Abstract

ABSTRAK Berkurangnya produksi energi fosil terutama minyak bumi serta komitmen global dalam pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca, mendorong Pemerintah untuk meningkatkan peran energi baru dan terbarukan secara terus menerus sebagai bagian dalam menjaga ketahanan dan kemandirian energi. Sesuai PP No. 79 Tahun 2014 tentang Kebijakan Energi Nasional, target bauran energi baru dan terbarukan pada tahun 2025 paling sedikit 23% dan 31% pada tahun 2050. Daerah kota tegal memiliki garis pantai sekitar 10,2 Km yang belum dimanfaatkan untuk energi listrik, tujuan dari sosialisai ini adalah agar siswa mengenal potensi yang ada disekitar untuk bisa dijadikan energi listrik yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan akan energi terbarukan salah satunya pemanfaatan energi matahari, Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam bentuk Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) yang telah dilaksanakan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa SMK tentang konversi energi terbarukan dan siswa mampu mempraktikkan instalasi panel surya serta mampu mempraktikkan penggunaan alat ukur arus dan tegangan yang keluar dari panel surya sehingga bisa membuat instalasi panel surya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kata Kunci : Energi Listrik, Energi Matahari, Panel Surya

Abstract

Pemerintah kabupaten bantul dan kemenristek membuat pembangkit listrik tenaga angin 60 kw dan pembangkit listrik tenaga matahari 27 kw di kawasan pantai Baru Pandansimo, pemanfaatan pembangkit listrik tersebut digunakan diantaranya untuk penrangan jalan, pembuatan es, dan warung kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga hibrid dengan menggunakan software Homer dan Tora, menganalisa hasil simulasi dengan membandingkan prosentase kontribusi pembangkit listrik tenaga angin dan pembangkit listrik tenaga matahari, dan menganalisa keekonomian dari embangkit listrik tenaga hibrid. Model pembangkit listrik yang optimal untuk software Homer adalah kapasitas 2,5 kw dengan jumlah 24 unit untuk turbin angin dan 27 kw untuk solar sel. Hasil prosentase energi listrik yang dihasilkan dari simulasi Homer didapatkan PLTS sebesar 33 % dan PLTB sebesar 67 % dengan total energi yang dihasilkan sebesar 117.681 kw/tahun. Dari hasil perhitungan keekonomian proyek PLTH untuk harga jual di Pantai Baru Pandansimo yang ideal sebesar U$ 45 Sen/kwh, sedangkan harga jual di Pantai Baru Pandansimo sekarang sebesar U$ 3 Sen/kwh dengan nilai BCR sebesar 0.04 dengan demikian maka proyek PLTH dikatakan tidak layak dibangun. Abstract

Vocational High Schools are the biggest contributor to unemployment in the area, many supporting factors such as the unstable state of the company. Basically that's not all, the teaching process at the Vocational School is at the forefront of increasing unemployment rates for SMK graduates. From the results of community service activities the following conclusions with the existence of community service activities at SMK Ma'arif Nu Talaang, Tegal Regency, it provides knowledge, understanding and innovation of efficient power transfer system equipment in accordance with Operational Procedures for Safety Procedures. Speed up the work when practicing lifting a car to change tires in the subjects of the power transfer system competency with the SOP equipment so as to make students competent in their performance practices

Abstract

Along with the continuous use of motorized vehicles and long service life, the vehicle will experience damage such as an abnormal sound of low compression or the release of thick smoke in the pot caused by damaged piston rings or scratched cylinder blocks, which makes engine oil burn into smoke that comes out of the vehicle, this can be fixed with engine Overhaul, where Overhaul itself in English is a very thorough inspection. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge about engine Overhaul, provide training on the engine Overhaul process with engine component disassembly methods, provide training and understanding of the use of personal protective equipment and hazards during engine Overhaul practice. The purpose of this service is expected that students can understand how the gasoline motor works, be able to analyze the beginning of damage to the vehicle, and perform engine Overhauls properly and correctly. The result of this training is that students can identify machine damage and can repair machines correctly.

Abstract

the use of fossil-fuel vehicles/cars has a negative impact on the environment and health, one of which is the trigger for global warming to get worse as more and more fossil fuel-fueled vehicles increase. To overcome this, many countries are starting to switch to zero emission vehicles, namely electric car vehicles. Electric vehicles have the same performance and acceleration power as conventional vehicles as long as the main components of the vehicle are met, such as the use of motors, batteries, controllers and gear ratios that match the required performance, use of gear ratios to acceleration using 1 kW motors, battery capacity 48 volts, 57 Ah, from the test results at a ratio of 14: 44 without load it was obtained a value of 228.7 rpm while with a load obtained a speed of 29 km/hour the time needed was 06.09 seconds.

Abstract

A fuel is a compound that contains hydrocarbon elements. Pertalite is a fuel quality that has an Octane Research Number 90. LPG is made from petroleum gas material formed from Propane and Butane. The water pump drive engine is a pertalite-fueled internal combustion motor but may replace with LPG. The main reason is the cheap purchase price. Using LPG gas as a substitute for pertalite fuel is interesting research that will be conducted to conduct experiments testing pertalite fuel consumption with LPG gas. The results obtained in this study, namely using rice field water pumps with LPG gas fuel, resulted in lower consumption than pertalite fuel by 32% when without load and 28% when with the load.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health are very important things in the work environment. They cover a wide range of measures and policies aimed at protecting employees from the risk of injury, illness, or other dangers that may arise in the context of their work. This involves identifying potential risks in the workplace, training for employees, and safe use of equipment. Occupational safety and health (K3) in the welding workshop plays a very crucial role because the welding process involves various potential risks and dangers that can have an impact on workers for several reasons. After all, it can prevent and reduce the risk of accidents and injuries, protect workers' health, and comply with regulations. And safety standards, increasing productivity and efficiency. To implement the tri dharma of higher education for DIII Mechanical Engineering lecturers, providing knowledge and skills regarding the application of the importance of occupational safety and health for employees of the General Welding Workshop. This service uses a direct practical presentation method in the workshop where the chairman gives directions to the welders to use work safety equipment directly; from this activity, it can be found that most welders always ignore work safety in terms of eye protection and hand and head protection. It was concluded that there was an increase in knowledge among residents of Debong Kulon Village, especially welding workshop employees, about the importance of Occupational Safety and Health / K3 for the safety and health of both humans and the environment.

Abstract

One very important component of an electric car is the battery. Batteries are used as a current source for the entire electrical system and as a place to store electrical energy during the charging process. The power consumption of an electric car with a brushed DC motor drive. To find out the power consumption at a certain constant speed and the battery capacity used, the maximum distance that can be traveled can be calculated. The partner's problem is that there are no activities to assemble electric cars and calculate battery requirements for the power required by electric car. The implementation method uses the method of socialization and training or direct practice. The socialization method is carried out by inviting vocational school students to the mechanical engineering laboratory of Harapan Bersama Polytechnic to be given an explanation and knowledge about the basic principles of electric cars, the main components of electric cars and how to calculate the power required by electric car to be assembled, the activity will be held on June 9 2022 with the result being an increase in students' skills in assembling electric cars. Knowledge of calculating battery power and assembling batteries according to electric car needs, as well as correct electric car installation. The output resulting from this training is that students at SMK N1 Adiwerna have insight into battery circuits and electric car installations.

Abstract

The development of technology at this time has experienced very rapid progress, one of which is 3D printing technology or also known as additive manufacturing. The data analysis method for the production of dual port injection intake manifold using a 3-dimensional printer, which starts from preparing tools and materials and making or printing the intake manifold dual port injection workpiece using a 3-dimensional printer, then measuring the dimensions of the workpiece print using vernier caliver whether it is in accordance with the design. Steps that must be done in order to be able to carry out the data slicing process in the Slicer software. After everything is done, check and measure whether it is in accordance with the design or not, if it is appropriate, the process is complete. The first step to make the Intake Manifold Dual Port Injection using a 3-dimensional printer is to design the solidwork 2022 software, then save the part file with STL format after that slice the creality slicer software with variable print speed 80mm/s with nozzle temperature 230°C and bed temperature 110°C after slicing then save the slice result in g-code format to SD card then print to Ender 3D Print machine

Abstract

Abstract -- Motorcycle engine electricity requires a source of electrical energy so that the starter system, ignition system, lighting system, and control system function. The charging system supplies electrical energy to the battery to run (supply) the electrical system on the waste transporter control robot. Taking this into account, this research analyzes the battery charging system on the waste transport control robot. The results of the research are charging voltage and electric current coming out of the kiprok and entering the battery with a testing time of 2 minutes at 1200 rpm to 1500 rpm with 3 tests.
