Abstract

Potensi hutan yang ada di kecamatan Cenrana cukup besar yang jika diambil hasilnya akan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan masyarakat setempat serta memiliki kelayakan untuk diusahakan oleh petani Hutan. Hasil madu hutan, telah menjadi sumber mata pencaharian tambahan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, dan dari segi usaha cukup layak dikembangkan dimasa akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui kontribusi usaha madu hutan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Labuaja Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros, dan 2) mengetahui kelayakan usaha madu hutan di Desa Labuaja Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Lokasi penelitian adalah di wilayah hutan yang memiliki potensi Madu hutan di Desa Labuaja,, Kecamatan  Cenrana kabupaten Maros dengan waktu penelitian elama 3 bulan mulai  bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua petani hutan didesa Labuaja yang mengambil lebah madu hutan di Desa Labuaja yang jumlahnya sebanyak 112 orang petani. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah diambil dari populasi petani hutan dengan persentase 20 % dari jumlah populasi atau sekitar 21 orang sampel petani hutan, dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara acak sederhana (Random sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Sementara itu metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kontribusi usaha madu hutan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Labuaja adalah 23,74% dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 6.899.575/thn. Sedangkan untuk tingkat kelayakan usaha Madu Hutan yang dilakukan oleh Petani hutan adalah layak (feasible) diusahakan dan dikembangkan dimasa akan datang, dengan hasil perhitungan R/C Ratio yaitu 26,5. Atau 26,5 > 1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer perceptions of interest in buying rice at the Maros Modern Traditional Market (Tramo) in Turikale District, Maros Regency. The population in this study are all consumers who have shopped for rice at the Maros Modern Traditional Market (Tramo). The number of sources is 30 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis uses the method of calculating percentages and intervals. The results showed that consumers' perceptions of interest in buying rice regarding the price variable were in the good perception category, this was due to the fact that the selling price was still within normal limits besides that there were also differences in characteristics between consumers on their buying interest. And regarding consumer perceptions of buying interest regarding the rice quality variable, it is in the good perception category. Because consumers feel that the rice being sold meets the requirements for good quality rice. As for consumer perceptions of buying interest regarding the variable infrastructure of Tramo Market, it is in the very good category. In general, rice consumers show a positive perception of infrastructure. This is reinforced by the large number of consumers who come from various places. And for consumer perceptions of interest in buying rice regarding market location it is in the good category because it is supported by a strategic location and is easily accessible to the public.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sege-segeri Hamlet, Minasa baji Village, Kec. Bantimurung Kab. Maros. This location was chosen with the consideration that it has long been managing rice crops. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used the interview method, the observation and the questionnaire method, the data analysis method used the multiple linear regression formula. The results showed that farmer groups in Sege-segeri Hamlet played a role in the income of irrigated rice farming in Sege-Segeri Hamlet, Minasa Baji Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. The purpose of this study was to see whether the farmer groups who conduct study classes, cooperation vehicles and production units have an effect on farmers' income. Data were collected from the survey results using a questionnaire and supplemented with field observations. The data that has been collected is then used to obtain real data for analysis purposes. This study uses multiple linear regression methods to determine whether the learning class, cooperation vehicle and production unit affect the opinion of farmers in Sege-Segeri Hamlet, Minasa Baji Village. The results of this research can be carried out in Sege-Segeri Hamlet, Minasa Baji Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency and the results of this study are 0.835 learning class, 0.636 cooperative vehicle and 0.906 production unit which means it affects farmers' income.

Abstract

The research method is descriptive analysis. The objectives of this study were 1) To determine the empowerment of members of the red chili farmer group in improving welfare in Laiya Village, Cenrana District, Maros Regency. 2) To determine the factors that influence the empowerment of members of the red chili farmer group in Laiya Village, Cenrana District, Maros Regency. The population in this study were 231 people and a sample of 23 people. The data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. This research was conducted in Laiya Village, Cenrana District, Maros Regency The results of this study indicate that 1) empowerment of farmer group members in Laiya Village in terms of economic and social aspects is in the high category, where in the economic aspect the empowerment value is 74.04 (high category) while from the social aspect the empowerment value is 90.49. (high category). 2) Education, farming experience, land area and ownership status greatly affect the level of empowerment of a farmer, especially farmers in Laiya Village, Cenrana District, Maros Regency. This is evidenced by the probability value of the four variables <0.005. where X1 is 0.000, so 0.000 <probability 0.005 and the value of F Count 120.313, X2 is 0.000, so that 0.000 <probability 0.005 and the value of F Count 150,859, X3 is 0.000, so 0.000 <probability 0.005 and the F value of 37.245 and X4 of 0.000 , so that 0.000 <probability 0.005 F count 44,200.

Abstract

Patchouli plant is one of the plants that produce patchouli oil. This study aims to analyze: To determine the production and income of patchouli farming in Labuaja Hamlet, Laiya Village, Cenrana District, Maros Regency and to determine the feasibility of patchouli farming in Labuaja Hamlet, Laiya Village, Cenrana District, Maros Regency. The research was conducted in Labuaja Hamlet, Laiya Village, Cenrana District, Maros Regency from May to July 2020 with a sample size of 15 farmers. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected from survey results with questionnaires, interviews and field observations. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method to determine farm income and farm feasibility. The results of this study indicate that the average fixed cost is Rp. 80,000, the average variable cost is Rp. 1,956,333.33. Revenue in patchouli farming with an average of Rp. 17,866,667. Meanwhile, the average net income for patchouli farmers is Rp. 15,822,333. Feasibility of patchouli farming in Labuaja Hamlet, Laiya Village, Kec. Cenrana, Kab. Maros can be said to be feasible with the R / C Ratio value of 9.

Abstract

This study aims to determine farmers’ percesptions of the role of farmer groups as a place of learning, production units, and a forum for collaboration case studies: Tambua Hamlet, Bonto Marannu Village, Lau District, Maros Regency. The study was conducted in january – marc 2021, using a proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 30 farmers who are members of farmers groups. Data analysis used percentage and interval calculation methods. The results showed: the place of learning is in the category of good perception because farmers feel it is helped in solving the problems faced in their farming and with the existence of a place of learning can increase knowledge and skills in the field of farming. Meanwhile, the production units is in the category of fairly good perceptions, this is due to the uneven distribution of production inputs and agricultural equipment. And for the cooperation forum which is in the good category, in general, farmers show a positive perception of the cooperative unit, this is reinforced by the actions of group members helping each other.

Abstract

This recearchwas conducted in teh Betang neighborhood, Baju Bodoa Village, Maros Baru District, Maros Regency. This location was chosen with the consideration that tthe respondent has been managing lowland rice farming for a long time. There are two data used, namely: primary data is data that directly provides information to data collectors by asking questions according to the contest of the questionnare and secondary data, namely data obtained from other parties or in the form of documents from certain agencies. The purpose of this study was to compare the income of rice farmers based on land ownership status in the Betang neighborhood, Baju Bodoa Village, Maros Baru District, Maros Regency. The data that has been collected is then calculated to get the data needed in the analysis. This study uses quantitative data to determine the income of lowland rice farmers based on land ownership status in the Betang Environment, Baju Bodoa Village, Maros Baru District, Maros Regency. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the income of the owner farmer is greater than that of the non-owner farmer

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of forest honey farming income in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands, and to determinan the feasibility of forest honey farming in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands. This research was conducted in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands, where this research was conducted from March to June 2022. The method of determining the sample is using the saturated sample method with a sample of 10 samples. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis, income and feasibility formulas. The results of the research can be seen that the amount of income obtained from forest honey farming in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands is Rp. 68.995,750 with an average income of Rp 6.899.575/year. The result of the calculation of the R/C ratio, which is 26,5>1, means the fotest honey farming in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands is feasible.

Abstract

The income of rice farmers is lower because there are still many farmers who do not have farming tools and the very high price of fertilizer seeds makes farmers spend more on sales and costs related to PUAP and after PUA. This research was conducted in Mangeloreng village, Bantimurung sub-district, Maros district, where this research was carried out from January to March 2022. The method used was the proportionate stratified random sampling method, using a total population of 170, 15% were taken, namely 26 farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of consumer satisfaction with the purchase of snack products made from processed agricultural products. This research was conducted at Indomaret Ir. Sukowati Pangkep which is located on Jl. Ir. Sukowati, Padoang Doangan Village, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study are consumers who shop for snack products made from processed agricultural products at Indomaret Ir. Sukowati Pangkep. The sample of respondents was taken using the Accidental Sampling method with a total of 30 respondents. The data used is obtained from the results of interviews and filling out questionnaires by consumers who have shopped for snack products made from processed agricultural products at Indomaret Ir. Sukowati Pangkep. The results obtained show that the level of consumer satisfaction with snack products made from processed agricultural products can be categorized as very satisfied. With 3 snack products with processed chips, namely Chitato from potato raw materials, Qtela from cassava raw materials, and Happy tos from corn raw materials. On variable indicators of product quality with average results in the very satisfied category, variable indicators of product prices with average results in the very satisfied category, and variable indicators of Indomaret Unit Ir. Sukowati Pangkep location with average results in the very satisfied category.
