Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem about job stress it seems becomes an interesting perspective together with the increase of the more and more complex challenge and competition. This research aims to evaluate the influence of the organizational and individual stressor to the job stress and also the effect to the job satisfaction and performance. To test the research hypothesis’ , 140  employees of PT. Adira Finance Bangkong Semarang Branch Office was asked to answer questionnaires about their perceptions of the organizational stressor, individual stressor, job stress, job satisfaction, and performance. The data acquired was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this analysis, known that the Structural Equation Model has fulfilled the Goodness of Fix Index criteria: chi square = 162.200, probability = 0.522, RMSEA = 0.055, GFI = 0.950,  AGFI = 0.912, TLI  = 0.967, CFI  = 0.977. The  hypothesis testing shows that organizational stressor have an effect on the job stress, individual stressor have an effect on the job stress, the job stress have an effect on the job satisfaction, and the job stress have an effect on the performance. Based on the results, managerial implication suggest that the job satisfaction and performance can be improved by manage the job stress which is done by the company through stress management and by individual through counseling. Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kompleks Perumahan Puri Mediterania Semarang, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 50 penghuni rumah Puri Mediterania dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pengaruh dari kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,548, sedangkan pengaruh dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,381. Kualitas produk adalah variabel paling penting dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen daripada kualitas layanan. Kata kunci : kualitas produk; kualitas layanan; dan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of problems of the many employeeswho left the company at PT Madu Baru Bantul, Yogyakarta. Moreover, accordingto the pre-survey interviews that have been done, there is a lack of communicationbetween the leaders with employees. Objective of this study was to analyze theinfluence of organizational commitment, leadership, employee performance, andjob satisfaction as intervening variables in PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakartace.Method of analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive andquantitative. The samples in this study were employees of PT Madubaru amountedto 77 people. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire that hasbeen tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method was using classicassumption test, path analylisis, as well as the coefficient of determination.Descriptive analysis shows that organizational commitment, leadership, jobsatisfaction and employee performance was moderate. Based on the results ofmultiple linear analysis and test of Sobel test indicates that organizationalcommitment, leadership, positive influence on employee performance and jobsatisfaction mediate organizational commitment and leadership on employeeperformance. The coefficient of determination shows that the work satifaction ofPT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 32.o%, while the remaining 68,0% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study.The coefficient of determination shows that the employees performance of PTMadubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 47,7%, while the remaining 52,3% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this studyKeywords : organizaitonal commitment, leadership, work satisfaction, andemployees performance

Abstract

In the current era, many companies that are starting to stand up either large scale or small scale cause competition among companies that arises requiring to follow trends in carrying out company activities, especially human resource development activities. Organizational commitment is considered important for the sustainability of the company, where employees can devote ideas, ideas, thoughts and energy to achieve the work expected by the company. In addition, if employees have motivation in doing their jobs, it is expected that employees are able to obtain good work results. Therefore there is a need for testing related to organizational commitment and motivation on the performance of employee case studies on temporary employees and contracts on CV. Inspira.Population in this study were 80 employees who are divided by non-permanent employees and contracts in CV. Inspira. The sampling technique in this study used quota sampling. The questionnaire is used as a research instrument for data retrieval. This type of research is quantitative descriptive while the data obtained are analyzed through multiple regression analysis and for the analysis tool used in this study, namely SPSS 20.The results showed that organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, both for temporary employees and contract employees. Work motivation as another variable also has a significant effect on the performance of non-permanent employees, but contract employees show that motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. In addition, there are differences between organizational commitment, motivation and performance between temporary employees and contract employees. It is recommended for companies to pay more attention or review related incentives and bonuses given to employees, especially in this study employees who are status as contract employees so as to improve the performance of employees in the company.
