresik Regency by operating the Commuter Train with the route from Indro Station (Gresik) to Sidoarjo Station. This study aims to determine a fare that is suitable for the Commuter Train service from Sidoarjo to Indro using the willingness to pay (WTP) method. Based on the research findings, the willingness to pay value for the Sidoarjo-Indro Commuter Train journey with the existing fare of Rp 5,000 is Rp 7,700. Therefore, the current fare is deemed appropriate, and it can still be increased with improvements in facilities and services.

Abstract

The train is a mode of transportation that continues to experience improvements in its services. PT. KAI has implemented the latest service, where all trains are equipped with air conditioning facilities. With these changes, each mode of transportation, particularly the Premium Sancaka Train and the Premium Mutiara Selatan Train, displays differences in characteristics such as ticket prices, travel time, and departure schedules. This study specifically selects the Premium Sancaka Train and the Premium Mutiara Selatan Train due to their closely scheduled departures. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the probability of train selection, necessitating a study related to factors that will be analyzed by distributing questionnaires and utilizing the Stated Preference method. From this study, significant results have been obtained regarding the likelihood of mode selection based on a ticket price difference of Rp. 20,000. The probability values for the Premium Sancaka Train (PKAS) and Premium Mutiara Selatan Train (PKAM) are 0.808 and 0.192, respectively. It can be concluded that respondents have a higher interest in the Premium Sancaka Train due to its lower ticket price. On the other hand, the probability of mode selection based on a travel time difference of -6 minutes shows values of 0.891 for PKAS and 0.109 for PKAM. Therefore, it can be concluded that respondents are more interested in the Premium Sancaka Train because it has a faster travel time

Abstract

The congestion that occurs at Pasar Kembang street - Diponegoro street and Banyu Urip street - Girilaya street has three intersections that are close together and around the intersection there are various land uses, causing high community activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the traffic performance and ideal time coordination at the signalized intersection of Banyu Urip street - Pasar Kembang street. Primary data required for this study are intersection geometric data, cycle time data, vehicle volume data and vehicle travel time data. Meanwhile, the secondary data in this study are population data and the number of motorized vehicles in Surabaya City. Analysis of signalized intersection performance calculations refers to the 2014 PKJI guidelines. Based on the results of the calculation of the traffic performance of the three intersections, it was found that the degree of saturation (DJ) in the 5-year plan life improvement condition at the first intersection Girilaya street, Banyu Urip street and Diponegoro street was 0.93 (average intersection delay = 81.716 sec/skr). Second Intersection Diponegoro street, Pasar Kembang street and Banyu Urip street amounted to 0.84 (average intersection delay = 43.257 sec/skr). Third Intersection Jalan Pasar Kembang and Jalan Pasar Kembang of 0.94 (average intersection delay = 67.887 sec/skr). The coordination between the three intersections follows the same cycle time determination of 188 seconds.

Abstract

The pandemic has disrupted trading activities, causing business actors at the Surabaya Wholesale Center to go out of business and some business actors are still surviving today. So that their business can revive, the management of the Surabaya Wholesale Center is trying to revive consumer attraction so that the Surabaya Wholesale Center will once again be busy with visitors. Therefore, this research needs to be carried out to find out the factors that influence the number of trip generation, look for the best generation model and find out how much movement generation there is at the Surabaya Wholesale Center currently and predict the number of visitors in the projected life of the next five years. This research was conducted to analyze the impact of movement generation at this location, and predict the number of visitors at the Surabaya Wholesale Center using the multiple linear regression analysis method, which was then continued with trip generation analysis using the Detroit method. From the research results, it was found that the distribution of trips using the Detroit method was 102 trips in the next 5 years with a total growth of 13.98% per year. From the multiple linear regression equation, we get a generation equation model with the independent variable (X1) being age and the variable (X2) being the type of work, because it influences the generation (Y). The predicted number of visitors to the Surabaya Wholesale Center in the Central Surabaya area is 355,814 visitors with a growth rate visitors 20.2% in the next 5 years.

Abstract

Based on National Railway Master Plan (RIPNAS)in 2030, there is an increase in train passenger travel on Java Island by 858.5 million people/year. The capacity of the railway track is inadequate because it still uses a single track on the Mojokerto - Boharan line so that there is a plan for a double track railway. On Java Island, there are 2 railway routes, namely the northern route (pantura) and the southern route. For the northern route or the North Coast route connecting Jakarta and Surabaya, it is already a double track. While for the southern route in the form of a double track, it is still realized on the Jombang - Mojokerto track. Then, on the Mojokerto - Boharan track, the existing railway line is still a single track or single track. The main focus of this study is the planning of a double track railway at the placement of Mojokerto - Boharan Station (KM 53 + 400 - KM 51 + 700). The structure of the double track railway in the Mojokerto - Boharan section that was reviewed was the planning of a double track railway that was given a geotextile layer against the aspect of the planned railway load. The guidelines used in this design are the Regulation of the Service No. 10 of 1986 from PT. KAI. As a result of this study is a review of the safety factor due to dead load damage to the railway structure, the safety factor of slope and lateral swelling against the reinforcement of the geotextile layer meets the requirements.

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Mohammad Soewandhi located in Simokerto Subdistrict Surabaya is a health service center that is visited by many visitors. The number of hospital visitors who are not followed by the availability of parking lots around the area causes many vehicles parked on the road on the access road to the hospital. So it is necessary to plan the parking area needs using off street parking to plan the probability of arrival and parking services for the next 5 years. From the calculation results obtained the distribution of motorcycles 1295 vehicles and cars 241 vehicles with an average parking time of 0.86 hours 2.46 hours. The highest probability value of motorcycle arrival pattern P(x) = 0.124127 and car P(x) = 0.27067. Obtained parking area for motorcycles 390 m2 and cars 1213 m2. There is an off street parking facility plan in the form of a parking building at Soewandhi Hospital with a parking supply of 389 SRP motorcycles and 55 SRP cars with a 5-year plan.
