Abstract

Pengajar harus memiliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis online yang akan membantu proses pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran online adalah Zoom dan Google Meets. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Pengajar (Karyawan) di Bimbingan Belajar Gama UI Duren Tiga, Jakarta Selatan dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran online, yang dilaksanakan pada Bulan Maret Sampai Dengan Juli tahun 2020. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah wawancara dan penyuluhan secara daring kepada mitra. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini melibatkan 20 orang Pengajar dari Bimbingan Belajar Gama UI, satu mahasiswa, dan tiga orang dosen dari jurusan Teknik Industri di Universitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Hasil pelatihan media pembelajaran online ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pengajar (karyawan) Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Gama UI Duren Tiga karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan, pengetahuan, wawasan dan motivasi karyawan dalam mempelajari Edukasi media pembelajaran online. Abstract

This public service is intended to help partners at SDN Ratu Jaya 2 Depok increase teachers and students digital literacy. that is a part of a larger movement to make available educational resources designed specifically for use with online education. An approach known as "participatory action research" (PAR) is being used in this study. This endeavor is carried out by the findings of Digital material and digital literacy socialization and workshops; internet-based digital material compilation; internet-based digital material products in education. This investigational process yields digital material (quizizz) that can be implemented in online and offline pedagogy. Second, between the two tests, it is clear that teachers' levels of digital literacy have risen. The study's findings indicate that students can use the final product of digital material creation (quizziz) in their online learning process.

Abstract

Both formal and informal education systems have made extensive use of technology and information-based learning. Naturally, the standard must be raised in tutoring facilities, which serve as learning environments for kids who require more education than what is provided in the classroom. Digital literacy based on technology and information should be given more attention in response to world events that have been dominated by digitalization, including the world of education, in order to improve the quality of learning. A greater focus is required through training and socialization on the theme of improving the quality of technology-based and information-based learning for teachers at the GAMA UI tutoring institute Pondok Labu as an activity partner located in the south Jakarta area. This is because the lack of flying hours from teachers at tutoring institutions that are dominated by students raises problems in implementing technology and information-based learning.
