Abstract

Perkembangan kewirausahaan ,memang sangat didukung oleh pemerintah . Apalgi lapangan pekerjaan sekarang semakin sempit , diikuti jumlah kelahiran yang semakin tinggi .Disatu sisi hal ini menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam bidang Keluarga Berencana dimana kesehatan dan kesempatan untuk hidup sehat sejahtera menjadi tujuan yang utama. Namun disisi lain persaingan dunia usaha jyga semakin ketat.Apalagi bagi pedagang kaki lima , persaingan dalam memasarkan dagangannya tidak lagi sebatas gencarnya pemasaran yang dilakukan baik itu jenis dagangan , harga ,tapi penentuan lokasi sangat menentukan kelangsungan hidup pedagangang ini. Oleh karena itu pemberian penyuluhan tentang penentuan lokasi bagi pedagang angkringan ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh pedagang . Tidak hanya tempat yang ramai ,yang banyak dilalui oleh calon pembeli,tapi disini juga penentuan lokasi yang nyaman , tempat duduk yang luas ,tempat parker yang memadai juga merupakan factor yang menentukan konsumen untuk menetapkan pilihan dalam menentukan tempat nongkrong dan melepaskan kepenatan .

Abstract

Pengusaha dibidang makanan kecil yang terbuat dari ketela merupakan salah satu usaha yang perlu mendapat perhatian .Sejak beberapa dekade lalu prediksi Indonesia akan menjadi salah satu negara maju cukup marak digaungkan berbagai pihak. Namun, untuk menjadi negara maju, tentunya tidak akan berjalan mulus, jika tidak didukung dengan kecukupan proporsi jumlah enterprenuer (pengusaha). Padahal agar masalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran teratasi, setidaknya diperlukan 4 juta pengusaha baru di negara kita. Dengan munculnya para pengusaha, ada sebuah irisan yang bersambung bahwa lapangan kerja semakin terbuka lebar. Jika dari 4 juta pengusaha masing-masing membutuhkan 10 tenaga kerja saja, berarti akan ada 40 juta orang yang bisa dikaryakan. Dengan begitu pengangguran akan berkurang. Secara matematis, ketika pengangguran berkurang, tingkat kemiskinan pun akan mengikuti, berkurang juga. Indonesia saat ini membutuhkan para wirausaha muda untuk dapat mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Menkop Puspayoga menjelaskan, berdasarkan data BPS 2016 dengan jumlah penduduk 252 juta, jumlah wirausaha non pertanian yang menetap mencapai 7,8 juta orang atau 3,1 persen. Dengan demikian tingkat kewirausahaan Indonesia telah melampaui 2 persen dari populasi penduduk, sebagai syarat minimal suatu masyarakat akan sejahtera. Untuk meningkatkan penghasilan bagi pengusaha dari ketela perlu adanya inovasi baik dari segi rasa, kemasan maupun ,pengolahan..Pelatihan wirausaha khususnya di bidang pengelolaan produk dari ketela wilayah Desa Limbangan menjadi pertimbanagn Tim Pengabdian masyarakat Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Semarang untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan terutama bagaimana mengembangkan produk yang terbuat dari ketela. Kegiatan diharapkan dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan sehingga memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan ekonomi di lingkungan Desa Limbangan.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on the employees of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati. The population in this study were all 64 people of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The total sample is 64 respondents. The variables in this study are motivation (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and employee work quality (Y). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used: classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. Multiple regression analysis, t test, F test (Fairness Test Model / Goodness Of Fit Model), test the coefficient of determination (R2), The results of this study are: 1). Motivation has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t arithmetic value of 2.541, and using a significance limit of 0.05, while t table n = 64 is 1.998, then t arithmetic 2.541 > t table 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant < 0.05 or (0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of motivation on the quality of employee work. 2) Organizational commitment has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t-count value is 2.952 and uses a significance limit of 0.05, while t-table n = 64 is 1.998, then t-count is 1.952 > t-table is 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant <0.05 or ( 0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on the quality of employee work. The suggestions given are: 1) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati should motivate their employees to work by providing welfare assistance, providing a sense of security, encouraging employees to interact with each other and work together between subordinates and superiors and fellow co-workers, giving awards 2) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan employees The Pati people should pay more attention to the organization's commitment to employees, because some employees still feel that their work needs have not been fulfilled, and the leadership of the organization to be further improved, instilling in their hearts that employees will lose if they leave the organization

Abstract

Abstract The growth of MSME business performance is a prerequisite for developing countries in improving the welfare of their people in the future. This study aims to investigate the ambidexterity adaptive management variable as a solution in realizing MSME business performance. Organizational learning and absorptive capacity become a panacea in improving business performance. The results of previous studies still leave a gap between organizational learning and absorption capacity in increasing business performance growth. so in this study offers a new idea as a solution in closing the gap from previous research. Adaptive management ambidexterity is the agility of the organization to adapt to the ever-changing business environment through learning adapted to the absorption capacity of MSME entrepreneurs. as a mediator of organizational learning and absorptive in improving MSME business performance. Myopia learning is learning to absorb experience and exploit other people's knowledge and explore their own knowledge, become a mediator of organizational learning and have a significant influence with adaptive management ambidexterity in spurring SME business growth. This research is very useful as a solution in solving the weaknesses of the organization's business performance, especially SMEs. The new concept of Adaptive Management Ambidexterity is used agilely and synergistically for the development of SME business performance, both internally and externally through myopia learning and absorption capacity. We suggest that the context of Adaptive Management Ambidexterity can be selected, tested and put into practice both theoretically and managerially, for future practice and research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation variables, product innovation, and marketing strategy creativity on the marketing performance of teak wood craft business in Nglobo Village, Jiken District, Blora Regency. This study uses quantitative research with a survey method that takes samples from a number of populations and uses questionnaires and interviews as the main data collection tools with a Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed including: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2 ). The population in this study were all teak wood craftsmen in Nglobo Village, Jiken District, Blora Regency, with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample or a census sample, where all members of the population are sampled. The results of the multiple linear regression equation from this study are known as follows: Y = 6.234 + 0.194X1 + 0.184X2 + 0.226X3 . The results of the data analysis carried out, the indicators used in this study are all valid and reliable. For the classical assumption test, the overall data is normally distributed. The results of the t-test of this study indicate that the market orientation variable (X1) has a partial or separate effect on the marketing performance of the teak wood craft business in Nglobo Village, Jiken District, Blora Regency, with a significant value of 0.038. The market product innovation variable (X2) has a partial or separate effect on the marketing performance of the teak wood craft business in Nglobo Village, Jiken District, Blora Regency, with a significant value of 0.045. The market marketing strategy creativity variable (X3) has a partial or separate effect on the marketing performance of the teak wood craft business in Nglobo Village, Jiken District, Blora Regency, with a significant value of 0.000. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study were 33.1%. The most influential variable on the marketing performance of the teak wood craft business in the village of Nglobo Blora is the marketing strategy creativity variable with a significant value of 0.000. The perpetrators of teak crafts in the village of Nglobo Blora need to maintain and increase the creativity of marketing strategies in marketing the products they produce.
