Abstract

Meurandeh dayah dikelilingi oleh kebun sawit baik yang dimiliki swasta maupun yang dimiliki oleh BUMN PTPN. Pemanfaatan sawit selama ini hanya sebatas buahnya saja. Pelepah dan tandan sawit biasanya ditinggalkan dan tidak termanfaatkan dengan baik. Selain limbah sawit berupa pelepah dan tandan, meurandeh juga memiliki permasalahan dengan kotoran ternak. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas perlu adanya pengolahan limbah yang ramah lingkungan. Untuk itu, pada kegiatan PKM kali ini, tim pengusul ingin melakukan pengolahan limbah berbasis lingkungan menjadi pupuk organic. Pelaksanaan pengabdian akan mengikuti metode pembuatan pupuk kompos seperti biasa namun menggunakan activator bernama promi. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pupuk kandang yang bermanfaat bagi lingkungan meurandeh dayah. Pupuk kompos juga dapat dijual untuk menambah penghasilan penduduk.

Abstract

Gampong Kuala Langsa terletak di pesisir Kecamatan Langsa Barat, Kota Langsa. Gampong Kuala Langsa memiliki luas 1.546 ha. Sebagian ibu rumah tangga di Gampong Kuala Langsa umumnya memiliki kegiatan sampingan yaitu membersihkan tiram dan tiram yang diambil dari hutan mangrove di sekitar Kuala Langsa. Daging tiram dipisahkan dari cangkangnya yang kemudian dijual bagi masyarakat. Tumpukan limbah cangkang tiram dibiarkan menumpuk di depan rumah sehingga sangat mengganggu pemandangan dan lalu lintas jalan. kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat serta mengurangi limbah di lingkungan gampong kuala langsa.kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam 4 kali pertemuan 2 kali pertemuan selama 1 jam dan 2 kali pertemuan selama 3 jam.pertemuan pertama survey dan penjelasan tentang kegiatan, pertemuan kedua dan ketiga praktek pembuatan lampu hias, serta pertemuan terakhir mengevaluasi hasil dari kegiatan. Kegiatan ini berhasil menambah nilai guna limbah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Selain itu, dengan kegiatan ini terus menerus diharapkan dapat mengurangi penumpukan sampah dan menambah perekonomian masyarakat secara permanen.perlu. konsistensi komitmen dari masyarakat agar kegiatan ini dapat terus berlanjut secara efektif. Pembentukan kelompok usaha juga diperlukan untuk mengontrol kegiatan serta perlu adanya pendampingan rutin yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang terkait. Baik dari pihak pemerintah maupun swasta.

Abstract

The growth of settlements is rapidly signifying increasing citizen welfare. The same condition is also seen in the area of Birem Bayeun. The increase in population directly will affect the increase in landfills due to increased consumption of people. Things do the public in terms of garbage, so far only the form of gathering and disposal. The community only collects various kinds of garbage in one container. It is compounded by the absence of proper waste management. Intensive and ongoing efforts are needed to ensure that public awareness of the waste in their environment becomes high. One way to solve this is by introducing and implementing the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principle. By using this concept, people can utilize existing garbage so that it has economic value and selling power. It will eventually impact the reduction of waste in its environment. In order for this concept to run properly it is necessary to participate from the community in the implementation.

Abstract

A social solidarity feeling formation in a national building takes the history education as a medium. A constructive learning model was applied to shape the social solidarity among the pupils in two public Senior High Schools in Eastern Aceh of Indonesia. Using Local hero figure of Aceh, that is Abdurrauf As Singkil as role model, this study got use Joseph Renzulli's The Enrichment Triad Model of the core activities. It has a strategic function in developing the soul and character of the nation and building a better future life. It deals with the curriculum design to foster students' attitudes to learning and problem for the knowledge gain process.  Data obtained revealed that the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The stage of history learning based on Manuscript of Abdurrauf As-Singkili as students’ Solidarity Enrichment encompasses 5 main activities and Joseph Renzulli's The Enrichment Triad Model of the core activities.

Abstract

Madrasah Islam Modern (MIM) Langsa, yang berdiri sejak tahun 1948 oleh Ismail Thayeb Paya Bujok 72 tahun yang lalu merupakan salah satu pendidikan moderen di pantai timur Aceh, yang terdiri atas 3 tingkatan tingkatan permulaan, menengah pertama dan menengah atas, dan telah banyak menyumbangkan konstribusi buat anak bangsa. Tujuannya selain berhasil mencetak kader-kader masyarakat/pemuda Islam dalam masyarakat, dan para alumninya berperan aktif sebagai tokoh kaliber terkenal dalam bidang pemerintahan/ militer, anggota parlemen dan tenaga pendidikan di Aceh, misalnya Alauddin AE (militer/Bupati Aceh Timur), Ibrahim Daud (guru/anggota Dewan dari fraksi Golkar dan Zainab AR anggota Dewan dari komisi PPP Kabupaten Aceh Timur), dan setelah dua dasawarsa MIM membuat kegiatan ulang tahun ke-22 tahun 1970 dengan sangat meriah, dan dihadiri tamu undang baik dari Aceh dan luar negeri. Permasalahannya dalam kajian ini sebagai berikut; (1) bagaimana berdirinya Madrasah Islam Modern Langsa sebagai pusat pengembangan pendidikan Islam?, (2) bagaimana rencana pengajaran Madrasah dan Tenaga Guru/Pelajar?, (3) bagaimana perkembangan Madrasah Islam Moderen Tahun 1948-1970?, (4) apa saja usaha dalam pembaharuan pendidikan agama Islam?, (5) bagaimana pembinaan sebagai angkatan muda dalam parlemen, pemerintah dan tenaga pendidikan?, dan (6) bagaimana kegiatan dan perayaan ulang tahun ke-22 Madrasah Islam Moderen?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Sejarah Kritis mencakup empat tahapan; Heuristik yaitu mencari dan mengumpulkan berbagai jenis sumber baik primer maupun skunder yang diperlukan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitia, Kritik terhadap sumber-sumber baik kritik ekstern maupun instern guna menguji otentisitas dan kridebilitas apakah sumber asli atau palsu; Menginterpretasikan atau memunculkan berbagai fakta yang diperlukan dari sumber atau mengumpulkan fakta, dan Melakukan historiografi atau dengan cara merangkaikan dari peristiwa-peristiwa sejarah yang dijadikan sebuah tulisan sejarah/karya tulis. Hasilnya keberadaan MIM berhasil memperbaharui sistem pendidikan tradisional ke sistem persekolahan berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan yaitu permulaan (Ibtidaiyah/SD); menengah pertama (setara MTs/ SLTP), dan menengah atas (setara MA/SLTA). Alumni-alumni MIM sebagaian besar menjadi tokoh ilmuwan berkaliber terkenal dalam bidang pemerintahan, militer, anggota parlemen dan tokoh pemimpin masyarakat di Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the development and feasibility of teaching materials based on the local history of the Alas people's struggle against the Dutch colonialism in the material of Aceh jihad class XI IPS SMA Negeri Semadam, Southeast Aceh Regency. This type of research is a type of development research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research were in the form of developing teaching materials based on the local history of the struggle of the Alas people against the Dutch colonial for students of SMA Negeri Semadam class XI IPS. To see the feasibility of the teaching material products made is as follows: the material expert assessment in the first stage validation obtained an average score of 3.90 converted based on a scale of 3 then it was declared sufficient, then in the second stage of validation the material expert had an average result of 4.09 converted based on a scale, namely 4 declared good. The assessment of media experts in the first stage of validation obtained an average score of 3.37 converted based on a scale, namely 3 was declared sufficient, then in the second stage of validation media experts had an average result of 4.62 converted based on a scale, namely 4 declared good. The trial of early stage small group students had an average result of 3.03 when converted on a scale of 3 was declared sufficient, then the advanced stage small group trial had an average result of 4.10 when converted on a scale of 4 was declared good, and the widely used trial had an average value of 4.10 and when converted based on a scale, namely 4 was declared good. From these results, this teaching material is declared suitable for use.
