Abstract

The purpose of this study was to make a land cover map and determine the condition of land cover in Bukit Raya Village, Tenggarong Seberang District.The method used in this study is the use of remote sensing Sentinel 2A for land cover mapping with a guided method using sample digitization on the screen for sampling in the land cover classification process. After using the supervised classification data obtained in the form of vector data that must be combined first before being used as a layout map.Results Based on the research, information was obtained about the process of making land cover maps in Bukit Raya Village, Tenggarong Seberang District and Land Cover Maps in Bukit Raya Village, Tenggarong Seberang District. The result of the area of ​​each land cover class is Agricultural Land with an area of ​​426.9 Ha,Air with an area of ​​138.2 Ha, Urban with an area of ​​176.1 Ha, Forest Land with an area of ​​391.7 Ha, Barren land with an area of ​​2 Ha, Industry 49.7 Ha, Transportation 59 Ha.

Abstract

Research on sustainable marketing is mapped using bibliometric analysis, which offers a thorough picture of the field's current condition and future directions. By means of bibliometric analysis using VosViewer and the collection of 1.385 articles, the study indicates a noteworthy increase in publications and citations concerning the subject matter during the last ten years. Several important clusters actively studying Sustainable Marketing, including sustainable consumer behavior, sustainability orientation, consumption patterns, market segmentation, and stakeholder roles, were found through analysis of author collaboration patterns. "Sustainable marketing research" is the core research area, and the bibliometric network visualization displays the essential terms and relationships between concepts. Though less thoroughly, subjects including customer capital, sustainable management, sustainable business, and digital marketing were also covered. This article's bibliometric analysis reveals some intriguing mapping findings. Collaboration in research articles is revealed by the author's analysis. The report also presents the findings from studies on sustainable consumer behavior. The study method on consumer sustainability challenges, including customer capital, spending, and behavior, is outlined by the bibliometric analysis. Bibliometric analysis, thus, offers a mapping of sustainability research, particularly in terms of offering significant insights on specific sustainability challenges like consumer difficulties.

Abstract

Bergesernya kehidupan masyarakat ke arah digitalisasi berdampak pada timbulnya kejahatan di dunia siber. Salah satu kejahatan yang menjadi perhatian di masyarakat saat ini adalah prostitusi di dunia siber atau yang biasa dikenal dengan istilah cyber prostitution. Kasus cyber prostitution di Indonesia saat ini masih marak terjadi sampai saat ini sehingga perlunya suatu kebijakan hukum pidana dalam upaya menanggulangi hal tersebut. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengkaji kebijakan hukum pidana dalam upaya penanggulangan cyber prostitution berdasarkan hukum positif saat ini dan di masa yang akan datang. Dalam hasil dan pembahasan, pengaturan mengenai cyber prostitution berdaasarkan hukum positif saat ini diatur dalam KUHP, UU ITE dan UU Pornografi di mana pengaturan tersebut belum secara tegas mengatur mengenai cyber prostitution. Kebijakan hukum pidana dalam upaya penanggulangan cyber prostitution di Indonesia di masa yang akan datang melalui kajian perbandingan dengan negara lain dan RUU KUHP dapat menjadi acuan untuk pengaturan hukum positif yang lebih baik. Hal ini dikarenakan pengaturan mengenai cyber prostitution sudah semakin tegas karena dalam pengaturan di negara Swedia, yang dapat dikenakan pidana tidak hanya PSK saja tetapi pemakai jasa tersebut juga dapat dipidana. Sedangkan dalam RUU KUHP sudah terjadi perluasan dimana subyek hukumnya lebih diperinci dalam beberapa kelompok
