Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of learning outcomes on students in Islamic Education subject using the Everyone Is a Teacher Here strategy at SMPN 1 Gondang. This research was carried out from January to February 2022. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. The instrument used for the test is multiple-choice questions that have gone through the validity test process. The sample of this study was grade 7 SMPN 1 Gondang which amounted to 58 students. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence on the use of the Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy on student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects. The result can be proven by increasing the average value of student learning outcomes from 72.41 to 76.47 and can be known through hypothesis testing by using the t-test to obtain the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0,016 ≤ 0,05 and get the value of t-test t-count ≥ t-table 2,473 ≥ 1,672it means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the learning strategy Everyone Is A Teacher Here affects the learning outcomes of students in Islamic Education.

Abstract

This study discusses the urgency of Islamic communication principles in Islamic religious learning for students in public schools. This study wants to see how Islamic communication plays a role in increasing students' understanding of Islamic religious learning in public schools. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the portrait of Islamic religious learning in public schools is still not optimal. There are at least two factors that cause this to be less than optimal, namely: (1) internal factors originating from within the education management, (2) external factors originating from outside the school management. The application of Islamic communication principles in Islamic religious learning in public schools is still full of challenges, because formally the implementation of Islamic education in schools is only two hours of lessons per week. In addition, the principles of Islamic communication in Islamic religious learning for students in schools get a good response, so that the principles of Islamic communication are very influential for the learning process so that students can be more active and understand PAI learning. Islamic communication can stimulate the response given so that students are more active in this case the role of the teacher is very important and implements various kinds of learning strategies.

Abstract

Admisnistrasi Niaga atau yang sekarang menjadi popular dengan sebutan Administrasi Bisnis, adalah bagian dari ilmu-ilmu sosial yang mempelajari proses kerja sama antara dua orang atau lebih dalam upaya mencapai suatu tujuan, merupakan ilmu yang berfokus pada prilaku manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu Metode penelitian Survey. Sedangkan hasil kesimpulan dari karya ilmiah ini yaitu: penerapan administrasi bisnis dan administrasi perkantoran modern di kota medan sudah direncanakan dan dilaksanakan, adapaun indikasinya: 1) pada administrasi perkantoran modern yaitu dengan merancang dan menerapkan aplikasi E-Office. aplikasi E-Office ini nantinya akan memperkaya aplikasi-aplikasi online yang telah terlebih dahulu diterapkan di Kota Medan seperti SIMPEG, SIMDA, SIRUP, E-Billing, Perpustakaan Digital I-Medan, serta aplikasi Medan Rumah Kita, 2) Penerapan adminstrasi bisnis melalui penyusunan peta proses bisnis, yaitu diagram yang menggambarkan hubungan kerja yang efektif dan efisien antar unit organisasi untuk menghasilkan kinerja sesuai dengan tujuan pendirian organisasi untuk menghasilkan output yang bernilai tambah bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan di Kota Medan. Kunci: Penerapan; Administrasi Bisnis; Perkantoran Modern; Medan.
