Abstract

Ringkasan Tanaman pisang tumbuh didaerah tropic karena menyukai iklim panas dan memerlukan sinar matahari penuh. Tanaman ini dapat tumbuh di tanah yang cukup air, pada daerah dengan ketinggian sampai 2.000 m dpl. Umumnya, pisang merupakan tanaman pekarangan, walaupun di beberapa daerah sudah diperkebunkan untuk diambil buahnya. Pisang merupakan tanaman yang berbuah hanya sekali, kemudian mati. Tingginya antara 2-9 m, berakar serabut dengan batang bawah tanah (bonggol) yag pendek. Dari mata tunas yang ada pada bonggol inilah bisa tumbuh tanaman baru. Pisang mempunyai batang semu yang sebenarnya tersusun atas tumpukan pelepah daun yang tumbuh dari batang bawah tanah sehingga mencapai ketebalan 20-50 cm. daun yang paling muda terbentuk dibagian tengah tanaman, keluarnya menggulung dan terus tumbuh memanjang, kemudian secara progresif membuka. Helaian daun bentuknya lanset memanjang, mudah koyak, panjang 1,5-3 m, lebar 30-70 cm, permukaan bawah berlilin, tulang tengah penopang jelas disertai tulang daun yang nyata, tersusun sejajar dan menyirip, warnanya hijau. Pisang mempunyai bunga majemuk, yang tiap kuncup bunga dibungkus oleh seludang berwarna merah kecoklatan. Seludang akan lepas dan jatuh ketanah jika bunga telah membuka. Bunga betina akan berkembang secara normal, sedang bunga jantan yang berada di ujung tandan tidak berkembang dan tetap tertutup oleh seludang dan disebut sebagai jantung pisang. Jantung pisang ini harus dipangkas setelah selesai berbuah. Tiap kelompok bunga disebut sisir, yang tersusun dalam tandan. Jumlah sisir betina antara 5-15 buah. Buahnya buah buni, bulat memanjang, membengkok,tersusun seperti sisir dua baris, dengan kulit berwarna hijau, kuning, cokelat. Tiap kelompok buah atau sisir terdiri dari beberapa buah pisang. Berbiji atau tanpa biji. Bijinya kecil, bulat dan warnanya hitam. Buahnya dapat dipanen setelah 80-90 hari sejak keluarnya jatung pisang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product creativity and product innovation on competitive advantage on Honda motorcycles in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were 100 consumers of Honda motorcycles in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using a convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that product creativity and product innovation simultaneously and partially significant effecttocompetitive advantage on Honda brand motorbikes in Banda Aceh City. Score correlation coefficient (R) of 0.653 indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 0.653 or 65.3%, meaning. Competitive advantage of Honda motorcycles in Banda Aceh City has a moderate relationship with product creativity (X1) and product innovation (X2). While the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.427, meaning that any changes in the competitive advantage variable can be explained by the product creativity variable (X1) and product innovation (X2) of 0.427 or 42.7% and the remaining 57.3% is explained by the variable other outside of this research for example product quality, service quality, trust, corporate image and others.

Abstract

PT Adi Karya is a company engaged in the contractor sector, which requires the expertise and ability of employees to be able to operate every task assigned by the company to its employees. With the intensity of the work being carried out, PT Adi Karya always wants its employees to have high motivation and satisfaction with the work done so that performance will increase. In accordance with the description above, the authors feel interested in conducting research entitled: "The Influence of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Adi Karya". The results of this research are that employee performance is influenced by motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance by 52.7% and the remaining 47.3% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative. The place of this research is the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bireuen Regency. This study's population consisted of 90 employees of the Bireuen District Regional Disaster Management Agency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The regression analysis results obtained a t count value of 1.893 > t table 1.6629. This means that the award variable (X1) positively affects the employee performance variable (Y). Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was obtained that the t value was 3.437 > t table 1.6629. This means that the transformational leadership variable (X2) positively affects employee performance variables (Y). Furthermore, the regression analysis results obtained a t value of 2.667 > t table 1.6629. This means that the communication variable (X3) positively affects employee performance variables (Y). The results of the regression analysis obtained a t value of 2.648 > t table 1.6629, which means that the motivation variable (X4) has a positive effect on employee performance variables (Y). The Fcount value is 35.157> Ftable 2.48 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that Reward (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2), Communication (X3), and Motivation (X4) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The R Square value from the analysis of the coefficient of determination is 0.623, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Reward (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2), Communication (X3), and Motivation (X4) of 62.3%. The remaining 37.7% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran online dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen toko serbaguna. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di toko serbaguna yang dipilih secara acak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pemasaran online, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial dan simultan. Dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 78% yang artinya bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh variable pemasaran online, harga dan pelayanan, dan sisanya sebesar 22% dipengaruhi oleh variable lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan hasil uji F (simultan) pada program SPSS 20.0 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai F tabel = 3.09 sedangkan Fhitung = 78,661, jadi Ftabel lebih kecil dari Fhitung. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis ke-empat yaitu ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemasaran online, harga dan pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Serbaguna di kota Juang dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% dan Alpha 5% dapat diterima.
