Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah efektif penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Tematik di SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru kecamatan Banjarbaru Utara, Kota Banjarbaru.Obyek yang diteliti adalah Efektivitas Media Audiovisual Terhadap Motivasi Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Tematik, dan subyek yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IV B pada SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri kelas IV pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru yang berjumlah 54 orang sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV B yang terdiri dari 13 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Proposive Sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methode deskriptif yaitu penggabungan antara metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam satu penelitian, dan menggunakan alat penggali data berupa obervasi, wawancara dan angket serta dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian pata), conclusion drawing (penarikan kesimpulan). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data yang diperoleh melalui penelitian library research (kepustakaan) dan penelitian field research (lapangan), dalam menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus rata-rata (mean) dan terakhir di rumuskan dengan menggunakan kategori efektifitas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja tenaga kependidikan di SMA Negeri 8 Barabai Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah ditinjau dari standar kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi manajerial sebagaimana tersebut di atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Data penelitian berupa primer dan sekunder diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dilihat dari kompetensi kepribadian tenaga kependidikan masih rendah etos kerja, pekerjaan masih belum tepat waktu. Dalam kompetensi profesional, tenaga kependidikan kurang mampu menggunakan peralatan kerja dengan baik, seperti pendokumentasian data institusi menggunakan berbagai media, serta memberikan pelayanan administrasi yang baik sesuai prinsip pelayanan. Dalam kompetensi sosial, tenaga kependidikan kurang bekerjasama dengan semua pendidik dan antar tenaga kependidikan itu sendiri. Sedangkan pada kompetensi manajerial, tenaga kependidikan tidak dapat merencanakan program kerja dan kegiatan dengan baik sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaannya masing-masing, karena masih ada pekerjaan yang belum dilaksanakan. Untuk lebih meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan, disarankan agar lebih aktif mengikuti pelatihan dan seminar yang berkaitan dengan bidang kompetensi tenaga kependidikan khususnya pada jenjang pendidikan SLTA.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems of parents in guiding their children to study at home during the covid-19 pandemic at SDN Moving Baru. The research method used is a qualitative method. The population used in this study were some parents of grade I-VI students. The samples taken were 12 parents of students using random sampling technique. The data mining tools used were observation and interviews. The data processing technique used is data analysis of the Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study, namely: 1) The work of parents increases, 2) Lack of mastery of the subject matter given by the teacher, 3) Difficult to grow children's interest in learning. Parents overcome these problems by: 1) Dividing time between work and guiding children to study at home, 2) Using cellphones, namely searching the Internet to find answers, 3) Inviting children to talk nicely or give a gift. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that parents get a problem in tutoring at home during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is designed with diverse intracurricular learning, giving students enough time to understand concepts and develop competencies. However, interviews with teachers at SDN Salam Babaris 4 revealed obstacles in its implementation. This study aims to identify the inhibiting factors and solutions for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at the school. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through observation and interviews, and analyzed inductively. The obstacles found include a lack of understanding among the principal and teachers regarding the Merdeka Curriculum and differentiated learning, limited time for creative learning, students’ lack of focus during prayer, damaged facilities, incomplete books, no library staff, low understanding of diagnostic assessments, some teachers without teaching certificates, difficulties in teacher guidance at the start of the semester, challenges in adjusting teaching modules to student characteristics, and unfamiliarity with the academic and project report formats. Proposed solutions include teacher working group (KKG) activities, workshops, and webinars; warning students; repairing facilities through coordination with the Education Office; assigning teachers as library staff; printing books from PPM resources; procuring books through BOS funding and parental donations; and utilizing e-books. This study is expected to serve as a reference for overcoming challenges in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in primary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of students’ understanding of the local content subject of Banjar Language on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru City. Students’ understanding of the Banjar language is developed through both written and oral instruction delivered by teachers using the *Budaya dan Bahasa Banjar* module as the primary learning material to meet the predetermined assessment standards. This study employs a quantitative research approach in which the findings are analyzed using statistical data. The object of the study is the influence of understanding and learning outcomes in Banjar Language among fifth grade students at SDN 1 Syamsudin Noor. The research subjects consist of all fifth grade students totaling 53 students. The sample was selected using simple random sampling with 35 students chosen randomly. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 29 for Windows. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was the t-test. The results of data analysis indicate that the linear equation shows X (understanding) at 0.981 and Y (Banjar Language learning outcomes) at 25.485 indicating a strong influence of variable X on variable Y in achieving learning outcomes. Furthermore the t-test results show that t calculated = 73.80 and t table at a significance level of 5% = 0.334 with N = 35. Since t calculated (73.80) is greater than t table (0.334) the alternative hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of students’ understanding of the local content subject of Banjar Language on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru City.
