<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru gugus 1 kecamatan pasimasunggu kabupaten kepulauan Selayar. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) yakni dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai sampel total sebanyak 50 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan dan pelatihan secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja guru gugus 1 Kecamatan Pasimasunggu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar, dengan titung= 3.654, 6.741 dan 3.227 >tabel = 2,012. Tolak H0, Terima H1. sehingga pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru gugus 1 Kecamatan Pasimasunggu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja guru secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja guru gugus 1 Kecamatan Pasimasunggu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar, dimana Fitung = 107.047 > Fabel = 2.81. TolakH0, Terima H1, Variabel kompensasi yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja guru gugus 1 Kecamatan Pasimasunggu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dilihat dari nilai determinasi yang paling besar yaitu 1,049.
