Abstract

MA Mathlabul Huda is one of the madrasas that still uses manual methods in disseminating information to the wider community. The school must inform this by distributing posters / banners in several areas close to the madrasah so that it requires fast, precise and accessible information media for the wider community. The purpose of this service is to create a website to help solve problems that exist in MA Mathlabul Huda. The method used in this case is the SDLC method by analyzing the data obtained from the madrasah. The design used to create a madrasah website uses the PHP programming language and the Codeigniter framework. The result of this dedication is a madrasah website that can be accessed by the wider community.

Abstract

The HIPPAM of Leran Desa is a village-owned company that works to provide clean water for the people of Leran Village. The process of recording meters and water payments for HIPPAM still uses a manual system (notebook and simple application on Microsoft Excel), so that errors often occur such as inaccurate data and not responding to excel documents. Not only that, but the payment process takes a lot of time so it is less efficient. For this reason, a web-based payment system is needed that can solve these problems and simplify the process of payment for water from the Leran village HIPPAM, so that the resulting data are minimal errors and reduce long queues in the payment process, this system can be used by customers to view bill payments, and filing a complaint if there is a problem in the HIPPAM water either about the water meter or service. This research consists of analysis and design, while the methodology used to develop the system is SDLC (system development life cycle). The results of this research are in the form of a system design and analysis document that will be used to develop this HIPPAM payment system. The analysis document contains functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis, for the design document there is DFD design or data flow diagrams and user interface design.

Abstract

A waste bank is a place for collecting waste which can then be exchanged for money orbasic necessities. In managing transactions at the waste bank, they still use the manual methodby recording every waste exchange using a ballpoint pen, the waste bank customer's savingsbook, and a large notebook for the admin. The manual method causes several problems thatoften occur, including; lost the waste bank passbook, lost the admin notebook, needed a place tostore recording tools, and miswritten or miscalculated during transactions at the waste bank. Inorder to overcome these problems, this study aims to make analysis and design for an applicationthat can be used to help manage data management in waste banks. It is also the first step for avillage to become a smart village. The application that will be developed is the e-samahapplication.This research uses an extreme programming methodology, functional and non-functionalanalysis, system design using UML (unified modeling language), database design using CDM(conceptual data model) and PDM (physical data model), and is planned for development usingboostrap and codeigniter. . For now, the research results are in the form of analysis and designdocuments which can later be used as a reference in application development.

Abstract

Graduation is a formal statement issued by an educational institution as proof that students have completed the required academic program. MI Hayatul Wathon, as one of the primary education institutions, aims to produce high-quality graduates. However, the school has not yet implemented a systematic process for determining the best graduates, resulting in the inability to identify outstanding students accurately. Moreover, the announcement of graduation results is still conducted manually by inviting students to the school, which is considered less efficient. This study presents the Design and implementation of an Information System for Determining the Best Student Graduation Using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. The system is designed to determine the best graduates accurately based on several criteria, including report card grades, madrasah assessment scores, UAMNU BK scores, attendance, and achievements. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database management system (DBMS), and XAMPP as the local web server. Based on the testing results using the confusion matrix method, the system achieved an accuracy rate of 100%, indicating that it can correctly classify student graduation results. Therefore, the final calculation produced by the system can be used effectively to determine the best student graduates.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum III is a basic-level educational institution that requires a school information system and a new student admission system to be used in managing its school. In developing this system, a simple and fast system development methodology was chosen, namely extreme programming. The analysis used is functional and non-functional system analysis. For design, there are several types of design, namely database design using conceptual data models and physical data models, as well as system design using a unified modeling language. The research results at this stage are in the form of analysis documents and design documents that will be used for the implementation and testing stages

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem pengelolaan dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan terstruktur di bidang pendidikan, termasuk dalam proses penentuan kelulusan dan peserta didik terbaik. Namun, pada praktiknya masih banyak satuan pendidikan dasar yang melakukan penilaian secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan ketidakakuratan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kelulusan dan peserta didik terbaik berbasis metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) di MI Hayatul Wathon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan sistem waterfall yang meliputi tahap studi literatur, pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem berbasis web. Metode SAW diterapkan untuk mengolah berbagai kriteria penilaian, seperti aspek akademik, kedisiplinan, dan prestasi, melalui proses pembobotan dan perangkingan guna menghasilkan nilai preferensi akhir peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menghasilkan perangkingan peserta didik secara objektif dan proporsional serta menetapkan status kelulusan dan predikat secara transparan. Sistem juga memudahkan pihak madrasah dalam memahami hasil penilaian melalui penyajian data yang terstruktur dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode SAW dalam sistem pendukung keputusan efektif dalam meningkatkan objektivitas, akurasi, dan transparansi proses penentuan kelulusan dan peserta didik terbaik di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, serta berpotensi menjadi solusi praktis dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis teknologi informasi di lingkungan pendidikan dasar. ABSTRACT The rapid development of information technology has increased the need for more objective and structured decision-making systems in the education sector, particularly in determining graduation status and identifying the best-performing students. However, in practice, many primary educational institutions still rely on manual assessment processes, which may lead to subjectivity and less accurate decisions. This study aims to develop and implement a decision support system for determining graduation and selecting the best students using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method at MI Hayatul Wathon. The research employed a waterfall system development model, consisting of literature review, data collection, requirements analysis, system design, and web-based system implementation. The SAW method was applied to process multiple assessment criteria, including academic performance, discipline, and achievement, through weighting and ranking mechanisms to generate final preference scores for each student. The results indicate that the developed system is able to produce objective and proportional student rankings and to determine graduation status and student predicates transparently. The system also facilitates decision-makers at the madrasah by presenting structured assessment results in the form of tables accompanied by descriptive explanations. In conclusion, the implementation of the SAW-based decision support system effectively enhances the objectivity, accuracy, and transparency of the graduation determination and best student selection process at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, and it has the potential to serve as a practical solution for supporting information technology–based decision making in primary education.
