Abstract

Pasca tercapainya Mou Helsinki, pembangunan perdamaian menjadi hal pokok dalam proses transmisi dan konsolidasi masyarakat Aceh. Foklor asal usul kota Langsa memiliki kandungan nilai kearifan lokal yang potensial untuk dikembangkan dan diselaraskan dengan 12 nilai perdamaian. Nilai tersebut terdiri dari; menerima diri sendiri, menghindari prasangka buruk, pengertian dan sikap menghargai keragaman etnis, perbedaan agama, perbedaan jenis kelamin, status sosial, dan perbedaan kelompok. Selain itu dalam upaya membangun jalan menunju perdamaian maka perlu memahami adanya keragaman, memahami konflik, membangun sikap menolak kekerasan, serta kerelaan untuk memulai mengakui kesalahan, dan kerelaan untuk memberi maaf. Melalui analisis konten, penelitian ini menunjukan jejaring nilai kearifan lokal dalam Foklor Asal Usul Kota Langsa dengan nilai pendidikan perdamaian yang relevan. Hasilnya meskipun tidak keseluruhan nilai perdamaian dapat dijejaringkan namun dapat direkomendasikan sebagai media pendidikan perdamaian. Bentuknya dapat diterapkan melalui pembalajaran di sekolah khususnya di Langsa dan Aceh pada umumnya.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah selaku pemimpin secara langsung merupakan contoh nyata dalam aktivitas kerja dilingkungan sekolah. Kepala sekolah yang rajin, cermat, peduli terhadap guru, murid dan tenaga administrasi di sekolah menjadikannya sosok yang dapat mengayomi masyarakat sekolah tersebut. Seorang pemimpin yang baik haruslah berperilaku dengan baik agar dapat menjadi contoh bagi orang yang dipimpinnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa SMK di pesisir Aceh Bagian Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif, menggunakan metode berbentuk survey crosssectional. Populasi dalam dalam penelitian ini seluruh SMK yang berda dipesisir Aceh bagian Timur yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Timur, Kota Langsa dan kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yang berjumlah 19 sekolah . Sampel berjumlah 9 sekolah yang diambil 3 Sekolah setiap daerah. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan olah data diperoleh hasil bahwa lima kepala sekolah memperoleh nilai 55,56% yang bermakna kepala sekolah memiliki perilaku kepemimpinan dengan kategori baik, dan empat kepala sekolah memperoleh nilai 44,44% yang bermakna bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki perilaku kepemimpinan cukup baik.. Dari hasil pengujian secara parsial diketahui bahwa nilai sig. untuk variabel X1 (Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah) adalah sebesar 0,041 dimana lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0,041 < 0,05), hal ini berarti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa SMK di pesisir Aceh bagian Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to draw a link between various versions or variants in the folklore of Langsa City to obtain local wisdom content that is intended to be utilized to strengthen the identity of the Langsa City community as a plural society. The method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research types and field studies. This research consists of three stages, namely documenting or collecting data, classifying or classifying and analyzing. The main data was obtained directly by researchers through interviews with informants and observations with natural settings. In collecting research data, several kinds of methods are used, namely observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data analysis in qualitative research is carried out during data collection and after completing data collection within a certain period.The results of the folklore analysis With the majority of its classification as oral folklore. The folklore of Langsa city origin can be analyzed from the approach of language, background of toponim and development of the form of folklor. The implementation of local wisdom in the cultural and social system is found in local wisdom meulaot, peulara uteun and duek pakat.

Abstract

This community service is an implementation of the scientific field which is intended to revitalize the King Seruway Palace or commonly called the Aceh Tamiang Seruway Palace. Management carried out by the royal descent resulted in the Seruway Palace, now it is not functioning properly. The real step that can be done is to carry out a promotional program with a strategic target audience. The service program that was prepared involved early childhood students as the main target. The museum program was carried out after the dedication team was able to identify and repair the museum's activities such as the documentation, recording and layout of the museum collection. The next step taken is to develop a design with a design and design in accordance with the results of the assessment of the needs in the field. The resulting Kids Corner is an effort to provide space and activities for young people in Seruway Palace with designs and activities that can be carried out in them such as coloring, arranging puzlle with Seruway Palace theme and other activities with other educational games.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan masih kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang cara penulisan artikel ilmiah dan cara mempublikasikannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar pada Guru Sejarah Tingkat SMK di Kota Langsa dapat termotivasi untuk menulis artikel ilmiah serta dapat mengirimkan artikelnya pada jurnal tertentu. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu menginformasikan penyusunan artikel ilmiah yang baik dan melakukan pendampingan kepada peserta dalam proses menulis artikel. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, seluruh peserta termotivasi untuk menulis artikel ilmiah. Guru-guru memahami cara penulisan karya ilmiah dengan langkah prewriting, drafting, revising, editing, dan publishing. Selain itu guru juga mengenal beberapa link jurnal sejarah yang bisa dijadikan sebagai tempat publikasi karya ilmiah serta cara pengiriman artikel ilmiah tersebut. Kegiatan ini juga dapat memberikan kesempatan para guru untuk berperan serta dalam perlombaan karya tulis ilmiah yang bisa mendapatkan insentif jika memenangkan perlombaan.

Abstract

Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia (PSMTI) merupakan salah satu organisasi masyarakat Tionghoa yang ada di Kota Langsa. Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia (PSMTI) ini terbentuk di Kota Langsa pada tanggal 19 januari 2012 dan di ketuai oleh pak Samsu. Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia (PSMTI) ini dibentuk agar masyarakat Tionghoa yang ada di Kota Langsa menjadikan organisasi ini sebagai wadah silaturahmi bagi mereka yang sesama masyarakat Tionghoa. Organisasi ini hanya salah satu organisasi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Tionghoa di Indonesia dan salah satu nya di Kota Langsa. Paguyuban sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia (PSMTI) merupakan organisasi yang sering di bentuk dengan sekelompok orang atau sesama etnis. Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia (PSMTI) juga sudah banyak membuat kegiatan sosial. Pada saat ini Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia (PSMTI) Kota Langsa telah mengalami regenerasi kepengurusan sebanyak tiga kali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the development and feasibility of teaching materials based on the local history of the Alas people's struggle against the Dutch colonialism in the material of Aceh jihad class XI IPS SMA Negeri Semadam, Southeast Aceh Regency. This type of research is a type of development research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research were in the form of developing teaching materials based on the local history of the struggle of the Alas people against the Dutch colonial for students of SMA Negeri Semadam class XI IPS. To see the feasibility of the teaching material products made is as follows: the material expert assessment in the first stage validation obtained an average score of 3.90 converted based on a scale of 3 then it was declared sufficient, then in the second stage of validation the material expert had an average result of 4.09 converted based on a scale, namely 4 declared good. The assessment of media experts in the first stage of validation obtained an average score of 3.37 converted based on a scale, namely 3 was declared sufficient, then in the second stage of validation media experts had an average result of 4.62 converted based on a scale, namely 4 declared good. The trial of early stage small group students had an average result of 3.03 when converted on a scale of 3 was declared sufficient, then the advanced stage small group trial had an average result of 4.10 when converted on a scale of 4 was declared good, and the widely used trial had an average value of 4.10 and when converted based on a scale, namely 4 was declared good. From these results, this teaching material is declared suitable for use.
