Men and women are different, but this should not make a reason for discrimination in providing space for self- actualization, including in matters of dakwah. So that was happening in the gait of women in a Muslimah center (MC) Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Bandung. This study explains why women in the MC community could get up in boarding school DT helped to empower women through missionary activities and how the patterns of empowerment is done. The research also elaborates the pesantren- based feminist movement. Interpretative phenomenological approach to research and interpret the cultural phenomenon that is found in the female community in the MC. The findings were: (1) The presence of MC in boarding DT has given color and pattern in the sociology of urban schools that have provided public space for Muslim women to actualize themselves through propaganda and womenâs empowerment, (2) The rise of the womenâs movement which was institutionalized in the MC could not be separated from key figure of Aa Gym that originally gave a special role to his wife, Teh Ninih and santriwati (Islamic women students) to participate in the pursuit of social propaganda to women who have penetrated the patriarchal culture, (3) the pattern of movement on problem based Islamic preaching especially on strengthening the economic family. In women community of MC has sought to empower the people with their own perspective or borrow Vandana-Shifa referred to the womenâs way of knowing (1997).

Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengapa perempuan dalam komunitas MC bisa memberdayakan perempuan melalui kegiatan dakwah dan bagaimana pola pemberdayaan dilakukan. Penelitian ini jugamenguraikan gerakan feminis pesantren berbasis.Pendekatan fenomenologis interpretatif untuk penelitian dan menafsirkan fenomena budaya yang ditemukan dalam komunitas perempuan di MC.Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Adanya MCdi asrama DT telah memberikan warna dan pola dalam sosiologi sekolah perkotaan, dimana telah disediakan ruang publik bagi perempuan Muslim untuk mengaktualisasikan diri melalui kegiatan dakwah dan pemberdayaan perempuan, (2)Munculnya gerakan perempuan yang dilembagakan dalam MC tidak bisa lepas dari tokoh kunci, AaGym yang awalnya memberi peran khusus untuk istrinya (3) Pola gerakan berbasis pada penguatan ekonomi keluarga.Kata kunci: Politik kepemimpinan, Pesantren, Dakwah, pemberdayaan Perempuan The research also elaborates the pesantren-based feministmovement. Berbagai kebobrokan moral dan kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini menuntut strategi terobosan dari bimbingan karakter yang ramah anak.  Riset ini membahas profil ideal ekologi bimbingan karakter Islami yang ramah anak di TK Khas Daarut Tauhiid Bandung.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus karena keunikannya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalaha bahwa kondisi lingkungan sekolah tersebut cukup mengakomodasi dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral yang meliputi: akhlak kepada Allah Swt, Rasulullah Saw, sesama manusia dan lingkungan. Penguatan ekologi Islami dilakukan dengan pengkondisian pada struktur ruang fisik dan sosial.  Sementara para guru melakukan pengauatan tiga struktur yang saling terkait yaitu: (a) Struktur peluang; diwujudkan dalam bentuk perangkat tugas, jenis dan berbagai bentuk kegiatan yang selaras dengan kebutuhan anak; (b) Struktur pendukung; perangkat sumber (resources) dan pengkondisian konteks yang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai karakter Islami; (c) Struktur penghargaan sesuai psikologi anak.Various moral depravity and violence against children happened lately demanded breakthrough strategy of a character guidance child-friendly. This research discusses the ideal ecological profile for Islamic character guidance in friendly child in TK Khas Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. This study uses a case study method because of its uniqueness. In collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results are: the ecological condition of TK Khas Daarut Tauhiid has accommodated for Islamic character development at least in four aspect: character to Allah, the Prophet, human and environmental relations. In Strengthening of Islamic ecology  done by conditioning the physical space and social structure. Meanwhile the teacher made three interconnected structures conditioning, namely: (a) The structure of opportunities; embodied in the form of tasks, kinds and various forms of activities that are consistent with the needs of the child; (b) a supporting structure; device resources and conditioning context in line with the values of the Islamic character; (c) Structure of the award appropriate child psychology.

Kota Kudus disamping dikenal sebagai kota santri juga populer dengansebutan kota kretek. Namun belakangan terjadi Putus Hak Kerja (PHK)dari beberapa buruh rokok dimana banyak korbannya adalah buruhperempuan. Paper ini merupakan hasil riset partisipatif sebagai upayapemberdayaan terhadap komunitas perempuan korban PHK melaluipesantren Al Mawaddah Kudus. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalahParticipatory Action Research. Riset partisipatif ini menyimpulkanbahwa komunitas perempuan korban PHK pabrik rokok sesungguhnyamemiliki potensi-potensi strategis dengan etos kerja yang tinggi di tengahperan gandanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan sekaligus pekerja. Setelahmengikuti berbagai program pelatihan, komunitas perempuan korbanPHK menampakkan semangat hidup baru dengan mengembangkankecerdasan dan potensi-potensi lain yang selama ini mereka milikisehingga kegiatan-kegiatan yang selama ini mereka anggap sebagaipengeluaran bisa menjadi peluang usaha. Karena itu mereka seakanmendapatkan dunia baru dalam menatap masa depan lebih gemilangbersama keluarganya terutama setelah mereka memperoleh ketrampiantambahan melalui berbagai pelatihan.

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and job burnout on the turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative analysis method which aims to analyze the relationship between the observed variables using multiple regression analysis. Respondent consists of 46 employees of PT. Banjarmasin Bangkit taken with a saturated sample technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the research proves that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,637 or 63,7% and job burnout has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,274 or 27,4%. Emotional intelligence and job burnout have significant effect simultaneously on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,753 or 75,3%.
