Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di PT Swastisiddhi Amagra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengendalian internal, kepatuhan, dan kompensasi manajemen terhadap etika manajerial. Data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang dikirimkan kepada manajer dan staf keuangan di PT Swastisiddhi Amara. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal, kepatuhan, dan kompensasi manajemen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etika manajerial. Secara parsial, pengendalian internal dan kepatuhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etika manajerial. Kompensasi manajemen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etika manajerial. The research was conducted in PT Swastisiddhi Amagra. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of internal control, compliance, and management compensation on managerial ethics. Data were collected from questionnaires sent to the manager and financial staff in PT Swastisiddhi Amara. Data were analyzed using regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The results showed that internal control, compliance, and management compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on managerial ethics. Partially, Internal control and compliance partially have a significant effect on managerial ethics. Management compensation has no significant effect on managerial ethics.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the 12% VAT increase on state revenue and societal welfare in Indonesia. The research aims to analyze how the policy affects economic indicators such as inflation, purchasing power, and fiscal stability. A qualitative method with a systematic literature review approach was employed, utilizing data from scholarly articles, online news, and related journals. Findings indicate that the VAT increase contributes to a 0.8–1% rise in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and significantly affects secondary and tertiary goods, while essential goods remain exempt. The policy is expected to enhance state revenue, enabling greater fiscal space for social and infrastructure programs. However, it also raises concerns about reduced purchasing power, particularly among low-income groups. The study suggests implementing compensatory mechanisms and targeted subsidies to mitigate adverse effects. This research underscores the importance of balancing fiscal goals with social equity.

Abstract

The #KaburAjaDulu phenomenon that has gone viral on social media reflects the brain drain trend in Indonesia, where skilled labor and the younger generation choose to leave the country to seek better opportunities abroad. This hashtag symbolizes people's dissatisfaction with the economic, political and social conditions that are considered less supportive of their career development and welfare. Factors such as the high cost of education, limited job opportunities, low wages, and a non-conducive work environment are the main drivers of the movement of skilled workers. This research aims to analyze the impact of the brain drain phenomenon represented by the hashtag #KaburAjaDulu on the Indonesian economy, especially in terms of the loss of superior human resources that have an impact on national productivity and innovation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through literature studies, social media analysis, and government policy studies. The results show that brain drain has the potential to hamper economic growth and reduce Indonesia's competitiveness at the global level. Therefore, skilled labor retention policies and strengthening the work environment are needed so that human resources can develop optimally in the country.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought about major changes in leadership patterns, especially in the public sector. In this context, digital leadership is key for leaders to drive innovation and adaptation to technological developments. However, the success of digital leadership is also inseparable from democratic leadership values that emphasize participation, openness, and collaboration. The synergy between these two values is an important foundation for building an effective and humanistic leadership style in the digital age. This study aims to analyze the role of Dedi Mulyadi's digital leadership in developing digital talent through the 2025 Jabar Istimewa Digital Academy (JIDA) program in West Java. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study method, sourced from 14 scientific journals and three official news reports. The results of the study show that Dedi Mulyadi applies a visionary, adaptive, and collaborative digital leadership style. Democratic values are also evident through a participatory approach that involves the community, educational institutions, and the industrial sector in the implementation of the JIDA 2025 program. This program has proven to strengthen digital literacy, expand access to technology training, and improve the readiness of West Java's human resources in facing the challenges of the digital economy. Thus, digital leadership combined with democratic principles plays an important role in realizing inclusive, competitive, and sustainable human resource development in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity is a concrete form of community service through structured empowerment programs. One of the problems currently faced by the community is low environmental awareness, including in the management of houses of worship. This program, titled "Eco Masjid Program Assistance to Create Environmentally Friendly Places of Worship," is implemented as an effort to create mosques that not only function as centers of worship but also serve as role models in the application of environmentally friendly principles. The implementation method includes observing community needs, socializing the eco-mosque concept, and implementing programs such as waste management, reforestation, efficient water use, and the provision of environmentally friendly facilities. The results of the activity show an increase in congregational awareness of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and environmental sustainability, the establishment of a simple waste management system, and the creation of a greener, more comfortable, and healthier mosque atmosphere. Thus, the eco masjid program is expected to become a model for sustainable management of environmentally-based houses of worship and inspire other mosques to apply similar principles. Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan bentuk nyata pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program-program pemberdayaan yang terstruktur. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat saat ini adalah rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan rumah ibadah. Program ini bertajuk Pendampingan Program Eco Masjid Untuk Mewujudkan Tempat Ibadah Ramah Lingkungan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya menciptakan masjid yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pusat ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai teladan dalam penerapan prinsip ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi kebutuhan masyarakat, sosialisasi konsep eco masjid, serta implementasi program seperti pengelolaan sampah, penghijauan, pemanfaatan air secara efisien, dan penyediaan fasilitas ramah lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran jamaah terhadap pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan, terbentuknya sistem pengelolaan sampah sederhana, serta terciptanya suasana masjid yang lebih hijau, nyaman, dan sehat. Dengan demikian, program eco masjid diharapkan dapat menjadi model keberlanjutan pengelolaan rumah ibadah berbasis lingkungan serta menginspirasi masjid lain untuk menerapkan prinsip serupa. Kata kunci: eco masjid, lingkungan, pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Knowledge encompasses knowing, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.To increase awareness and change students' attitudes and behavior regarding proper tooth brushing, this study aims to describe the impact of animated video media on tooth brushing knowledge and its effect on the debris index.This descriptive research used a survey method, with a sample of 32 fourth-grade students at SDN 101818, Pancur Batu Sub-district. Data were collected through questionnaires and debris index examinations both before and after an educational intervention using a 1-minute animated video. The results showed an increase in students' knowledge after the intervention. Before the education, only 28.2% of students had good knowledge, which increased to 83.3%afterward. Meanwhile, those in the poor category decreased from 21.8% to 0%. For the debris index, before the education,none met the good criterion, 43.7% were moderate, and 56.3% were poor. After the education, 62.5% met the good criterion, 37.5% were moderate, and none were poor. Animated video media proved effective in increasing students' knowledge about tooth brushing and reducing their debris index scores. It is hoped that this media can be more widely used in dental health education in elementary schools.
