Abstract

Ta'zir adalah hukuman yang tidak ditentukan oleh al Qur'an dan hadits yangberkaitan dengan kejahatan yang melanggar hak Allah dan hak hamba yangberfungsi untuk memberi pelajaran kepada si terhukum dan mencegahnyauntuk tidak mengulangi kejahatan serupa. Penentuan jenis pidana ta'zir inidiserahkan sepenuhnya kepada penguasa sesuai dengan kemaslahatan manusia. Hukuman ta'zir tidak semuanya relevan untuk diterapkan pada zaman ini, seperti hukuman jilid dan salib karena dinilai sangat keji. Sementara mengenai hukuman mati dalam ta'zir, sepanjang sejalan dengan kemaslahatan manusia maka itu diperbolehkan. Tetapi secara umum, mengenai jenis hukuman yang relevan untuk jarimah ta'zir ini harus disesuaikan dengan kejahatan yang dilakukan agar hukuman dalam suatu peraturan bisa paralel. Untuk menentukan hukuman yang relevan dan efektif, harus dipertimbangkan agar hukuman itu mengandung unsur pembalasan, perbaikan, dan perlindungan terhadap korban (Theori neo-klasik), serta dilakukan penelitian ilmiyah terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar merupakan kegiatan pokok dalam keseluruhan proses pendidikan di sekolah. Berhasil atau tidaknya pencapaian tujuan pendidikan bergantung pada proses belajar yang diterima oleh peserta didik. Teori belajar adalah suatu prinsip umum atau kumpulan prinsip yang saling berhubungan dan merupakan penjelasan atas sejumlah fakta dan penemuan yang berkaitan dengan peristiwa belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan tentang teori belajar dalam pandangan agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat teori belajar yang baik dalam pandangan Islam dan dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student learning achievement in terms of the regularity dimension. The regularity dimension includes aspects such as discipline, responsibility, and self-regulation in the learning process. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational research type. The sample in this study was 150 students from various study programs at a university. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation of student academic grades. The results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between the regularity dimension and student learning achievement. Students with a high level of regularity tend to have better learning achievement compared to students with a low level of regularity. The regularity dimension that has the most influence on learning achievement is responsibility and self-regulation in the learning process. The higher the level of student responsibility and self-regulation, the better the learning achievement achieved. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen student character development programs that focus on increasing regularity, especially the aspects of responsibility and self-regulation. This is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of student learning achievement.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) faces challenges in dealing with the changing times and the demands of contemporary education. This study aims to analyze the PAI curriculum in facing the challenges of contemporary education. The research method used is a literature study by examining various sources related to the PAI curriculum and contemporary educational issues. The results of the research show that there are several aspects that need to be analyzed in developing a PAI curriculum that is relevant to the challenges of contemporary education, namely: 1) The relevance of the PAI curriculum to the needs of students and the development of the times; 2) Strengthening the spiritual dimension in the PAI curriculum to overcome moral decadence; 3) Integration of science and religion in the PAI curriculum; 4) Development of 21st century competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration; 5) Strengthening digital literacy in the PAI curriculum; and 6) Contextual learning that is relevant to the real life of students. Analysis of these aspects is expected to produce a PAI curriculum that can prepare students to face the challenges of contemporary education, so that the goals of Islamic religious education can be achieved optimally.
