Abstract

This research explores and focuses on customer perceptions, because there is still a lack of research in knowing the relationship between customer perceptions of products and retail stores. Data collection by interviews, questionnaires, and observations on Panasonic AC retail customers. This study tries to examine the influence of the dimensions of customer loyalty which are influenced by the dimensions of Customer Based Brand Equity (CBBE), Company Reputation and Product Quality. This research is associative, with a quantitative method approach. The research was validated using SPSS-26 with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that CBBE and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the company's reputation partially has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas CBBE, Company Reputation, and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. From the results of this study, it was also concluded that there is a tendency for loyal customers to not guarantee that they will recommend the products they buy to others. Product (brand) selection recommendations are also more influenced by salespeople in retail stores where customers will buy products. From this research, it was found that the novelty of customer perceptions of company reputation has no effect on customer loyalty, especially for retail store customers.

Abstract

This research explores and focuses on the nursing profession, because there is still a lack of research in knowing the relationship between nurse leadership styles and nurse performance. Data collection by interviews, questionnaires and observations on inpatient nurses at Rotal Prima Hospital Medan. This study tries to examine the influence of the Job Performance Nurse dimension which is influenced by the dimensions of the Transactional Leadership Style and the Transformational Leadership Style of Head Nurses. This research is associative, with a quantitative method approach, using a descriptive correlational research design. The research was validated using SPSS-26 with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Transactional Leadership Style and Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Nurse Job Performance. The results of this study, we found that nurse leaders must have a good transformational leadership style so that leaders can help and encourage their subordinates in providing training and achieving their work goals properly. Nurse leaders are more likely to adopt a transformational leadership style. The results of this study also show that transactional leadership can affect nurse performance, although it is even better if the head nurse performs transformational leadership.

Abstract

Daerah pesisir memiliki tingkat kemiskinan yang tinggi akibat ketidakpastian ekonomi saat nelayan tidak melaut akibat cuaca buruk, dan sebagian besar hanya bergantung pada penangkapan ikan di laut. Hal ini menjadi tantangan dan permasalahan yang harus dicarikan solusinya oleh pemerintah desa yang wilayahnya berbatasan dengan pantai untuk meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan berkat kerjasama Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi dan Kelurahan Sei Bilah Timur. Program KKNT bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi, kesehatan, dan UMKM di masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Advokasi Masyarakat. Pelaksanaan program KKNT (a) Mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya pencegahan stunting dan mencegah pernikahan dini, (b) Pelatihan teknik printing dan makeup, (c) Advokasi strategi branding produk UMKM. Hasil kegiatan memberikan dampak bagi masyarakat sehingga mereka memahami bahwa banyak kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga selain dari pekerjaan utama mereka sebagai nelayan, seperti menjual produk UMKM dan jasa sablon dan tata rias. Pemahaman masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting secara tidak langsung meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. KKNT sebagai program kegiatan membangun desa membangun Indonesia memberikan solusi baru bagi masyarakat untuk pendidikan kesehatan dan UMKM yang secara langsung akan meningkatkan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat pesisir.

Abstract

English Language Training with Altisia to Increase the Selling Power of Agrotourism in the Lembang Village Area Bandung is a new breakthrough in offering valuable assets that can be utilized by the village government in accelerating the welfare of the village community. The utilization of these assets cannot be separated from English communication competence. This competency has an impact on the quality of tourist services, especially foreign tourists. This service activity aims to help increase the selling power of agro-tourism in the Lembang Bandung Village area and awareness of the essence of hospitality from the Meler village tourism actors totaling 20 people. The service was carried out in the traditional house of Meler village and the tourist lodge of Meler tourist village for four months (March - June 2023), once a week. The methods used to achieve these objectives were lectures, questions and answers, discussions, role plays, demonstrations and personal presentations. The results showed that the trainees understood the role of hospitality in tourism services and improved fluency in tourism English communication.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of memorable tourism experience on tourist loyalty mediated by tourist satisfaction in visiting the city of Medan. The research design was built using a causal-descriptive approach and supported by the PLS-SEM 2.8 quantitative method implemented to validate the hypothesis empirically. Survey questionnaires were used to collect data. The sample consisted of 210 tourists who visited the city of Medan, both local and national tourists. The results of the R-square test show a robust model, as seen from the percentage value of the tourist loyalty variable of 0.796, influenced by memorable tourism experience and mediated by tourists of 0.463. Besides that. From the research results, all variables, namely memorable tourism experience, traveler satisfaction, and traveler loyalty, have a significant effect. Traveler satisfaction as a mediating variable has a statistically substantial mediating role, from memorable tourism experiences to building tourist loyalty to tourist destinations in Medan City. These findings will be helpful for the local government and tourism industry players in the city of Medan in developing their goals and increasing tourist visits to the city of Medan and other stakeholders.
