Abstract

Introduction: The spread of disease is generally caused by a lack of knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Clean and healthy living behavior is a health behavior that can be done consciously so that family members can help themselves in the health sector and can play an active role in health activities in the community. Washing hands with soap is one of the efforts to prevent and protect the body against infectious diseases. The traditional engklek game is one of the games played and favored by children. Objective: Applied in daily activities both within the family and at school to form clean and healthy living behavior in children. Method: The promotion of health research was used in the methods of phbs education and demonstration of Wash your hands using soap and running water and engklek games. This Health Promotion was carried out with 6 students located in ABA Kindergarten, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency with a total of 43 children as respondents and accompanied by the kindergarten teacher. Health Promotion This is carried out through 4 stages, namely 1) selection of targets and places, 2) preparation of suggestions and infrastructure, 3) implementation of activities, 4) evaluation. Result: implemented of health promotion for children in ABA Ciamis Kindergarten regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior about Washing hands with soap and running water produced significant results because previously the children in ABA Ciamis Kindergarten had implemented it so that it became a tradition that was often done and became a habit everyday Conclussion: Through the implementation of the activity "Counseling on How to Wash Hands with Soap at ABA Ciamis Kindergarten" it can be concluded that this activity can increase children's knowledge about the purpose of washing hands, benefits, washing hands, the impact of not washing hands, as well as steps for washing hands. use the right soap. In the implementation in the field, the teachers and children of ABA Ciamis Kindergarten gave a positive response and had high enthusiasm in participating in counseling and simulations of washing hands with soap.

Abstract

Introduction: Lumbar fracture is a disease of the nervous system where the continuity of the lower spine is broken. Lumbar fractures can be caused by predisposing factors such as traffic accidents or falls, as well as precipitating factors such as obesity and lack of calcium intake that cause low bone density. Objective: This assistance is aimed at providing nursing care to Mrs. M with a medical diagnosis of a lumbar fracture in the Famboyan room of the Banjar City Hospital in 2021. Method: This assistance activity is carried out by providing nursing care with five stages of the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation and results. Result: The results of the assistance showed that the patient's main complaint was low back pain, the diagnosis that emerged in the patient was acute pain, after being given nursing actions from 6-10 December with the results the patient said the pain scale had decreased slightly, the patient looked more relaxed. Conclusion: After giving the nursing care process which was carried out on December 6-10 2021, the problems found in Mrs. M with a medical diagnosis of a lumbar fracture that has not been resolved.

Abstract

Objective: This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach to determine whether there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety in rheumatic patients at the Jatinagara Health Center. Method: This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach to determine whether there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety in rheumatic patients at the Jatinagara Health Center. The population in this study were rheumatism sufferers as many as 119 people in the Jatinagara Health Center area using accidental sampling technique with a sample of 31 people. This study uses primary data or data obtained directly from the object of research by distributing anxiety questionnaires, namely Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety (HARS) and therapeutic communication questionnaires which were analyzed using statistical analysis applications, namely SPSS for windows with Chi-Square test. Result: The results of the study obtained respondents who obtained the following results from 31 respondents who received good therapeutic communication, namely 19 respondents (61.3%) and those who received poor communication were as many as 12 respondents (38.7%). Of the 19 respondents who received therapeutic communication (61.3%) of them there was no anxiety as many as 11 people (57.9%) and of the 12 respondents who received poor therapeutic communication, there were 3 respondents (25.0) who had severe anxiety. Based on table 2.4, the chi-square results show p-value = 0.081 > (0.05). Conclusion: based on research that has been done the results obtained show that the relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety in rheumatic patients at the Jatinagara community health center is not effective.
