Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Melati Soeroza Indah Perdana located in North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Samples were taken as many as 54 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire while data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The test results prove Transformational Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on performance with a large effect of 34.88%, Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneously the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a large effect of 24.81%.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) On Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Palangka Raya.  Samples taken as many as 67 employees elected saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study prove the motivation (X1) partially not significant effect on employee performance (Y) with 8.4% and the major influence job satisfaction (X2) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) with large effect 90,3% , while simultaneously motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X1) effect on employee performance (Y) with large effect 69,2% and 30.8% influenced by other variables , Implementation of this research that in order to improve the performance of employees need to pay attention to Motivation and Job Satisfaction.   Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership style variables (X1), organizational climate (X2), on employee performance (Y) with job satisfaction (X3)  as intervening variable at PT. Bank Kalteng Branch Puruk Cahu. The number of samples determined is as much as 32 respondents who are the entire population on the object of research. Measurement in questionnaires using Likert scale. Data analysis method used is path analysis.The results of testing on the hypothesis, indicating that the variables of   leadership style situasional significant to job satisfaction with regression coefficient of 0.538. The organizational climate has an insignificant effect on job satisfaction with regression coefficient of 0.181. Situational leadership style significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a value of 0.408. Organizational climate has an insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a value of 0.137.  Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

The Research of Aim is to know how far the ability influence, work motivation and work culture to employee performances municipal waterwork in Muara Teweh. This Research is Descriftive Research, Data Analysis that using by multiple regression, by Simultaneously Hypothesis (F), Parcial Hypothesis (T), and Determination Koefesience.By the analysis result and hypothesis corresponding by thesis tittle of ability influence, works motivation, and works culture to employee performance municipal waterworks in Muara Teweh such as :The Ability (X1) significan influence to employee performance (Y) to municipal waterworks (PDAM) in Muara Teweh, motivation (X2) significan influence to employee performance (Y) to municipal waterworks in MuaraTeweh, works culture (X3) is not influence significan to employee performance (Y) to municipal waterworks Muara Teweh. The Ability (X1), work motivation (X2) and works culture (X3) that influence by simultancous (Y) to the employee (Y) to municipal waterworks in Muara Teweh.The municipal waterworks in Muara Teweh could evaluated and increasing works culture to reminds in this research of the municipal waterworks is so weak in Muara Teweh so order that is necessary to recovering and incresing. It’s can be proof by the result that decreased of works culture that employee performance will decrease, so that is not satisfying to serves to the society in Muara Teweh. Key Word : The Ability, Work Motivation, Works Culture, and employee performance.

Abstract

Quite high demand for Motorcycles Trail type in Puruk Cahu is inseparable from tofografi conditions Murung Raya District Region consisting of Mountains, most of the road that contacts between districts with other subdistricts still no road hardening and besides that at this time Sport Touring is also very loved By society. This can be seen by the total sales amount of 584 units of Kawasaki Trail Motorcycle KLX 150 since 2009 until 2016.This study aimed to examine the effect of Product Quality (X 1) Price (X 2) and Communications WOM (X 3) of the Purchase Decision on the User Motorcycle Trail KLX 150 in the area Kabupaten Murung Raya. Samples taken as many as 55 users Motorcycle Trail KLX 150 in the region Kabupaten Murung Raya saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS version 21 o'clock. The results of this study prove Product Quality (X 1) is partially significant effect on the purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,0001 and far-reaching 60,2% the, Price             (X 2) partially not significant effect on purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,705 and 6.5% big influence and Communication WOM (X 3) partially significant effect on the Purchase decision (Y) sig.0.023 and far-reaching 25.6%, while simultaneously e r Product Quality (X 1), Price (X 2) and Communications WOM (X3)  berp e been influence to purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,000 and far-reaching 47.5%. Implementation of this research that's improving Purchasing Decisions need to pay attention to product quality, price and Communications WOM. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Communication WOM, Buying Decision

Abstract

The head of sub-district duties are following PP Number 17 of 2018 concerning Districts Article 10 point c that the Camat in leading the District is tasked with coordinating efforts to organize public peace and order. In carrying out the coordination includes the existence of a work plan, meetings, communication, division of work tasks and work relations. The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the role of the subdistrict head in coordinating the arrangement of street vendors (PKL) in the out-of-market to maintain peace and public order according to the Tabalong Regency Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2018 and to find out the obstacles encountered by the sub-district head in coordinating street vendors in the Kelua sub-district of Tabalong Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach through surveys, observations and interviews with informants. This research was conducted in Kelua District, Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The focus of the research was on the existing problems, namely the role of the sub-district head in coordinating the arrangement of street vendors in the local market and the obstacles encountered by the sub-district head in coordinating regulation of street vendors in the Kelua District of Tabalong Regency. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Kelua District Head has carried out his role in coordinating public peace and order, especially the regulation of street vendors in Kelua District with the SKPD which he coordinates in accordance with the main tasks and functions he plays, the obstacles that arise are resolved through good communication and coordination so that street vendors can rearranged. Street vendors who have been brought in order must always be monitored because this can make it difficult for the officers to bring them back into order, therefore integrated supervision with the support of IT-based equipment can be applied.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the competitiveness of UMKM to follow procurement of goods and government services and supporting factors and hinder the competitiveness UMKM to follow procurement of goods and government services in Hulu Sungai Utara District. This research is qualitative research and was conducted on Electronic Procerument Services (LPSE) and UMKM to follow procurement of goods and government services. The increase in market share and the increase in profits in last three years decreased due to many competitors and the packages is getting smaller because the government for the procurement of goods and government services. Besides that, supporting factors are having an understanding of procurement of goods and government services, working partners, procurement of goods and government services specification, and promotion. The obstacle factors are lack of experts and IT personnel, capital, increasing competitors, lack of experience and here is still a syndication between the UMKM with authorized government official. The government support the specification program for the procurement of goods and services to be disseminated to UMKM workers involved in the procurement of goods and government services, increase IT personnel so that every time there is an offer or information related to the procurement of goods and government services, they are always responsive. Every UMKM need to work together with experts so thatlater it will be easier to procure goods and government services, need to think about capital and be fair and not easily influenced by syndications between UMKM workers or concerned government officials. Keywords:  Competitiveness, UMKM and Procurement of goods and government services
