Abstract

The effect of employee recruitment and selection on individual performance of EJ33 Vape employees, Samarinda main branch, on individual performance after pandemic. In selling the EJ33 Vape Samarind, they do it in various ways, such as buying and selling in stores, through Tokopedia, Instagram, Facebook and in the form of offers to smaller shops. EJ33 Vape Samarinda was founded in 2015 and currently has several branches. the main store location is on Jl. M. Yamin Samarinda city. With its function as a distributor of several products and a wholesaler for smaller shops, it requires more employees than usual. Researchers took 20 respondents who were then given a questionnaire to fill out. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis of recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance is rejected on the basis of t table X1 = 0.635 < 2.093 meaning X1 has no effect on performance, hypothesis 2 Selection has a significant effect on employee performance is rejected on the basis of while t count X2 = 1.355 < 2.093 so that it can be said that the X2 variable does not have a positive effect on performance, Hypothesis 3 Recruitment and selection simultaneously affect employee performance is rejected on the basis of the significance value of the table showing a value of 0.179, which means it is greater than 0.05, thus the x variable together or simultaneously has no effect on performance.

Abstract

Pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja individu supir truk indogrosir samarinda. Objek penelitian ini adalah Indogrosir dengan respondent supir truk indogrosir. Indogrosir merupakan jaringan pusat perkulakan dengan format distribusi ke pedangang retail atau eceran tradisional dan modern. Indogrosir berdiri sejak tahun 1993 dan saat ini telah memiliki 23 gerai yang berada di beberapa titik kota besar. Salah satunya adalah di kota Samarinda yang lokasi di Jl. A.W Syahranie kota Samarinda. Kehadiran indogrosir sebagai pusat perkulakan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menjadi solusi bagai para pengusaha eceran karena dengan mudah memperoleh barang dagangannya pada satu tempat saja sehingga dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya. Indogrosir juga sebagai perusahaan yang memberikan fasilitas pengantaran ke setiap minimarket terutama Indomaret yang berada di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Dengan padatnya jadwal pengantaran membuat supir truk harus lebih diperhatikan dengan diberikan kompensasi dan motivasi dalam bekerja. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin melihat sejauh mana peran atau pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi tersebut terhadap kinerja indovidu supir truk. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil 22 respondent yang yang kemudian diberikan kuesioner untuk di isi. Koesioner tersebut di rakep dan di analisis mengunakan SPSS 23 dengan jenis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis 1 dapat diterima yakni kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja individual supir truk Indogrosir Samarinda dengan dasar sig < 0.05 = 0.000 < 0.05. Hipotesis ke 2 kompensasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja individual supir truk Indogrosir Samarinda di tolak dengan dasar t tabel X1 = 1.653 < 2.093 artinya X1 tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hipotesis ke 3 motivasi berpengaruh Dominan terhadap kinerja individual supir truk Indogrosir Samarinda diterima dengan dasar t hitung X2 = 2.949 > 2.093 sehinga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel X2 berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja supir truk indogrosir disamarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of design, product quality, and price on consumer satisfaction with Spech Lightspeed Reborn soccer shoes, a local brand that is growing in the domestic market. By using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression method, this study collects data through questionnaires distributed to consumers who have used the product. This study addresses the competitive challenges in the local soccer shoe industry by evaluating the product dimensions that most affect consumer satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) indicate that the three independent variables together significantly affect consumer satisfaction. However, the partial test (t-test) reveals that only product quality and price have a significant influence, while design does not have a statistically meaningful impact. This indicates that although design is important as an initial attraction, consumer satisfaction is more determined by how well the product meets quality expectations and price suitability.The coefficient of determination value of 64.8% indicates that the model built is quite strong in explaining the variation in customer satisfaction. Product quality is the most dominant variable influencing satisfaction, followed by price. This has practical implications that producers should place more emphasis on improving product quality and competitive pricing strategies, rather than just focusing on design aesthetics. This research contributes to the development of marketing literature in the local sports product sector and serves as a reference for local brands in formulating product strategies based on consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, further studies are recommended to include other variables such as loyalty, promotion, or user experience to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior.

Abstract

In the current industrial era, competition in various types of businesses has increased very rapidly and is tight, both in terms of goods and services. Competition will also arise in terms of creating new products that are in demand by the public, thus requiring producers to understand the extent to which the behavior shown by consumers in making purchasing decisions for a product made in the country, moreover these products compete with foreign products that have a strong brand image. . The product referred to in this study is a product with the type of soccer shoes where this product is made locally or made by Indonesian children. There are several local brands that are well-known among athletes and people who like to play soccer, one of which is Specs. The research to be conducted is qualitative in nature. In this study more emphasis on descriptive aspects originating from the football community which almost every week organizes internal and external match events. In collecting data, the researchers used data collection techniques by interviewing freely and selecting samples purposively samoling in the community, including comedy F. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded as follows 1. Domestically produced shoes that are widely used by community members are ortuseight and specs 2. The driving factor for using domestic shoes with the ortuseight and specs brands is due to the affordable price 3. Convenience when used on all types of football fields 4. Fairly good resilience 5. Models and editions that always keep up with the latest models

Abstract

Every company or institution has various goals to achieve. This goal can be achieved by utilizing existing resources. Even though there are various important resources in an agency, the factor that shows an institution's competitive advantage is its human resources. As currently faced with globalization and various changes in work regulations, human resources play a very important role in an institution. The success or failure of a previously determined service from a government agency depends greatly on the ability of human resources (employees) to carry out the tasks assigned. If the individuals in the agency, namely HR, can run effectively, the company will still run effectively. In other words, the continuity of success is determined by the performance of the employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. Quantitative research is research carried out by collecting data in the form of numbers. Quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain populations or samples. Based on the two opinions above, it can be concluded that quantitative research is collecting data in the form of numbers that are used to research certain samples. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out, it can be concluded as follows 1. Simultaneously, it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline as well as organizational communication have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee work productivity 2.
