Abstract

Strategiodapatodiartikanosebagaioalat untuk mencapaiotujuan jangka panjang,strategi merupakan rencana khusus yang,,membutuhkan kecermatan manajemen serta ketersediaan sumber daya perusahaan dalam jumlah yang relatif besar. Pemasaran ialah sebuah strategi bisnis yang mengacu pada aktifitas yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk mempromosikan suatu produk. Strategi pemasaran dapat diartikan sebagai strategi yang diterapkan oleh suatu perusahaan atau individu untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa yang dimilikinya serta untuk memikat target pasar untuk menggunakanoprodukoatau jasaotersebut.oPenelitian iniobertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai macam strategi yang digunakan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Kcp Medan Pulo Brayan dalam menarik minat nasabah untuk membuka tabungan Easy Wadi’ah. Hasil dari pengamatan ini adalah mengetahui strategi pemasaran khususnya pemasaran produk tabungan Easy Wadi’ah yang diterapkan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Kcp Medan Pulo Brayan, yakni bauran pemasaran. Meliputioproduko(product),oharga (price), tempat (place),opromosi (promotion),oorang (people), proses (procces), dan bukti fisik (physicaloevidence).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishment on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Medan Pulo Brayan. The research method used is an associative quantitative method. And the sample in this study used saturated sampling, namely 32 people. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire which is tested for validity, normality and reliability. The dependent variable is the employee performance variable and the independent variables are Reward and Punishment. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the t test show that Reward (X₁) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Pulo Brayan with tcount (3.609) > ttable (2.04523). Punishment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Pulo Brayan with t count (4.286) > t table (2.04523). And there is a significant influence of Reward and Punishment together on PT Employee Performance. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Pulo Brayan with Fcount (110.061) > Ftable (3.33) and Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R) value is 0.876 or 87.6%. This means that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Reward and Punishment variables.

Abstract

implemented and evaluated the edge detection method using the Sobel Operator, which calculates the gradient of image intensity through two convoluted kernels for horizontal (Gx) and vertical directions. (Gy). The magnitudo gradient is obtained from the combination of both such directional gradients to represent the edge force on each pixel. The main steps include image pre-processing, the application of the Sobel kernel, the calculation of magnitudo gradients, and the filtering of results to extract significant edges. The results show that the Sobel Operator is effective in highlighting intensity differences that indicate the boundary of the object, although it is sensitive to noise and less accurate for fine edges. Despite its limitations, this method is simple to implement and useful as an initial step in image processing applications such as segmentation, pattern identification, and object shape analysis.
