Abstract

This research is counducted in order to analyce and to give a description about the service Quality of the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin and the understand any obstacle which interferes the Service Quality of the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin Qualitative approach is used with qualitative descriptive research type. The informan selected were the library student. The data used in this research were the primary data directly gained from the informan and the secondary data were gained indirectly. The technique of collected the data was done by the interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data will be described and analyzed by a descriptive analysis technique which give the description about the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin. The result of the research showed that the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin can be said to be in acceptably good quality. This result can be seen from the indicatiors: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The obstacles. found in this research were lack of book collection provided in the library the lack of facilties, the lack of human resources and the lack budget limitations. This research recommends to the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin expected to hold a collection of books, facilities and infrastructure facilities, add library technical staff, carry out budget priority scales. Abstract

The activity of awareness communication in empowering housewives through the budget of corporate social responsibility in Maburai village, Tabalong regency, is quite unique. The research method used is qualitative approach with descriptive type using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study shows that awareness communication conducted by the pattern of direct visits to small medium enterprises (SMEs) which have been successful from scratch then continued with the dialogical discussion of post-visit is quite effective. The pattern is able to create entrepreneurial awareness and motivation for housewives in Marburai village to have desire to make change in the family's economic conditions and make it as an alternative source of business in the future.

Abstract

Kunci utama untuk memahami kepemerintahan yang baik (good governance) adalah pemahaman atas prinsip-prinsip yang terdapat di dalamnya. Selain itu, penyelenggaraan kepemerintahan yang baik dan bertanggungjawab baru akan tercapai apabila dalam penerapan otoritas politik, ekonomi, dan administrasi ketiga komponen good governance tersebut memiliki jaringan dan interaksi yang setara. Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dalam pembangunan Pasar Agrobisnis Tradisional Modern Barabai di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governace dalam pembangunan Pasar Agrobisnis Tradisional Modern Barabai di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan informan penelitian. Teknik Pengumpulan data yaitu, Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data meliputi Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Good Governance dalam Pembangunan Pasar Agrobisnis Tradisional Modern Barabai di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah pada realitasnya dapat dikatakan belum optimal, karena masih terdapat dua permasalahan yaitu kurangnya akuntabilitas dan keterbukaan. Adapun faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governace dalam pembangunan Pasar Agrobisnis Tradisional Modern Barabai di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah yaitu faktor keuangan daerah (funding or budgeting), faktor pasrtisipasi masyarakat (public partisipation), dan penegakan hukum yang lemah.Kata Kunci: Good Governance, Pembangunan Pasar, Agrobisnis Tradisional Modern

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh oleh kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diambil melalui penarikan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan menggunakan uji kredibilitas data yaitu perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian yaitu kejelasan tujuan mereka dalam pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh oleh kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara sudah tercantum dalam Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat. Filosofi dan sistem nilai tentang mengapa organisasi ini dibentuk, dasar pemikiran dan apa yang ingin dicapai dalam pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh ini yaitu ingin membantu penanggulangan kemiskinan. Komposisi dan struktur organisasi dari pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh ini sudah diatur dalam tugas pokok dan fungsi dari masing-masing bagian yang berwenang. Teknologi organisasi sudah digunakan dalam kegiatan pengeolaan zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh, salah satunya penggunaan media sosial facebook yang diperuntukkan sebagai sarana publikasi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional. Lingkungan organisasi, masih kurang mendukung dikarenakan bangunan yang dipergunakan sekarang merupakan pinjaman dari Pemerintah Daerah setempat dengan kondisi bangunan yang cukup tua dan kecil, serta berada diperempatan jalan yang cukup padat dan tidak memiliki area parkir. Saran kepada pihak Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara diupayakan untuk terus meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang handal untuk memajukan sistem pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh. Memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang fungsi Badan Amil Zakat Nasional dan cara kerjanya. Serta berusaha untuk meningkatkan partisifasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional. Kepada Masyarakat, dihimbau supaya ikut serta dalam kelancaran program dengan cara ikut menyalurkan zakatnya kepada badan Amil ini.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Melati Soeroza Indah Perdana located in North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Samples were taken as many as 54 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire while data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The test results prove Transformational Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on performance with a large effect of 34.88%, Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneously the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a large effect of 24.81%.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee performance

Abstract

This study found that the first women's empowerment was conducted on groups of processors marketers fishery products (POKLAHSAR) Delima Desa Manurung District of Kusan Middle Tanah Bumbu, an empowerment-based group, named Delima. In the process of empowerment groups, marketers process fishery products Pomegranate empowerment through several stages, including awareness, capacity building, and shuck stage. Both internal factors of the group of marketers processing fishery products Delima, in which the members have the same goal, namely the desire to continue to learn and strive to empower themselves to become the principal capital in the achievement of the empowerment of women in the group. Potential and human resources owned by group members and administrators strongly support the success of women's empowerment in Poklahsar Delima. While external factors support the empowerment of women in Poklahsar Pomegranate, there is a wide range of support, both from the government, the family, the local community, and the natural resources available.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the empowerment of fisheries product processing groups in Banjarmasin using a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique uses the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman with 3 stages of analysis, consisting of data reduction, data display, and verification / conclusion drawing. The results showed that the effectiveness of the empowerment of fisheries product processing groups in Banjarmasin City that was focused in East Banjarmasin District was not yet effective. This is based on the group formation program based on the potential of raw materials, so this goal has been carried out in accordance with the needs of the group, but sometimes it is hampered by seasons which result in the scarcity of raw materials. Based on the concept of environmental carrying capacity, for fishery raw material needs is very large, that is, it is close to large and medium rivers, and is passed through by many kelotok sellers of raw fisheries caught in both fresh and marine fisheries. However, the carrying capacity of this environment has not been matched by the work ethic of group members in groups and prefers to cultivate individually, and is not supported by good managerial and administrative groups (poor managerial and administrative). The effectiveness constraints consist of three; 1) Characteristics of Group Organizations that are still weak, 2) Characteristics of a good environment, but the potential of the wet environment has not been utilized properly, 3) Characteristics of group members tend to be individual. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Motorized Vehicle Testing Service Quality at the UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur and to analyze what are the supporting factors and inhibitors of Motorized Vehicle Testing Services at the UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur.The research approach used is descriptive qualitative method, to describe the condition of the subject / object of research based on facts that appear or as they are. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques.Motorized Vehicle Testing Services at UPT PKB at Barito Timur Transportation Service is one of the public service institutions that carries out services on vehicle feasibility testing. As a public institution, it is mandatory to provide quality services, so as to provide satisfaction to the recipients of the service. The definition of Motorized Vehicle Testing (PKB) itself is an examination of the vehicle condition, whether the vehicle meets the requirements of land-worthy or not, including the completeness of vehicle documents, given the enormous benefits of public or non-public transportation equipment helping mobility of community activities.The results showed that the service quality of UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur was inadequate or still low, because it was found that most of the five quality indicators were still low, especially indicators of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The factors that influence are internal factors and external factors . Internal factors consist of organizational structure, human resources / apparatus, small service and financial systems, while external factors are in the form of budgeting policies and placement of personnel from related institutions without looking at needs and competencies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of collaborative leadership styles at STIA Tabalong by using qualitative research methods Sampling techniques using purposive sampling, i.e. chosen with specific considerations and objectives. The informants in this study are employees or academic community in STIA Tabalong. Data collection using interviews in depth. Data analysis techniques, meanwhile, use interactive models. The results showed that the collaborative leadership style at STIA Tabalong was effective. This is illustrated from the findings of research showing that the collaborative leadership style is well received by employees, increased leadership capabilities, leaders who are able to read the work climate situation, factors that influence leadership skills such as educational factors, experience, and the wide range of associations, as well as employees who are willing to adjust their way of thinking and act in the interests of together.
