Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance to PKK members to be able to manage finances and manage business finances. The method used is a social approach. Where the preparation stage is carried out by conducting surveys and observations to identify problems and analyze the situation and community needs. Then carried out the implementation stage with two main activities, namely training and mentoring. During the training, PKK members were given knowledge in financial management and practical financial management with applications. Assistance is provided when participants practice directly using the application. Based on the evaluation carried out, it is known that the results of this service have increased the knowledge of PKK members about financial management with an average posttest score of 70. Through the assistance carried out, each PKK member already has an account in one of the applications. financial management, and can be used for recording every transaction, debt to recording stock of goods that are still available

Abstract

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the business income of women members of the PKK group in Rambung Barat Village has decreased because the purchasing power of the surrounding community has decreased. Marketing of business products is only done locally. These problems require a strategy so that products can be marketed widely by utilizing digital marketing. The women members of the PKK group already have solutive and innovative products but if the product photos presented are less attractive then consumers will not be interested. In online marketing, consumers only see photos of the products offered. Creating attractive product photos and being able to convey the message of the product is expensive if it has to be done by a professional. This activity aims to increase knowledge and expertise in taking product photos that are carried out independently. So that it can compete and attract potential consumers to make purchases. The method used is by conducting training and mentoring. Participants filled out the pretest and post test to see the extent of the knowledge gained. The results of the activity show that this activity has a positive impact. There is increasing knowledge about using smartphone applications to make good and attractive product photos. PKK members have been able to make product photos that can be used in digital marketing. So that later the product is increasingly known to the wider community and the existing products are increasingly sold in the market.

Abstract

Children are the most beautiful gift for parents. These gifts sometimes have shortcomings or many of them experience disorders during their development. There are various kinds of developmental disorders suffered by children including: autism, ADHD, ADD, speech delay, asperger syndrome, and taurette syndrome. In Indonesia, 5% of the school-age population to some degree in experiencing developmental disorders, one of which is Hyperactivity Disorder. Hyperactivity disorder is more common among boys than girls, estimated at 2-4% for girls, and 6-9% for boys aged 6-12 years. One of the real challenges today is the high cost of conducting a medical examination. So many children are not brought by their parents to undergo examination due to limited costs. In addition to financing, the lack of experts or specialists in the field of child health is also a factor in parents being reluctant to check their children. The situation is a lot in the area, especially those far from the city center. In this study, the Dempster Shafer method will provide an initial diagnosis and classification of types of child development disorders into several classifications such as in the case of Hyperactivity Disorder, with categories of Hyperactivity, Inpulsive, and Inatensi. Based on the results of manual calculations using Dempster Shafer, a value presentation of 0.6 leads to invasive disease.

Abstract

Kelurahan atau desa merupakan pemerintahan tingkat paling bawah yang memberikan informasi dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Sehingga kelurahan juga dituntut agar senantiasa meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang memuaskan dan baik. Kantor kelurahan Sidikalang adalah salah satu kantor pelayanan kependudukan bagi masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan Sidikalang Kebupaten Dairi. Pelayanan akan surat-surat tersebut itu menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat yang wajib dipenuhi. Kelurahan Sidikalang harus memikirkan langkah tepat untuk dapat meningkatan kualitas pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi kelurahan sidikalang dalam pelayanan public kepada masyarakat diantaranya adalah staf kelurahan masih menggunakan proses manual yaitu masyarakat harus datang ke kelurahan untuk proses pengurusan surat-surat. Sedanglan tuntutan masyarakat saat ini lebih dinamis. Masyarakat menuntut agar proses pengurusan surat-surat menjadi lebih cepat tidak dibatasin oleh jarak dan waktu. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi ASAKU sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat di kelurahan Sidikalang. Aplikasi ASAKU mampu diterapkan dan berjalan dengan baik. Pelayanan digital tersebut membantu dalam peningkatan kinerja pemerintah. Perpaduan antara pemberi layanan (kelurahan) dan masyarakat dengan adaptasi teknologi yang tepat mampu menciptakan efektivitas serta efisiensi dalam pengelolaan daerah setingkat kelurahan. Semua fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi ASAKU telah diuji coba dengan pengujian sistem black box. Sedangkan pengujian kualitas layanan diukur framework e-govqual. Hasil yang diperoleh aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik.
