Abstract

Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan: (1) aktivitas guru melalui pelatihan berbantuan microsoft excel pada Guru-Guru SDN 1 Magelung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013, dan (2) kemampuan guru dalam mengolah nilai melalui pelatihan berbantuan microsoft excel pada guru-guru SDN 1 Magelung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Magelung Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan Kabupaten Kendal pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 selama 6 bulan (Juni s.d. November 2012), dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, tiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan dengan kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru dan kemampuan guru dalam mengolah nilai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat peningkatan aktivitas guru melalui pelatihan berbantuan microsoft excel pada Guru-Guru SDN 1 Magelung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Siklus I skor aktivitas guru sebesar 76 (baik), meningkat menjadi 80 (baik) pada siklus II, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 93 (sangat baik) pada siklus III, (2) terdapat peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengolah nilai melalui pelatihan berbantuan microsoft excel pada guru-guru SDN 1 Magelung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Hal tersebut diketahui dari peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan guru dalam mengolah nilai, siklus I sebesar 66 (cukup), meningkat menjadi 80 (baik) pada siklus II, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 92 (sangat baik) pada siklus III.

Abstract

This research is based importance of school principals in carrying out its role as supervisor of clinical supervision specifically for teachers to master basic skills teaching. Improvement of teachers to teach basic skills will lead to the creation of the learning process multimakna. School action research aims to improve teachers teaching basic skills through clinical supervision so that the teacher has a set of capabilities to design an active learning process, creative, effective, enjoyable, and innovative. The method used is the school action research conducted 2 (two) cycles, with research subjects teachers SDN 1 Magelung 12 people. Each cycle consists of the activities of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. Methods of data collection using observation, while the technique of data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques percentages. The results showed that through clinical supervision activities undertaken to improve the school head teachers to teach basic skills in at SDN 1 Magelung UPTD Dikpora District Office South Kaliwungu Kendal regency school year 2010/2011. This can be known from an average increase in basic teaching skills from the first condition for 68.79 increased to 78.41 in cycle 1 with ketercapain performance indicators by 25%, and in cycle 2 to 88.71 with the achievement of performance indicators by 92% .

Abstract

Peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran make ammatch telah dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas V ( lima ) SDN Karet Tengsin 13 Jakarta Pusat tahunpelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah 30 orang siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasilbelajar matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran make a match. Teknik pengumpulandata yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Penerapan model pembelajaran make a match terbuktidapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

The application of the values of Pradnyan and Purusottama in character education is crucial for improving the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education. The lack of understanding of these values needs to be examined to identify effective strategies in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the characters of Pradnyan and Purusottama have a positive impact on the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education among students at Utama Widyalaya Wira Dharma Palu for the academic year 2024/2025. This research uses a quantitative research method with an explanatory approach. Respondents consist of students from grades X, XI, and XII, selected randomly. Data were collected through questionnaires and academic documents, then analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between variables. The results indicate that the character of Pradnyan contributes 76.3%, while the character of Purusottama contributes 79.7% to the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education. Simultaneously, both variables contribute 81.1%, with the remaining percentage influenced by other factors such as the learning environment, teaching methods, and learning motivation. These findings confirm that character education plays a crucial role in shaping students' understanding and learning achievements. The application of the Pradnyan character strengthens students' ability to think critically and wisely in understanding Hindu teachings, while the Purusottama character encourages students to achieve moral and spiritual excellence. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of the values of Pradnyan and Purusottama in the teaching and learning process is highly effective and has a positive impact on improving the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education. Therefore, the integration of character education into the Hindu Religious Education curriculum needs to be strengthened to ensure students achieve optimal learning outcomes and possess good morals and ethics in their daily lives.
