Abstract

This research was conducted in the SIPILU Center area (Sidrap, Pinrang, Luwu), South Sulawesi Province. This location was chosen because it is one of the areas that has rice production, which is scattered in an area known as a rice granary area. The data used is quantitative data is a type of data that can be measured (measurable) or calculated directly as numerical or numeric variables, and secondary data is data that is already contained in literature or official data. The type of data used in this research is time series data. The objectives of this study were: To determine lowland rice production in the SIPILU center area in South Sulawesi. Data were collected from the results of researching at the Maros Central Bureau of Statistics. The collected data is then tabulated to obtain real data used for production contribution purposes. This study uses a method of analyzing the contribution of lowland rice production in central areas to rice production in South Sulawesi divided by the total production of South Sulawesi rice multiplied by one hundred percent. The results showed that the Contribution of Paddy Paddy Production in Sentra Sipilu Area was 14,136,031.31 and South Sulawesi as much as 55,041,131.00 tons.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Malino Central Market, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. This location was chosen with the consideration that Malino is the largest vegetable producer in Tinggimoncong District. So that there are many women who sell vegetables lining the Central Malino market. The data used are primary data obtained from direct observations and interviews with the help of a questionnaire list. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of income of women vegetable traders in supporting family income in the Central Malino market, and to determine the time spent working for women who sell vegetables. This research uses simple random sampling method. With a population of 112, respondents chose 10%, namely 11 people from the existing number. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis method. The results of this study are that the income of women who sell vegetables is greater than that of husbands who are only farmers and the contribution of women traders is 52.88%, while husbands are only 47.12%. This shows that women who sell vegetables have a big contribution to family income. Meanwhile, the average time they spend in the Malino Central market in a day is that women traders take care of the household with an average of 9.00 hours (36.74), selling vegetables an average of 5.36 hours with a percentage (22 35), and doing other activities with an average of 9.82 percentages (40.9).

Abstract

The learning objectives to be achieved in this study are to know how the price fluctuation of large red chilies in the central market of Maros and to know what factors influence the price fluctuation of big red chili in the central market of Maros. So that we can get knowledge and solve every problem that exists in the central market of Maros, especially price fluctuations. Data were collected from the survey results using a questionnaire and supplemented with observations, observations and field documentation. The data that has been collected is then processed to obtain real data which is used for analysis purposes. Data were obtained from questionnaires which were then processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques with the SPSS version 16.0 program. This analysis includes: classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the development of the price of large red chilies, has an increasing trend every month from April to June because it is influenced by several factors, namely religious events, unpredictable weather and the increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM). The highest price of red chili is IDR 30,000 / kg in May and June, on the third and fourth weeks and the lowest price is IDR 17,000 / kg in April, on the fourth week. The highest average price of large red chilies occurred in June, namely Rp. 26,500 and the lowest occurred in April, namely Rp. 18,500.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Batangase area, Mandai District, Maros Regency. This location was chosen with the consideration that it has long been producing snacks and cookies made from peanuts. There are two data used, namely: Primary data, namely data obtained from observations through direct interviews and also through the help of questionnaire lists and secondary data, namely data obtained from agencies / institutions that are related or related to this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the Prospect of Snack and Pastry Business Development (Case Study of Mother's Business at Btn Solindo Cooperation, Coop Stiper Yapim Maros Program) in the future. The results of this research can be seen that the strengths and opportunities that are owned by the mother's business are higher than the weaknesses and threats that will be faced in the future and the business of snacks and pastries for the mother's business deserves to be maintained

Abstract

Viewed from the side interest /, desire the big red pepper cultivation in south Sulawesi. is considered very good. Research purposes is to find factors influencing the interest farmers big red pepper in the Village Pattiro Deceng, Camba District, Maros Regency. This study was conducted in January to June 2018 in the Village Pattiro Deceng, Camba District, Maros Regency. The kind of research it uses secondary data and the analysis used is. multiple regression. The result that the variable, price , land , experience education had have real impact on interest farmers in the cultivation of big red pepper in the Village Pattiro Deceng, Camba District, Maros Regency.

Abstract

Potential cattle waste in the form of solid and liquid waste that can be detrimental and simple treatment of livestock waste. This study aims to determine the value added obtained in the processing of cattle waste into liquid fertilizer through the cattle urine urine system to find out the added value of cattle waste in Tamarampu Environment Bontoa Village, Mandai District, Maros Regency. This research was conducted in January - June 2017. The determination of the research site was based on the consideration that, in the Tamarampu Environment, there were so many cattle ranchers who did not yet know how to process their livestock waste which was of very high economic value. Respondents in this study were cattle breeders in the Tamarampu Environment. Determination of respondents was carried out on a primary basis. The process of making liquid fertilizer with a liquid fertilizer procurement system and the analysis used is the calculation of value added. The results of the processing of cattle waste provide an added value of Rp. 5,200 / liter through the processing and calculation of added value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know factors that affect demand for chicken eggs in the Pattiro Deceng Village, Camba District, Maros Regency. Study was conducted in january till june 2017 in the Pattiro Deceng Village, Camba District, Maros Regency. This kind of research using secondary data and the analysis used is regression. doubleThis research result that the variable, egg price income and the number of families to support no real bearing on request.

Abstract

One of the national foodstuffs strived to be provided throughout the year is rice because rice is a staple food consumed by almost all Indonesian people. Indonesia's rice consumption is the highest rice consumption in Asia. This research was conducted in the village of Ampekale, Bontoa District, Maros Regency. This location was chosen with consideration that has long been managing mulberry plants. There are two data used, namely: primary data, namely data obtained from observations through direct interviews and also through the help of questionnaire lists and secondary data, namely data obtained from agencies / institutions that are related or related to this research. The purpose of this study is: Knowing how much rice farming income on small scale land obtained by farmers in the village of Ampekale Bontoa District, Maros Regency. Analyzing the technical efficiency of rice farming on small scale land in the village of Ampekale Bontoa District, Maros Regency. Data was collected from survey results using a questionnaire and supplemented with field observations. The data that has been collected is then tabulated to get the real data used for analysis. The results of this research can be seen the amount of income obtained from rice farming on a small scale land in the village of Ampekale, Bontoa District, Maros Regency, on average, is Rp. 976,500.00. And rice farming on a small scale land in Ampekale Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency is technically efficient.

Abstract

Paddy rice commodity is one of the most important and strategic food crops as a source of supply of basic food needs in the form of rice. This research was carried out in the Pute Environment of Maccini Baji Village, Kecaatan lau, Maros Regency. This research aims to analyze the income of rice farmers based on land tenure. To take a sample the Simple Random Sampling Method is used. The data used are twofold: primary data that is data obtained directly from observations through direct interviews and also through the help of questionnaire lists and peer data that is data obtained from agencies / institutions that are related or related to this research. The purpose of this study: Determine the amount of income of the owner and non-owner farmers based on land tenure in the pute environment and the ratio of the income of the owner and non-owner farmers in terms of age, education level, farming experience, family dependents, land area and income of the owner and farmers non-owner farmers. Data collected from survey results using a questionnaire and added to observations / field observations. The collected data is then tabulated to obtain real data used for analysis. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method to obtain an analysis of farmers' income and a comparison of the income of non-owner rice farmers and landowners in the Pute Environment of Maccini Village, Baji Lau District, Maros District. Maccini wages Lau Savings Maros district is the production, grain prices, receipts, farming costs and total income and income difference of farmers. Suggestions given are so that farmers can follow the cultivation recommended by PPL and improve the cultivation techniques carried out so far so that rice production can increased.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. This location was chosen with the consideration that it has long been managing the data used, namely: secondary data, namely data obtained from agencies / institutions related to or related to this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of farmer groups in increasing soybean farming production in the village of Bulu Tellue, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency. The collected data is then tabulated to obtain real data used for analysis purposes. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis method to determine the size of the production obtained from the role of farmer groups in increasing soybean farming in Bulu tellue village. The results of the research can be seen that the average amount of production obtained by farmers is 45, 640 and the productivity results obtained are 273.87.
