Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu faktor yang memicu perkembangan teknologi saat ini adalah kebutuhan manusia akan teknologi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi salah satunya adalah dengan pembuatan laman web pada BSI Career Center. Laman web inipun juga dibutuhkan evaluasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas laman tersebut dapat dioperasikan dengan mudah, informasi yang diberikan sudah sesuai target dan interaksi website yang memuaskan pengguna. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode webqual, dengan melakukan proses evaluasi menyeluruh mengenai kegunaan, keakuratan informasi dan kualitas interaksi Pelayanan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat laman web BSI Career Center memiliki kualitas yang baik serta memuaskan bagi pengguna, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil nilai skala WQI: 0.76, maka metode webqual dapat menghasilkan nilai yang cukup akurat untuk menguji kualitas pada laman web. Kata kunci: kepuasan pengguna, kualitas web, webqual. Abstract : One of the factors that develop today is the human need for technology to get information fast and accurate. The information needed is to create a web page at BSI Career Center. Even this webpage will also ask for information to know which ones can be used with ease, targeted information and site interactions that satisfy users. This research is made by using webqual method, by doing process, usability, accuracy of information and service quality. From the results of this study obtained web pages BSI Career Center has a good quality and satisfactory for the user, this is obtained from the scale of Webqual index (WQI): 0.76, Then the method of webqual can produce a value that is accurate enough to test the quality of web pages Keyword: user satisfaction, web quality, webqual.

Abstract

Intisari— Informasi dengan cepat telah menjadi ciri khas di era globalisasi ini, berkat kecanggihan teknologi dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Informasi dan teknologi dapat membangun zaman yang. Smooth-tee merupakan toko yang menjual baju masih beroperasi menggunakan cara konvensional, dilihat dari cara promosi penjualannya, pengolahannya data pesanan masih tercatat secara manual dan hal ini tentunya akan menghambat perkembangan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang data pesanan, memungkinkan adanya salah perhitungan, kehilangan data, atau rusak karena tidak adanya pencadangan data arsip manual. Dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis web. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan waterfall. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan MySQL untuk database dan pemrograman PHP sebagai alat bantuk pembuatan sistem informasi tersebut. Desain sistem informasi penjualan bertujuan untuk merespon kebutuhan informasi cepat untuk pengguna secara cepat, tepat dan efektif. Abstract

Abstract—The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. So a solution is needed to answer this problem. Online learning is one alternative that can overcome this problem. The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning as an effort to suppress the spread of covid-19 in schools using the NataClass application. The results showed that teachers and students used the NataKelas application as a learning medium during the pandemic on a regular basis according to the face to-face learning schedule, but the supervision of learning from parents was still lacking even though it had been prepared in the NataKelas application. Intisari— Pandemi covid-19 telah mengganggu proses pembelajaran secara konvensional. Maka diperlukan solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Pembelajaran secara daring adalah salah satu pilihan alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menekan penyebaran covid-19 di Sekolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi NataKelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dan murid menggunakan aplikasi NataKelas sebagai media pembelajaran selama masa pandemi secara rutin sesuai dengan jadwal pembelajaran tatap muka, namun pengawasan pembelajaran dari orangtua masih kurang walaupun sudah di siapkan di aplikasi NataKelas. Abstract

Adanya penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh di sekolah selama pandemi covid mengharuskan sekolah menggunakan media pembelajaran secara daring. Salah satu media pembelajaran daring yaitu NataKelas. NataKelas menjadi wadah bagi para guru, siswa serta orangtua siswa untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh.  Penelitian ini menerapkan PIECES Framework untuk mencari tingkat kepuasan serta tingkat kepentingan selama menggunakan NataKelas. PIECES framework menerapkan enam aspek berupa performances, informations, economy, control, efficiency and service.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan berdasarkan metode PIECES framework dalam mengevaluasi NataKelas memperoleh tingkat nilai kepuasan dari keenam aspek. Dari aspek Performance mendapatkan kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata 4,37 dengan predikat sangat puas,  aspek Informations mendapatkan kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata 4,41 dengan predikat sangat puas, aspek Economics mendapatkan kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata 4,49 dengan predikat sangat puas, aspek Controls mendapatkan kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata 4,41 dengan predikat sangat puas, aspek Efficiency mendapatkan kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata 4,55 dengan predikat sangat puas dan aspek Service mendapatkan kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata 4,45 dengan predikat sangat puas

Abstract

PT. Jonan Indonesia is a company engaged in automotive manufacturing, for that we need an information system that supports employee performance, especially in the field of inventory because inventory management is an activity that is owned by every company. Problems in inventory are still done manually, especially in recording the entry and exit of goods and requests for procurement of goods. To overcome these problems, it is proposed to design this information system as a solution to the problems that exist at PT. Jonan Indonesia. The research method used is the waterfall model software development method with data collection techniques including observations, interviews and documentation studies. The tools used are using figma as a design prototype and UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used to clarify the results of the analysis and identification process. So that the design of this goods procurement information system becomes more effective.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the world makes a situation of intense competition in the business world so that it requires every company to run its business more effectively. In the era of increasingly rapid technological developments, all fields of activity are computerized, one of which is accounting. PT Aldimana Solusi Teknologi is a company engaged in the trading of goods and services. This company is a new company so that in managing its financial data it still uses a manual system and has not used an accounting application, so that in terms of accounting records until the preparation of financial reports, errors in recording often occur, less the accuracy of the reports that have been made and takes a long time in the process of searching for the required data. The use of Online-Based Accurate Accounting is the right solution to solve problems that occur within the company. The use of Accurate Accounting helps record transactions more easily and efficiently so as to produce financial reports more quickly, precisely and accurately. It is expected that the use of this Accounting Software can facilitate companies in managing financial data so as to support company activities.

Abstract

Temperature changes that occur on Earth due to human activities that cause pollution result in climate change in the hemisphere. The increase in climate has resulted in threats and risks of disasters, such as floods, landslides, droughts, and human health problems. The Climate Care Community Group for Our Earth One RW 01 is an organization that serves as a forum for communication and coordination for residents of RW 01 to realize the climate village program in Gaga Village, Larangan District, Tangerang City. Previous programs have been running and are continuing, such as farmer women's groups, waste banks, making bio pores, clean water channel programs, and climate village programs which aim to create clean, beautiful, green, and fresh villages. The need for fresh air and a green environment is critical now, as seen from the many city parks built by the central and regional governments. The importance of clean air and greenery makes many residents who are members of community groups concerned about the environment. The group makes greenery in the neighborhood to provide coolness and serenity. The Community Group Concerning the Climate of Our Earth One RW 01 was formed to create a clean, green, and relaxed environment so that a good climate for the health and development of its inhabitants will be formed. Many activities have been carried out, such as requiring every house to have at least 1 tree and planting gardens in every space in Larangan Village, Gaga. However, the problems faced by partners are the membership which is still tiny compared to residents in RW 01, and the need for more understanding of residents about how to present the importance of caring for the climate. Therefore we took the initiative to conduct training using power points to attract residents' interest to participate in the Community Group Concerning the Climate of Our Earth One RW 01.

Abstract

HIMPAUDI Kecamatan Cempaka Putih didirikan sebagai tanggapan terhadap meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini dalam pembangunan pendidikan global. Organisasi ini telah aktif dalam mendukung guru PAUD dan mempromosikan pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkualitas sejak tanggal berdinya 31 Agustus 2007. Berbagai aktifitas yang dilakukan pengurus dan anggota, baik dalam hal belajar dan mengajar di PAUD masing-masing, maupun kegiatan dalam organisasi HIMPAUDI, banyak memanfaatkan perangkat ICT. Namun kendalanya, banyak staff pengajar dan pengurus yang kemampuannya masih minim dalam mengoperasikan perangkat ICT. Sehingga meskipun mereka memiliki perangkat ICT seperti laptop, mereka lebih sering menyerahkan pengetikan berbagai pekerjaan kepada orang lain. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ICT bagi para pengurus dan anggota PAUD yang berada bawah koordinasi HIMPAUDI Kecamatan Cempaka Putih. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dasar Microsoft Word dengan metode ceramah, tutorial dan praktek secara langsung dengan menggunakan laptop dan modul pelatihan. Rencana target capaian luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah penerbitan press release di media online dan video kegiatan sebagai bentuk publikasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Ilmu dan keahlian yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu kelancaran aktifitas sehari-hari di PAUD masing-masing, maupun pekerjaan administratif di lingkungan keorganisasian HIMPAUDI Kecamatan Cempaka Putih.

Abstract

The increasing need for cellular-based closed communication networks in corporate environments has increasingly become a major focus for many organizations, including PT. Universal Media Solutions Jakarta. In the face of increasingly complex communication challenges and increasing data demands, the company is working to improve the efficiency and performance of its communications network. This study aims to investigate the potential of using multi-link aggregation as a solution to improve cellular communication networks at PT. Universal Media Solutions Jakarta. The multi-link aggregation method allows combining multiple communication lines to achieve increased network speed, availability, and consistency. The study will involve analyzing and testing various scenarios using multi-link aggregation technology in the company's cellular-based closed network environment. Network performance measurement will be carried out to radiate the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. In addition, technical and financial factors will also be considered to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solution. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for PT. Solusi Media Semesta Jakarta and other organizations in optimizing their closed communication network using multi-link aggregation technology. Thus, companies can increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve service quality for their customers and internal users.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to conduct a study of the perceptions of digital wallet users and how users' reactions influence the benefits of digital wallets in the big city of JakartaDesign/methodology/approach: The research method applied is a quantitative method. The population of this research is digital wallet users in the city of Jakarta. The number of samples applied was 121 respondents according to the purposeful sampling method. The data testing methods applied are convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability and Cronbanch alpha. Data calculations apply Smart PLS 3 software. The results of this study show that trust and perceived risk do not influence user preferences for using digital walletsFindings/result: The results of this research constantly support a number of previous studies related to TAM where perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use play a direct and indirect role in interest in using digital wallets. So the community's perceived usefulness is a variable that has a prominent influence on the preferences of digital wallet users in the city of Jakarta.Originality/value/state of the art: The steps taken from the start of the study to its conclusion were designed to use the TAM approach to determine how the public felt about this particular study. This study uses quantitative research methods and yields two models: an inner model, or structural model, that includes path analysis through Smart PLS 3 data analysis, and an outer model, or measurement model, that includes composite reliability, conbranch alpha, discriminant validity, and convergent validity.
