Abstract

Kabupaten Tuban, memiliki banyak objek wisata meliputi destinasi alam, budaya, dan kuliner. Salah satu wisata yang menarik adalah Wisata Pelang dan kebun sagu, karena memiliki destinasi alam yang sangat indah dan memikat para wisatawan. Indahnya wisata pelang mengakibatkan banyaknya pengunjung dari berbagai daerah, adanya wabah covid-19 ini mewajibkan semua pengunjung objek wisata mematuhi protokol kesehatan mulai dari jaga jarak, memakai masker dan cuci tangan dengan sabun. Di objek wisata pelang masih menggunakan alat cuci tangan manual yang mudah rusak, dan ini mengakibatkan kurang indahnya objek wisata ini. Oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini kami melakukan pelatihan pembuatan alat CTPS dengan pedal di wisata pelang dengan sasaran karang taruna desa tahulu sehingga dapat mencegah virus corona, meningkatkan perekonomian dan mengindahkan wisata pelang di sektor wisata. Selain itu menghasilkan inovasi produk berupa alat CTPS sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membuat alat CTPS serta menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru. Hasil dari pengabdian ini mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta pelatihan ada 90% peserta merasa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat untuk melindungi kesehatan keluarga dimasa pandemi covid 19 ini. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi ada 60% peserta merasa mudah membuat CTPS dan 70% warga tidak kesulitan alat dan bahan. Dan ada 60% yang menerapkan pembuatannya dirumah dan menjualnya.

Abstract

During this company PT. “XZ” pay less attention to the efficient use of resources (input) owned both in terms of materials, energy, labor and maintenance of machinery that support the production process, based on the results of surveys and interviews there are some problems that become benchmarks for the background of this research is : first, material: this material is composed of limestone often wet and delay in ordering. Second, electrical energy: This electric energy consists of less efficient electricity usage is the light is often not in the dead time during the day. Third, labor: This workforce consists of less disciplined workforce and less professional workforce. Fourth, machine maintenance: maintenance of this machine consists of less maintenance and old machines. The result of productivity analysis shows that productivity index level of calcium carbonate making section is good. Depreciation productivity index is 105.2, material 107,5, labor 108, energy 102,8, maintenance 150,8, and total productivity 105,1 In addition to increase productivity there are many ways that can be done that raw material should be given cover of asbestos, regular job training, machine scheduling.

Abstract

Mesin gyratory crusher di PT. X telah beroperasi cukup lama, dalam operasionalnya sehingga sering mengalami kerusakan yang menyebakan menurunnya jumlah produksi yang berakibat pada kerugian perusahaan. Disamping itu belum diketahui komponen-komponen yang termasuk kategori kritis, sehingga proses perawatan menjadi kurang efektif dengan indikasi kerusakan yang masih terus terjadi. Penelitian menggunakan metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komponen kritis dan menentukan tindakan perawatan yang tepat dengan biaya perawatan yang optimal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan dapat diketahui komponen kritis mesin gyratory crusher pada komponen top seal, bottom seal dan van belt. Pada komponen top seal interval waktu perawatan pencegahan 50 hari (berupa penggantian komponen) dengan nilai C(tp) 388853,21872, bottom seal interval waktu perawatan pencegahan 74 hari (berupa penggantian komponen) dengan nilai C(tp) 26169,57 dan van belt interval waktu perawatan pencegahan 28 hari (berupa pemeriksaan dan penggantian komponen) dengan nilai C(tp) 89288,23003. Dalam hal ini interval waktu perawatan untuk seluruh komponen kritis dapat dijadikan dasar kebijakan perawatan yang optimal.

Abstract

Indonesia has salt resources in seawater along the Java Sea coast. However, the high salt content in seawater causes difficulties for various industries that use seawater as their raw material. A Taguchi experimental design using TUF filters was carried out to determine the best TUF filter composition in producing high-quality salt. The factors considered were the compositions of three materials, namely crushed coral, charcoal, and palm fibers. The results obtained for the sample filters were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Minitab, and the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) method. The optimal TUF filter composition was found to be 450g finely crushed coral, 350g finely crushed charcoal, and 30g palm fibers. The study results revealed that the best factor for improving salt quality was crushed coral, with a contribution of 65.63842% and an F-value of 109.3333. Charcoal also provided a significant contribution of 24.40453% with an F-value of 40.65041. However, palm fibers did not contribute significantly to improving salt quality. The optimal TUF filter composition can help improve salt quality and increase productivity while reducing costs for various industries such as food production and preservation. The optimal composition of 450g of crushed coral, 350g of charcoal, and 30g of palm fibers can significantly improve the quality of salt production. In conclusion, the use of TUF filters with the optimal composition of 450g crushed coral, 350g charcoal, and 30g palm fibers can significantly improve salt quality. This study provides insight into the potential applications of TUF filters and should encourage further exploration of the technology's potential in various industries.

Abstract

Industry in Indonesia has experienced a lot of progress, one of which is driven by policies in the small industrial sectors. The case study in this research is the "Mbak Sum" cassava chips UKM located in Krajan Hamlet, Ngawun Village, Parengan District. The packaging of the "Mbak Sum" cassava chips is still quite simple. So, in order to expand marketing and develop sales of cassava chips, this research was carried out to create packaging for cassava chips. The method used is the Kansei Engineering method which is able to process words chosen by consumers as something they want from the product into design specifications for the product. Data collection in this research was obtained from interviews, related journal literature and surveys of several snack products to serve as references. The data obtained was then compiled into a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale consisting of 5 importance scales. The conclusion from this research is that the percentage level of importance is obtained, namely 3 attributes with an importance level of "Quite Important", 53 attributes with an importance level of "Important" and 3 attributes with an importance level of "Very Important". Because the percentage results that are "Important" are 53 attributes with the total percentage being 3,626.7, divided by the number of attributes that are important, namely 53 attributes, the average is found to be 68.43. So, in order to define attributes that have an importance level of "Important", by looking at the percentage of the attribute, if the percentage value is above 68.43 then the attribute must be used and if it is below 68.43 then the attribute does not have to be used or is in accordance with the designer's needs.   Perindustrian di Indonesia telah mengalami begitu banyak kemajuan, salah satunya didorong oleh adanya kebijakan dari sektor-sektor industri kecil. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM keripik singkong “Mbak Sum” yang berada di Dusun Krajan, Desa Ngawun, Kecamatan Parengan.. Kemasan keripik singkong “Mbak Sum” masih cukup sederhana. Sehingga, demi memperluas pemasaran dan berkembangnya penjualan keripik singkong tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian ini untuk membuat kemasan keripik singkong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Kansei Engineering yang mampu mengolah kata yang dipilih oleh konsumen sebagai sesuatu yang diinginkan dari produk menjadi spesifikasi desain dari produk. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara, literatur jurnal terkait dan survey beberapa produk makanan ringan untuk dijadikan sebagai referensi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian disusun menjadi kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang terdiri dari 5 skala kepentingan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diperoleh persentase tingkat kepentingan, yaitu 3 atribut dengan tingkat kepentingan “Cukup Penting”, 53 atribut dengan tingkat kepentingan “Penting” dan 3 atribut dengan tingkat kepentingan “Sangat Penting”. Karena hasil persentase yang bernilai “Penting” adalah sebanyak 53 atribut dengan jumlah keseluruhan persentasenya adalah 3.626,7, dibagi dengan banyaknya atribut yang bernilai penting yaitu 53 butir atribut, sehingga ditemukan rata-rata yaitu 68,43. Jadi, demi memberi batasan atribut yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan “Penting”, adalah dengan melihat persentase atributnya, apabila nilai persentasediatas 68,43 maka atribut wajib digunakan dan apabila di bawah 68,43 maka atribut tidak wajib digunakan atau sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari perancang.

Abstract

The computer laboratory is one of the facilities for industrial engineering study program students at the Pgri Ronggolawe University, Tuban. The table is one of the most closely related factors in improving the quality of learning. In many cases, poor posture when sitting is the main cause of back, waist, shoulder or neck pain. If every day a person moves in front of a computer screen, it should be noted that the computer screen should be adjusted to the eye. The purpose of this research is to improve the ergonomic desk design. Ergonomics also deals with optimization, efficiency, health, safety and human comfort at work, at home and in recreation areas. In ergonomics, it is necessary to study the system in which humans, work facilities and the environment interact with each other with the main goal of adjusting the work atmosphere to the humans. Thus, it is necessary to have an innovation to produce a computer desk that pays attention to ergonomic values. The hypothesis of this study is that having a computer laboratory table made on the basis of ergonomics will increase the effectiveness, comfort, safety, health and efficiency of the table.
