Abstract

TujuanPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk memahami, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis bagaimana Ponpes Sidogiri mengelola unsur-unsur modal sosial kaitannya dalam mengembangkan KJKS. (2) Untuk memahami, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran modal sosial Ponpes Sidogiri dalam mengembangkan KJKS.Desain/metodologi/pendekatanMetode penelitian atau pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma penelitian dramaturgi,  yakni fokus pada bagaimana peran modal sosial dalam pengembangan kjks bmt Maslahah dan BMT UGT Sidogiri.  Langkah penelitian diawali dengan pengumpulan data dari dokumentasi,  observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi data dan dilanjut dengan pengecekan keabsahan data. Setelah itu dianalisis dengan mengintegrasikan data dengan teori untuk kemudian sampai pada kesimpulan.Hasil temuanHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama,  dalam upaya optimalisasi pengelolaan modal sosial yang dimiliki,  Ponpes Sidogiri melalui beberapa cara mengolah unsur-unsur modal sosial.  Kedua,  modal sosial ponpes Sidogiri berperan mengembangkan BMT melalui unsur jaringan,  kepercayaan, nilai dan norma.Keterbatasan penelitianPertama,  pengumpulan data terkait Ponpes Sidogiri belum seluruhnya.  Peneliti belum bisa mengumpulkan data terkait santri putri karena peraturan yang berlaku di Ponpes Sidogiri. Kedua, penelitian ini hanya fokus pada bagaimana peran modal sosial Ponpes Sidogiri dalam mengembangkan Kjks padahal masih banyak hal yang bisa dieksplor. Namun hal ini berkaitan dengan keterbatasan waktu dan metode penelitian.Implikasi praktisMenjadi stimulan bagi pihak pengambil kebijakan pondok pesantren dan pemerintah untuk menunbuhkembangkan ekonomi syariah.  Tidak menutup kemungkinan pula hasil penelitian ini dijadikan blueprint untuk diadopsi oleh semua pondok pesantren berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan ekonomi syariah.  Selain itu,  implikasi praktisnya dapat memperluas potensi perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia melalui pesantren.Implikasi sosialDapat dijadikan bahan refenrensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang melakukan penelitian serupa.  Menambah khazanah keilmuan bagi pondok pesantren dan kalangan yang pedului akan ekonomi syariah.Orisinalitas/nilaiDari beberapa penelitian terdahulu dan kajian dengan tema yang serupa, belum ditemukan kajian yang sama, jadi penelitian ini dengan judul Peran Modal Sosial Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri dalam Mengembangkan Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariahmerupakan penelitian baru.Kata kunci:Peran, Modal Sosial, Pengembangan, BMT.

Abstract

Introduction: This study examines the influence of product knowledge, halal awareness, subjective norms, and attitudes on street food purchasing decisions through purchase intention as a mediating variable. Method: This research includes quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The population used in this study is Gen Z Muslims in Surabaya. The sample in this study amounted to 330 respondents obtained from the sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. To test the hypotheses built using partial least square (PLS) analysis techniques with Smart-PLS Version 3.2.9 software tools. Results: The results stated that product knowledge, halal awareness, attitude, and subjective norm are not significant effect on purchasing decisions partially. However, all dependent variables affect decisions through purchase intention. Means, customer intentions become critical point before their making purchases. Conclusion and suggestion: In summary, understanding purchase intention through customer behavior is essential to be considered by business actors to increase consumer assessment of these products. In this case, business actors need to educate related to food regulation such as having halal logo and ensure the product safety. By having proper assessment food vendors will be able to promote their product and increase customer purchasing intention. Furthermore, policymakers and related stakeholders also need to support food regulation and safety by having proper law and supply chain of halal ingredients.

Abstract

The Market Supervisory Authority (al Hisbah) is the agency responsible for monitoring market activities in order to establish fair and fair trade practices in the economic process and ongoing buying and buying interactions. The purpose of this study is to learn about the practice of the Hisbah institutions in the days of the Prophet, Khulafaurr Rasyidin, the Dynasty, the Middle Ages, and the Modern Age. On the occasion of this research, the author uses the library research method (library reaserch), which is a series of approaches based on the collection of materials or methods that come from journals, books, or other sources of writing. In addition to using library studies, the author also uses methods of descriptive analysis. The result of this study explains that the practice of Al-Hisbah in the prophet's time was performed by the Prophet himself as the head of the state and as a muhtasib, but in later times the practice was done by institutions established by the state. In modern times, the practice is no longer carried out by the State but has been grouped according to the fields of supervision carried.

Abstract

Avicenna (Ibn Sina) was a medieval Islamic philosopher who developed numerous theories, especially those related to education. Many educational institutions have long relied on Avicenna's ideas about the goal of education, but the evolution of education, especially Islamic education, has changed in tandem with improvements in technology and knowledge in society. As a result, the purpose of this study is to examine the relevance of Ibn Sina's educational ideas to modern Islamic education through a case study of the Al-Rifa'ie 2 modern boarding school. This study employs a qualitative descriptive technique, with data gathered by document analysis, interviews, and observations. The findings of this study revealed that Avicenna's beliefs on the aim of education in developing students' potential so that they have perfect reason and noble morals are still highly relevant at the Al-Rifa'ie 2 modern boarding school today. Despite this, numerous methods, equipment, and technology utilized in education continue to evolve in response to new advances. Avicenna's Islamic education remains a source of inspiration for many institutions today. This study has ramifications for how modern Islamic education adapts to change while maintaining the values of Avicenna's teachings.

Abstract

Green waqf is a contemporary development of Islamic endowment that integrates sharia principles with environmental conservation and sustainable development objectives. This article aims to analyze the concept of green waqf within the framework of Islamic economics and modern philanthropy, and to explain its relevance to the achievement of several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4, SDG 8, SDG 13, SDG 15, and SDG 17. This study employs a library research method by reviewing academic literature, official reports, and national policies related to waqf and environmental sustainability. The findings reveal that green waqf has strategic potential as a sustainable financing instrument that delivers long-term ecological, social, and economic benefits. Green waqf supports environmental conservation, eco-based economic empowerment, environmental education, and multisectoral partnerships. Furthermore, the concept aligns with the objectives of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, particularly the protection of life (ḥifẓ al-nafs), wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl), and the environment (ḥifẓ al-bi’ah), thereby providing strong sharia legitimacy for environmentally oriented waqf practices. Nevertheless, the implementation of green waqf still faces challenges, including weak governance structures, limited capacity of nazhir, and low literacy in modern financial instruments. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing cross-sector collaboration are essential for optimizing green waqf as an effective Islamic philanthropic instrument to support sustainable development in Indonesia.
